dalah untuk menganalisis pertumbuhan ekonomi sebagai output produktivitas regional dan mengatasi masalah-masalah penelitian khusus, baik pertumbuhan ekonomi, pendapatan daerah (PAD), pengeluaran langsung pemerintah, dana perimbangan, maupun pengaruh partisipasi tenaga kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi saat ini. Lingkup penelitian ini mencakup kabupaten/kota di Indonesia selama periode 2015-2020. Data panel dianalisis menggunakan metode General Moment Method (GMM). Hasil pengolahan data panel di 487 kabupaten/kota di Indonesia menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi tahun sebelumnya dan pengeluaran langsung terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi regional di Indonesia masih memerlukan kebijakan ekspansif. Selanjutnya, peneliti tidak menemukan bukti empiris dari pengaruh pertumbuhan PAD dan dana perimbangan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sementara tingkat partisipasi tenaga kerja/TPAK menunjukkan hubungan negatif yang tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.

mburuk yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah "kambuh". Metode yang digunakan adalah laporan kasus dengan melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien jiwa dari tahap pengkajian sampai dengan tahap evaluasi. Subjek laporan ini adalah pasien dengan gangguan jiwa dengan diagnosa gangguan persepsi sensori pendengaran. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam asuhan keperawatan ini adalah format ceklist kemampuan pasien dalam terapi generalis (menghardik, bercakap-cakap dengan orang yang dipilih, melakukan aktivitas yang disukai dan patuh minum obat). Jumlah populasi pada asuhan keperawatan adalah 1 pasien dengan kriteria pasien bersedia menjadi subjek, pasien kooperatif, mau mengikuti kegiatan dan pasien tidak memiliki keterbatasan fisik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan setelah dan sebelum dilakukan intervensi terdapat perbedaan pada pasien halusinasi pendengaran. Setelah dilakukan intervensi terapi generalis (menghardik, bercakap cakap dengan orang yang dipilih, melakukan aktivitas yang disukai dan patuh minum obat) terjadi peningkatan kemampuan pasien dalam mengontrol halusinasi pendengaran dan penurunan tanda gejala. Penanganan yang dilakukan menunjukkan tanda dan gejala sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi. Setelah dilakukan intervensi mengalami penurunan tanda gejala dan peningkatan kemampuan pasien dalam mengontrol halusinasi serta mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap perbaikan kondisi pasien setelah melakukan terapi yang sudah diajarkan. Saran untuk penelitian lebih lanjut agar melakukan penelitian lebih dari 1 pasien, bina hubungan saling percaya (BHSP) lebih lama dengan pasien, mengkaji permasalahan yang dialami pada pasien dengan masalah halusinasi pendengaran, serta bisa melakukan pendekatan jangka panjang yang melibatkan dukungan keluarga dalam proses penyembuhan pasien.

Technical analysis of data is done by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data was carried out using data triangulation techniques.The results of the study show that the quality of the performance of personnel administration services at the South Kalimantan Provincial Civil Service Agency is generally good where services are provided according to SOPs, carry out procedures, there are no extortion by employees, then civil servants who those given services are also satisfied, as well as the files needed by civil servants too not too long to get, it's just that there are some delays but can still be overcome. This is caused by several things, including the lack of human resources and inadequate infrastructure at the South Kalimantan Provincial Civil Service Agency.From this research, the authors suggest to the Head of the South Kalimantan Provincial Civil Service Agency to apply the rules and always evaluate the performance of personnel administration services carried out by BKD employees.

Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The technique of checking the validity of the data is by triangulation of sources and techniques. Regulation of the minister of education and culture Number 20 of 2016 concerning competency standards for elementary and secondary education graduates, regarding the meaning, purpose, and scope of SKL as well as Monitoring and Evaluation. Definition of Graduate Competency Standards are criteria regarding the qualifications of graduates' abilities which include attitudes, knowledge, and skills. The results of research at SMAN 1 Bandung City and SMA Al Azhar Syifa Budi Parahyangan West Bandung in general indicate that the implementation of integrated quality management of ICT-based chemistry learning in both schools has been going well so that it can improve the quality of graduates.
