The conclusion of this study is that domestic violence is part of gender-based violence because violence was born as a result of an imbalance in the pattern of power relations between men and women which was then justified by both state law and religious beliefs as a result of interpretation gender-biased religious texts. Building a pattern of relations that is egalitarian and fair and away from the practice of violence in the context of family life is part of both humanitarian and religious duties.

The results of this study are from two sources of law, namely Islamic Law and Domestic Violence Law which can be used as a legal basis to punish and limit the arbitrariness of a husband against his wife and family members. In addition, the two sources of law view the need for formal juridical protection of a person's human rights and freedoms, preventing arbitrary acts of violating other people's laws without clear or justified reasons. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between Islamic Law and the Domestic Violence Law, including 1) The views of Islamic law and positive law view that domestic violence or violence against wives is a despicable and promiscuous behavior; 2) Correlation about the purpose of punishment; 3) In terms of punishment, it can be said that punishment in the form of imprisonment is a form of takfir punishment in Islamic criminal law.

menciptakan suasana belajar interaktif bagi siswa generasi Z dan Alpha. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan memberikan solusi atas keterbatasan literasi digital guru di SD Brainfor Islamic School melalui pelatihan intensif pemanfaatan Generative AI. Fokus kegiatan meliputi penggunaan AI Teks (ChatGPT, Notion AI) untuk administrasi, serta AI Multimodal (Gemini AI, Canva AI, Suno AI) untuk pembuatan RPP, ilustrasi kelas, dan musik edukatif. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) yang terdiri dari tahap sosialisasi, pelatihan hands-on, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan lonjakan rata-rata pemahaman peserta dari 35% pada tahap pre-test menjadi 88% pada tahap post-test. Seluruh peserta berhasil menghemat 50% waktu penyusunan administrasi dan menghasilkan minimal satu produk media pembelajaran interaktif secara mandiri. Pemanfaatan AI terbukti mereduksi kebosanan belajar siswa dan sangat membantu guru berinovasi.
The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought massive transformation in various sectors, including education. Teachers are required to adapt to digital tools to create interactive learning environments for Generation Z and Alpha students. This Community Service (PkM) aims to provide a solution to the limited digital literacy of teachers at SD Brainfor Islamic School through intensive training on Generative AI. The focus includes the use of Text AI (ChatGPT, Notion AI) for administration, and Multimodal AI (Gemini AI, Canva AI, Suno AI) for creating lesson plans, class illustrations, and educational music. The implementation method uses the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) approach consisting of socialization, hands-on training, and evaluation stages. The results showed a surge in participants' average understanding from 35% in the pre-test to 88% in the post-test. All participants successfully saved 50% of their administration time and independently produced at least one interactive learning media product. The use of AI is proven to reduce student boredom and greatly helps teachers innovate.

un berdasarkan kegiatan magang yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa selama empat bulan di Sub Bagian Persidangan dan Humas Protokol DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Melalui keterlibatan langsung dalam pelaksanaan rapat paripurna, mahasiswa tidak hanya memperoleh pengalaman administratif, tetapi juga mengembangkan kompetensi profesional yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja, serta mendukung layanan administrasi dan publikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa magang melalui kontribusi dalam Tata Kelola Persidangan dan Komunikasi Publik pada rapat paripurna DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi observasi langsung, keterlibatan aktif dalam tugas, dan komunikasi informal dengan pegawai. Narasumber penelitian ini terdiri dari staf Sub Bagian Persidangan serta staf Humas Protokol DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan sidang paripurna. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui teknik triangulasi sumber dengan membandingkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa magang berkontribusi aktif dalam mendukung administrasi persidangan, penyusunan notulen hasil rapat dan risalah rapat, pengelolaan dokumentasi kegiatan, serta koordinasi teknis pelaksanaan rapat paripurna. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara Sub Bagian Persidangan dan Humas Protokol pada rapat paripurna DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung efektivitas pelaksanaan rapat paripurna.
The internship program is a policy that provides opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in the workplace. One implementation is internships in government agencies. This research was compiled based on internship activities carried out by students for four months in the Sub-Section of Trials and Protocol Public Relations of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council. Through direct involvement in the implementation of plenary sessions, students not only gain administrative experience, but also develop professional competencies that are relevant to the needs of the world of work, as well as support administrative and publication services. This study aims to analyze the development of student intern competencies through contributions to Trial Governance and Public Communication at plenary sessions of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council. The methods used in this activity include direct observation, active involvement in tasks, and informal communication with employees. The sources for this research consisted of staff from the Trial Sub-Section and Public Relations and Protocol staff of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council who were directly involved in the implementation of the plenary session. Data validity was obtained through source triangulation techniques by comparing the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the interns actively contributed in supporting the administration of the trial, preparing meeting minutes and minutes of meetings, managing activity documentation, and technical coordination of the implementation of plenary meetings. In addition, this study shows that the synergy between the Sub-Section of Trials and Protocol Public Relations at the plenary session of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council is an important factor in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of plenary sessions.

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah keterbatasan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep cloud, rendahnya keterampilan praktis dalam penggunaan teknologi containerization, serta belum tersedianya modul pembelajaran yang aplikatif. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui bimbingan teknis (bimtek) yang meliputi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung penggunaan Docker Desktop dan Docker CLI. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengenalan konsep Cloud Computing, prinsip containerization, instalasi Docker, serta pembuatan container aplikasi web sederhana. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi dan penilaian ketercapaian kompetensi peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 80% peserta mampu memahami konsep dasar Cloud Computing dan menjalankan container aplikasi sederhana menggunakan Docker. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menghasilkan modul pembelajaran berbasis Docker yang dapat digunakan sebagai panduan pengajaran di sekolah. Dengan demikian, kegiatan bimtek ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas guru SMK dalam menghadapi kebutuhan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan tuntutan dunia industri.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan tools AI sebagai pendukung perancangan pembelajaran, pengembangan media, dan asesmen adaptif. Solusi yang ditawarkan berupa kegiatan workshop berbasis praktik langsung yang dilaksanakan secara tatap muka pada Jumat, 21 November 2025, dengan melibatkan 28 guru SMK Al-Ma’asum Kisaran. Workshop memfokuskan pada pemanfaatan ChatGPT untuk penyusunan skenario pembelajaran berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan soal Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), Canva untuk perancangan media visual, Quizizz dan Kahoot untuk asesmen adaptif, serta PhET Interactive Simulations untuk visualisasi pembelajaran. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pembelajaran mendalam dari 56% menjadi 82%, pemanfaatan AI dari 61% menjadi 87%, serta kemampuan menyusun modul ajar dari 58% menjadi 81%. Tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 94%, menunjukkan bahwa workshop efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan mendukung inovasi pembelajaran berbasis AI.

keterbatasan pemahaman mengenai Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI), khususnya terkait perlindungan hukum terhadap produk digital yang mereka hasilkan. Kurangnya pengetahuan ini berpotensi menimbulkan pelanggaran hak cipta serta hilangnya nilai ekonomi dari karya digital. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pelajar tentang konsep dasar HAKI, jenis-jenis HAKI, serta prosedur perlindungan produk digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, dan studi kasus sederhana. Hasil sementara menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta, di mana sekitar 80% pelajar mampu menjelaskan pengertian HAKI dan 75% pelajar memahami pentingnya perlindungan produk digital setelah kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong pelajar untuk lebih menghargai dan melindungi karya digital mereka secara hukum.
