The surveillance is supported by Michel Foucault’s ideas on surveillance, normalization, and disciplinary actions. The analysis looks at how Jack, Roan's father, uses surveillance to control Roan's behavior and enforce normalization and disciplinary actions. This surveillance reflects the father's role as the authoritative figure in the family as reflection of governmentality. In conclusion, the study confirms that Jack's surveillance over Roan proves a father can control the actions and behavior of family members to ensure they follow his rules and desires.

Kesiapsiagaan kebakaran sangat penting agar potensi kebakaran dapat dikurangi dan dampaknya dapat diminimalisasi. Kesiapsiagaan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti pengetahuan, sikap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui hubungan antara Pengetahuan dan sikap dengan kesiapsiagaan tim tanggap darurat dalam menghadapi kebakaran di rumah sakit X Jakarta pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Jumlah sampel sebanayak 90 orang, dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan teknik total sampling, yaitu keseluruhan anggota tim tanggap darurat dirumah sakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk variabel pengetahuan, jumlah proporsi tertinggi responden dengan pengetahuan kurang baik sebanyak 51 (56,7%) dan untuk untuk variabel sikap jumlah proporsi tertinggi responden dengan sikap baik sebanyak 48 (53,3%), serta untuk variabel kesiapsiagaan, jumlah proporsi tertinggi responden dengan kesiapsiagaan baik dapat diketahui sebanyak 46 (51,1%)

This research uses the literature study method, namely, secondary data obtained from articles related to IFRS convergence and earnings management practices in Indonesia. The results showed that the opportunity for earnings management practices still exists after convergence with IFRS, but the value of earnings management after IFRS convergence is lower than before the implementation of IFRS convergence.

Bentuk perencanaan meliputi: Pengaturan sumber daya, pengaturan sumber dana, pengembangan kurikulum dan pembinaan personel organisasi sekolah. 2) Pengorganisasian dilaksanakan dengan proses pemerincian seluruh pekerjaan yang harus dilaksanakan setiap personil organisasi sekolah dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Lokasi penelitian yang ditinjau adalah Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Ulum, yang berlokasi di JL. KH. Ibrohim, Dusun Karang Tengah, Pace, Silo, Kabupaten Jember. Pembangunan Gedung Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Ulum memerlukan anggaran biaya sebesar Rp.2.177.904.301,78 berdasarkan rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) dengan menggunakan analisis harga satuan dan pekerjaan kabaputen jember tahun 2023.
