This study focuses on the analysis of hashtag trends related to general elections, such as #capres2024, #cawapres2024, and #pemilu2024, on Instagram, and their influence on user perceptions. It examines the role of hashtags in CMC practices on Instagram during electoral periods. Through the analysis of seven samples, the study reveals that while certain posts align with the electoral purposes of the hashtags, others use these hashtags for visibility without relevance to the elections. The research underscores Instagram’s potential for reshaping political branding and enhancing voter engagement. It demonstrates that the strategic application of hashtags, combined with high-quality visuals and interactive features, can amplify the visibility and impact of political messaging. By integrating CMC and political branding theories, this study presents a framework for understanding how digital tools can foster a more engaged and informed electorate.

this research, which is quantitative in nature, was the employees of the production unit with a total number of 86 respondents. It is done with data analysis method, using multiple linear regressions.The result of this study indicates that the variables of intrinsic motivation and quality of work life simultanneously affect the employee’s performance with a contribution of 37,3%, while the remaining 52,7% is influenced by other factors, which are beyond this study.Partially, intrinsic motivation variables negatively affect and have a significant influence on performance. This is due to the different work cultures in the sector.

Therefore, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness have the right to receive protection and guarantees from the government and employers. However, in practice, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness often experience difficulties in submitting claims. The research entitled "Recognition of Mental Illness as a Consequence of Medical Personnel in Work Accident Insurance Claim Procedures in Indonesia" is normative-qualitative research. Medical workers face a lot of stress and workload, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and mental illness is one of the consequences. Mental illness can impair their performance, health, and well-being, and place them at risk to patients and their work environment. With the recognition of mental illness as a consequence of medical personnel in the JKK claim procedure in Indonesia, JKK is a social security program organized by BPJS Employment. This program provides guarantees to workers or laborers to receive health services and cash compensation due to work accidents or work-related illnesses. So it is hoped that it can provide benefits for medical personnel in the form of getting proper protection, increasing the productivity of medical personnel and improving the quality of health services.

The research uses the literature study research method, which involves a series of activities that focus on collecting data from literature studies. The research uses books about hadith as the main data source, this process includes reading, recording and managing the necessary data. In data analysis, researchers apply a qualitative approach, namely efforts to organize and sort data. The goal is to create manageable units of data, implement systematic methods, look for patterns, and ultimately identify important things worth studying. The final stage involves the decision to share the research results with others, conveying the findings that have been discovered during the research process. The research results show that the position of hadith in Islamic education has similarities with the Koran as the main reference, but the two also have differences. Even though the Qur'an is considered a global revelation that requires interpretation, hadith have an important role in providing explanations of the concepts contained in the Qur'an, including in the educational context. Hadith also serve as examples and guidelines for individuals in living their lives according to Islamic teachings.

Islamic education began to develop from the time of the Prophet, the time of Khulafaur Rasyidin, the time of the Umayyah Daulah, the time of the Abbasid Daulah, until the present. Islamic education during the time of the Abbasid Daula experienced a golden age, at which time Islamic education was marked by amazing progress in the fields of science, culture and civilization, so that its existence can be proven through various sources of information recorded in history books and observers of history from various parts of the world that were once ruled by Islam. The aim of writing this article is to discuss the dynamics of Islamic education during the Abbasid period and its role in the development of Islamic education. The research method used in this research is library research. Sources of information for this research were obtained through various sources, print media, online media regarding the topics discussed. The results of the research in this article can be seen from the development of Islamic educational institutions that developed during the Abbasid period, including: mosques, Al-Hawanit al-Wariqien (bookstores), al-manazil al-ulama (houses of ulama), literary studios , madrasas, libraries and observatories, kuttabs, lower education in palaces, hospitals and badiahs.
