l be recognized by the world, one factor is how the majority of people in a country master, develop and utilize science and technology. The purpose of writing this literature review is none other than to explain in detail the development of individuals in facing developments in science, which has so far become a topic of discussion in the world of education. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely research in the form of a literature study which aims to analyze, evaluate, identify, observe, find and determine relevant research topics. The results of data analysis conclude that science and technology are human achievements that must be utilized in understanding and practicing something. In line with this principle, science is actually a process experienced by individuals in their development. The poorer the knowledge, the narrower the insight in understanding something, the narrower a person's thinking about a science. In conclusion, development is a skill in the structure and function of the body or an increase in more complex abilities in a regular and predictable pattern as a result of experience and the maturation process. Development is also very closely related to social, motor, intellectual and emotional abilities. So it becomes very necessary how a learning design is formed to provide freedom to be creative on an ongoing basis in order to optimize and develop students work.

The research method used is a qualitative method, with research results showing that the leadership model of Bank Syariah Indonesia has accommodated the best leadership criteria in Islam, which can be adaptive, fast response, and solutions while still implementing the traits and characteristics of leaders who are sincere, trustworthy, Katonah, and tabligh. This leadership character was demonstrated by leading the previous three large banks into one with one vision, mission, and work culture, as well as the synergy of all human resources that supported joint achievements to success in the three years of its existence.

This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach in the form of laws, government regulations, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic. This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. Andhika Kanishka ship at Muara Pantai Port, focusing on the factors, consequences, and strategies for addressing it. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, involving direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentary analysis, and data was triangulated for analysis. The subjects for interviews included the ship's captain and crew. The research results indicate that: 1) Factors contributing to negligence are carelessness and psychological factors; 2) Consequences include errors during loading, difficulty in closing hatches and hatch covers, and cross-deck becoming dirty; and 3) Strategies for addressing negligence during duty involve maintaining communication, shifting cargo, and cleaning the ship's deck.

Karyawan hotel memiliki risiko besar mengalami stres dan kelelahan emosional akibat tingginya tuntutan pelayanan dan interaksi dengan tamu. Kegiatan diawali dengan need assessment melalui observasi, wawancara, dan survei untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan utama karyawan terkait pengelolaan emosi. Psikoedukasi dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah interaktif dengan desain one group pre–post test untuk mengukur efektivitas program. Sebanyak 8 partisipan mengikuti kegiatan ini. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan antara skor pre-test dan post-test dengan nilai signifikansi 0,026 (<0,05), tanpa adanya penurunan skor pada seluruh partisipan. Selain itu, mayoritas peserta memberikan penilaian sangat positif terhadap relevansi dan kemanfaatan materi, termasuk peningkatan kemampuan mengenali dan mengelola emosi dalam situasi kerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa psikoedukasi regulasi emosi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan emosional karyawan hotel. Program ini diharapkan menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan intervensi lanjutan untuk mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis dan kualitas layanan di sektor perhotelan.

. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas psikoedukasi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan karyawan dalam menciptakan keseimbangan antara peran pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Subjek terdiri atas 14 karyawan unit produksi berusia 23–35 tahun yang bekerja dalam sistem shift. Intervensi dilakukan melalui psikoedukasi selama 120 menit dengan materi meliputi konsep WLB, work-life harmony, teknik regulasi emosi, psychological detachment–reattachment, serta manajemen waktu dengan teknik batching dan time blocking. Analisis data menggunakan paired sample t-test melalui IBM SPSS Statistics 25 menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test (p < 0,05) pada sebagian besar item pertanyaan, yang mencerminkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap definisi, manfaat, dan strategi penerapan WLB. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa psikoedukasi secara efektif dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan karyawan dalam menerapkan WLB secara terintegrasi. Dengan demikian, program ini direkomendasikan sebagai bentuk intervensi psikologis yang berkelanjutan guna mendukung budaya kerja yang sehat dan humanistik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas seminar bertema "Memimpin dengan Seimbang: Strategi Efektif di Tengah Work-Family Conflict" dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan manajemen konflik peran ganda pada perempuan pekerja. Peserta seminar ini melibatkan 19 kepala cabang mikro dan UKM PT Esta Dana Ventura di Sulawesi Selatan. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup wawancara dengan pihak Human Capital Business Partner dan observasi langsung terhadap aktivitas kepala cabang di PT Esta Dana Ventura. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran pre-test dan post-test menggunakan Google Form. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta setelah mengikuti seminar (Z = -3,738, p < 0,05). Dengan demikian, seminar ini terbukti sebagai intervensi edukatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan perempuan dalam menghadapi Work-Family Conflict.

However, limited access to experts poses a challenge for parents in obtaining adequate information and consultation services. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of analyzing stunting symptoms in infants using the forward chaining method. This method works by tracing the facts provided by users to reach a conclusion about the likelihood of stunting. The system is expected to assist parents in identifying stunting risks and providing appropriate prevention and treatment recommendations. The system is developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research findings indicate that the expert system can analyze stunting symptoms quickly and accurately, making it an effective tool in supporting stunting prevention efforts.

Abstrak: Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan serius pada balita yang terjadi akibat kekurangan gizi kronis selama 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak, yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Kota Tanjungbalai masih menghadapi angka prevalensi stunting yang cukup tinggi, sehingga diperlukan langkah-langkah pencegahan dan penanganan yang lebih efektif. Namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap tenaga ahli menjadi hambatan bagi orang tua dalam memperoleh informasi dan layanan konsultasi yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu menganalisis gejala stunting pada balita menggunakan metode forward chaining. Metode ini bekerja dengan menelusuri fakta-fakta yang diberikan oleh pengguna untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan mengenai kemungkinan stunting. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu orang tua dalam mengenali risiko stunting serta memberikan rekomendasi pencegahan dan penanganan yang sesuai. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dirancang mampu menganalisis gejala stunting secara cepat dan akurat, sehingga dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif dalam mendukung upaya pencegahan stunting.
