rastructure is a serious challenge. This research focuses on the role of the Tof-Tof Village Government in developing productive age human resources. With a qualitative case study approach, data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation involving village officials and the community. The research results show that the Tof-Tof Village Government plays an important role as a motivator, facilitator and mobilizer in providing access to education, skills training and infrastructure development. Despite facing geographic constraints and limited resources, the initiative significantly improved the skills of local communities, with a 25% increase in competency scores among training participants. Challenges such as budget constraints and coordination were successfully overcome through innovative strategies. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of human resource development in remote areas and provides policy recommendations for sustainable and inclusive development programs.

Studi ini mengisi celah (gap) penelitian sebelumnya yang lebih banyak berfokus pada aspek regulasi dan struktur kelembagaan tanpa mengeksplorasi kapasitas individu dalam proses anggaran desa.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan analisis dokumen anggaran desa. Informan penelitian terdiri atas perangkat desa, tokoh masyarakat, dan pendamping desa. Analisis data dilakukan melalui teknik triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas temuan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDM di Kampung Kweel menghadapi sejumlah kendala, seperti minimnya pemahaman terhadap regulasi keuangan desa, rendahnya keterampilan teknis dalam menyusun dan mengelola anggaran, serta keterbatasan akses pelatihan dan pendampingan. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya program peningkatan kapasitas SDM melalui pelatihan intensif, penyediaan panduan teknis, dan supervisi berkelanjutan oleh pemerintah daerah. Dengan peningkatan kapasitas SDM, diharapkan perencanaan dan pengelolaan anggaran desa dapat lebih transparan, akuntabel, dan berorientasi pada pembangunan yang berkelanjutan.

Based on the research results, the availability of adequate health facilities and equipment at BPJS counters can help officers in carrying out their duties in providing services to BPJS participants and is a factor that influences services at BPJS counters in Merauke-General Region. the affected hospitals are physical evidence. Audit merupakan suatu pekerjaan pemeriksaan yang dilakukan setelah laporan keuangan selesai diterbitkan. Materi yang diberikan oleh pihak sekolah dalam bidang akuntansi hanya sebatas praktik dalam membuat dan menyusun laporan keuangan, sedangkan untuk audit belum terdapat dalam kurikulum siswa. The process of collecting research data was carried out through interviews and literature studies with case studies in the 4th semester English course in Informatics Engineering study program at Universal University. Web application development is carried out using the Extreme Programming method with testing through the Black Box Testing approach. In development, researchers used the Laravel framework with the PHP, Javascript, and MySQL programming languages as databases. The results of the Black Box test show that the web application is able to carry out the functionality according to the problems in this study. With this web application, it is hoped that teachers can easily provide exams with sound and image-based questions, provide a more interactive and effective learning experience for students, and enrich the use of technology in educational contexts.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi web yang mampu memfasilitasi pengajar dalam menyediakan ujian dengan pertanyaan bertipe jawab melalui suara menggunakan metode speech recognition serta mampu menampilkan pertanyaan ujian yang bergambar. Proses pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan melalui metode wawancara dan studi pustaka dengan studi kasus di mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris 2 program studi Teknik Informatika semester 4 Universitas Universal. Pengembangan aplikasi web dilakukan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming dengan pengujian melalui pendekatan Black Box Testing. Dalam pengembangan, peneliti menggunakan framework Laravel dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Javascript, dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Hasil pengujian Black Box menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi web mampu menjalankan fungsionalitas sesuai dengan masalah yang ada dalam penelitian ini. Dengan adanya aplikasi web ini, diharapkan pengajar dapat dengan mudah menyediakan ujian dengan pertanyaan berbasis suara dan gambar, memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan efektif bagi mahasiswa, serta memperkaya penggunaan teknologi dalam konteks pendidikan.

The formulation of the problem is how to design and build a research and community service information system so as to facilitate the process of submitting proposals, accepting, selecting, reviewing, approving, controlling implementation and facilitating reporting. This study uses data collection methods namely observation and interviews, while the system development method uses the Scrum method, the following is a description of the stages of software development using the Scrum method, namely: Produck Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Sprint and Working Increment of the Software. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that the research and community service information system was designed to facilitate the submission of research proposals as well as the dedication and reporting of research and service activities being carried out by lecturers. Presentation of information in this system includes lecturer data input, input of research proposal, dedication proposal input, print decision letter and report data input.

This problem is the background to the implementation of community service activities (PkM) with the aim of improving teacher competency in using Large Language Models (LLM) such as Gemini and ChatGPT to develop Lesson Implementation Plans (RPP). The methods used included needs surveys, interactive workshops, hands-on practice, and evaluation through post-tests and participant feedback. The results of the activity showed a significant increase, where teacher knowledge increased from 20% to 80% and the application of AI in lesson plans increased from 10% to 65%. The contribution of this activity lies in improving teachers' ability to utilize AI to develop lesson plans more effectively and providing a scientific basis for the application of LLM in lesson planning in vocational education.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence) menghadirkan peluang baru dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam perencanaan pembelajaran. Namun, sebagian besar guru SMK di Kota Palembang, termasuk di SMK PGRI 2, masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemanfaatan AI. Permasalahan ini melatarbelakangi dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menggunakan Large Language Models (LLM) seperti Gemini dan ChatGPT untuk menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei kebutuhan, workshop interaktif, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi melalui post-test dan umpan balik peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan, di mana pengetahuan guru meningkat dari 20% menjadi 80% dan penerapan AI dalam RPP naik dari 10% menjadi 65%. Kontribusi kegiatan ini terletak pada peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan AI untuk menyusun RPP secara lebih efektif serta penyediaan dasar ilmiah bagi penerapan LLM dalam perencanaan pembelajaran di pendidikan vokasi.

Therefore, this community service activity aims to implement a web-based laboratory application at the Gandus health center to assist laboratory staff in completing, collecting, processing, and presenting data in a more structured, easy-to-read, timely, and accurate manner. The stages of the activity include interviews, discussions, patient data collection and laboratory examinations, application installation, and socialization of its use. This activity can improve the quality of laboratory services and add value to the accreditation of the Puskesmas.

Abstrak: Puskesmas sebagai pusat penggerak pembangunan berwawasan kesehatan, pemberdayaan masyarakat, keluarga dan tempat pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama bertanggung jawab meningkatkan mutu layanannya melalui penyampaian informasi yang relevan, cepat dan tepat sasaran kepada pasien, dalam upaya mencapai visi dan misinya. Terutama di saat pandemi Covid-19 beberapa waktu yang lalu, maka peran laboratorium di puskesmas sebagai garda terdepan pusat layanan kesehatan tingkat pertama dalam pemeriksaan gejala Covid-19 dan pelaksanaan vaksinasi menjadi penting. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan aplikasi laboratorium berbasis web di puskesmas Gandus dalam upaya untuk membantu staf laboratorium dalam melengkapi, mengumpulkan, memproses, dan mempresentasikan data secara lebih terstruktur, mudah dipahami, akurat, dan tepat waktu. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi wawancara, diskusi, pengambilan data pasien dan pemeriksaan laboratorium, instalasi aplikasi, serta sosialisasi penggunaannya. Kegiatan ini dapat berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan laboratorium dan menambah nilai akreditasi puskesmas.
