Situbondo Regency, situated along the Pantura Road, remain undigitized, thereby hindering their potential to expand their customer base. Therefore, through the use of the WordPress platform, the 206 Community Service Students Group of Jember University introduced e-DIMMA, which stands for ‘Electronic List of Wringin Anom UMKM’ with the aim of providing information related to potential UMKM in the Wringin Anom Village area along with supporting data related to the products of the UMKM concerned. Thus, e-DIMMA will simplify the process for consumers to access information necessary for conducting buying and selling transactions. We use a method of science and technology diffusion, which involves three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of activities commences with the analysis of problems, the socialization of work programs, the collection of data from UMKM, the development of websites, the training of website administrators, and the evaluation process. We will coordinate with the village government to assess the effectiveness of creating UMKM websites for product marketing with the goal of increasing market access for partner.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengembangkan potensi yang ada pada suatu daerah salah satunya usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Desa Wringin Anom, Kecamatan Panarukan, Kabupaten Situbondo yang terletak di sepanjang Jalan Pantura memiliki banyak UMKM yang belum terdigitalisasi sehingga potensi peningkatan konsumen belum sepenuhnya optimal. Oleh karena itu, melalui pemanfaatan platform WordPress Kelompok Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat 206 Universitas Jember memperkenalkan e-DIMMA yang merupakan singkatan dari Elektronik Daftar UMKM Wringin Anom dengan tujuan menyediakan informasi terkait UMKM berpotensi di wilayah Desa Wringin Anom dengan disertai informasi penunjang terkait produk dari UMKM yang bersangkutan. Sehingga, akan memudahkan konsumen dalam mengakses informasi hingga melakukan transaksi jual beli. Metode yang digunakan berupa difusi ipteks dengan tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan analisis masalah, sosialisasi program kerja, pengumpulan data UMKM, pembuatan website, pelatihan admin website dan evaluasi. Efektifitas pembuatan website UMKM sebagai sarana untuk pemasaran produk akan dikoordinasikan dengan pemerintah desa dengan capaian berupa peningkatan akses pasar bagi mitra.

The final problem (3) is in the legal sector, where the partner product does not yet have a production permit as a legality and security aspect in expanding marketing. The solution to the problem provided is by offering donations for production equipment and some training. The method of implementing the service is by adopting the PALS (participatory learning system) method. The results of the service obtained are an increase in production capacity in the last two months, increased knowledge of partners in packaging with new designs. Partners already have social media as digital marketing. Partners have knowledge in certification and electronic transactions. Partner responses to the implementation of activities with results were 31% satisfactory and 69% very satisfactory. Meanwhile, in training, partner responses were 37.5% satisfactory and 62.5% very satisfactory.

Abstrak: Bumbu Bali “NePaon†di produksi oleh kelompok Suka Wirang yang terletak di Desa Bukit Tibulaka. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra yaitu (1) bidang produksi, kapasitas produksi kurang maksimal dan pengemasan mengalami kebocoran sehingga menyebabkan label menjadi rusak. (2) bidang pemasaran, adanya keterbatasan pemasaran yang dilakukan secara konvesional. Permasalahan terakhir (3) bidang hukum, dimana produk mitra belum memiliki izin produksi sebagai aspek legalitas dan standar keamanan dalam memperluas pemasaran. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan yaitu dengan menawarkan sumbangan alat – alat produksi dan beberapa pelatihan. Metode pelakasanaan pengabdian dengan mengadopsi metode PALS (participatory learning system). Hasil pengabdian diperoleh yaitu adanya peningkatan kapasitas produksi dalam dua bulan terakhir, meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra dalam melakukan pengemasan dengan desain yang baru. Mitra sudah memiliki media sosial sebagai pemasaran digital marketing. Mitra memiliki pengatahuan dalam sertifikasi dan transaksi elektronik. Respon mitra terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan hasil 31% memuaskan dan 69% sangat memuaskan. Sedangkan pada pelatihan, respon mitra 37,5% memuaskan dan 62,5% sangat memuaskan.

Memberikan informasi kepada seluruh siswa-siswi berkaitan penerapan UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) merupakan hal yang harus dilaksanakan, sebab saat ini kita lihat banyak anak sekolah rentan terhadap pelanggaran UU ITE. Undang-undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (disingkat UU ITE) atau Undang-undang nomor 11 Tahun 2008 adalah UU yang mengatur tentang informasi serta transaksi elektronik, atau teknologi informasi secara umum. UU ini memiliki yurisdiksi yang berlaku untuk setiap orang yang melakukan perbuatan hukum sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang ini, baik yang berada di wilayah Indonesia maupun di luar wilayah hukum Indonesia, yang memiliki akibat hukum di wilayah hukum Indonesia dan/atau di luar wilayah hukum Indonesia dan merugikan kepentingan Indonesia. Banyak kalangan menginginkan pasal 27 ayat 3 di Undang-undang No. 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) untuk dihapus. The use of social media for business activities has a very positive impact on improving the welfare of the community economically. To achieve these objectives, training and coaching to the public regarding the use of social media are held. The training was carried out at the Pesona Rhabayu Housing Community of Patam Lestari Village, Sekupang District, Batam. The training was conducted by monitoring and tutorials on how to use social media properly, including information dissemination on the Information and Electronic Transaction Law (UU ITE) so that the community has a legal basis for using social media. The first result of this dedication is that people's understanding of the ITE Law can be seen from discussions and questions and answers, secondly, people's ability to access and utilize social media for business facilities by forming a social media group as a forum for the community to promote their efforts.

The results of this activity are published in scientific journals, electronic mass media. In addition, the activity videos and the improvement of the knowledge and skills of partner HR are outcomes of this activity. The lecture and demonstration methods used in the process provide an understanding of the use of shipping safety equipment. The practice method is directly used to skill in using shipping safety equipment, of course, with the assistance of the proposing team. Observation method is done to observe the ability of partners both during the activity process and afterwards. Observation after the activity is intended to determine the impact of the activities that have been carried out.

Abstrak: Terjadinya kembali musibah kecelakaan kapal saat berlayar di Danau Toba menunjukkan bahwa standar operasional prosedur (SOP) persoalan keselamatan dan keamanan, yang selanjutnya baru diikuti dengan aspek biaya yang terjangkau, kecepatan dan ketepatan waktu, serta aspek kenyamanan belum dilaksanakan secara efektif dan maksimal. Oleh sebab itu tim pengusul yang berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi Akademi Maritim Indonesia Medan mengusulkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap mitra sasaran untuk memberikan edukasi ilmiah disertai dengan adanya bantuan sarana edukasi mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dipublikasikan di jurnal ilmiah, media massa elektronik. Selain itu video kegiatan serta peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan SDM mitra merupakan luaran dari kegiatan ini. Metode ceramah dan demonstrasi digunakan dalam proses memberikan pemahaman mengenai penggunaan peralatan keselamatan pelayaran. Metode praktik langsung digunakan untuk keterampilan menggunakan peralatan keselamatan pelayaran tentunya dengan pendampingan tim pengusul. Metode observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati kemampuan mitra baik selama proses kegiatan maupun sesudahnya. Evaluasi sesudah kegiatan ditujukan untuk mengetahui dampak dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan.

Abstrak: Perancangan modul amplifier 12 Volt yang diadakan di SMK Negeri 5 kota tanjungbalai, mendapatai dari 80 siswa yang mengikuti pengabdian yang dilakukan, lebih dari 75 siswa berhasil menyelesikan project perakitan amplifier 12 V dan tergologn kategori berhasil, dan 3 siswa hanya mampu menyelesaikan project amplifier, tetapi tidak bisa menyala dan 2 siswa lagi tidak bisa menyelesaikan sampai akhir. Pelatihan perancangan modul amplifier 12 V, ini bertujuan untuk menambah kompetensi siswa untuk meningkatkan hardskill dibidang praktikum, khususnya dibidang produktif jurusan teknik audio video yang ditekuni sesuai jurusan yang diambil. The Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) regulates how the provision of digital evidence can be strong evidence in court. This study examines the forensics of digital evidence on storage media with four test scenarios. Digital forensic processing uses forensic processes based on the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidelines. This study produces an analysis in which evidence processed with scenarios 1 and 4 is valid digital evidence to be submitted to court, while evidence 2 and 3 is invalid evidence. The results of this digital evidence can be used for investigations under the ITE law.

Abstrak: Media Penyimpanan merupakan alat yang tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan Media Penyimpanan, pengguna dapat menyimpan data penting, baik pribadi maupun tempat kerja. Selain itu, dalam banyak kasus, hukum Indonesia menggunakan Media Penyimpanan sebagai alat bukti. Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) mengatur bagaimana penyediaan alat bukti digital menjadi alat bukti yang kuat di pengadilan. Penelitian ini mengkaji forensik terhadap alat bukti digital pada Media Penyimpanan dengan empat skenario pengujian. Pemrosesan forensik digital menggunakan proses forensik berdasarkan panduan National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Penelitian ini menghasilkan analisis di mana alat bukti yang diproses dengan skenario 1 dan 4 merupakan alat bukti digital yang sah untuk diajukan ke pengadilan, sedangkan alat bukti 2 dan 3 merupakan alat bukti yang tidak sah. Hasil dari barang bukti digital ini, dapat digunakan untuk penyelidikan didalam undang-undang ITE.

The novelty lies in integrating horizontal-vertical projection with probabilistic Hough transform to robustly detect grid lines, form square cells, and enable accurate unit estimation via average intensity analysis, eliminating the need for reference weighing. Experiments on 15 actual chip images yielded an error rate of 0.009519% and up to 73.674%time efficiency gains compared to the manual method. The system reduces operator dependency, minimizes errors, and accelerates counting, providing a practical machine vision solution for semiconductor production.

Abstrak: Penghitungan chip semikonduktor konvensional di PT Elektronik Indonesia bergantung pada penimbangan manual, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia dan kurang efisien. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem penghitungan berbasis desktop menggunakan scanner digital dan pengolahan citra. Kebaruan terletak pada integrasi proyeksi horizontal-vertikal dengan probabilistic Hough transform untuk mendeteksi garis grid secara kuat, membentuk sel persegi, serta memungkinkan estimasi unit akurat melalui analisis intensitas rata-rata, sehingga menghilangkan kebutuhan penimbangan referensi. Eksperimen pada 15 citra chip aktual menghasilkan tingkat kesalahan 0,009519% dan peningkatan efisiensi waktu hingga 73,674% dibandingkan metode manual. Sistem ini mengurangi ketergantungan operator, meminimalkan kesalahan, dan mempercepat penghitungan, menyediakan solusi machine vision praktis untuk produksi semikonduktor.

ES algorithms with an AI-based key management module to enhance EMR security while maintaining efficiency. A dataset of 1,000 simulated records was evaluated using five cryptographic configurations: Affine-only, AES-only, RSA-only, Affine–AES, and Affine–AES with AI. Performance was measured through encryption/decryption latency and ciphertext size, while security was assessed under brute-force, SQL injection, and phishing simulations. The AI decision tree for key generation was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and entropy metrics. Results show that the AI-enhanced hybrid method eliminates brute-force success, introduces only minor latency overhead, and generates high-entropy keys with reliability above 98%. These findings indicate that integrating AI-based dynamic key regeneration into hybrid encryption can improve EMR security while remaining practical for clinical and cloud-based healthcare systems. Future work should involve real clinical datasets and explore post-quantum cryptographic extensions.

Abstrak: Di era meningkatnya sensitivitas data kesehatan dan maraknya serangan siber, perlindungan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) menjadi tantangan penting. Penelitian ini mengusulkan kerangka enkripsi hibrida yang menggabungkan algoritma Affine dan AES dengan modul manajemen kunci berbasis AI untuk meningkatkan keamanan RME tanpa mengorbankan efisiensi. Dataset simulasi berisi 1.000 entri diuji menggunakan lima konfigurasi kriptografi: Affine-only, AES-only, RSA-only, Affine–AES, serta Affine–AES dengan AI. Performa diukur melalui latensi enkripsi/dekripsi dan ukuran ciphertext, sedangkan keamanan dievaluasi melalui simulasi serangan brute force, SQL injection, dan phishing. Model decision tree untuk manajemen kunci dinilai menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, F1-score, dan entropi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode hibrida dengan AI menghilangkan keberhasilan brute force, menambah overhead latensi yang minimal, serta menghasilkan kunci berentropi tinggi dengan reliabilitas di atas 98%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa regenerasi kunci dinamis berbasis AI dalam skema enkripsi hibrida dapat meningkatkan keamanan RME sekaligus tetap praktis untuk sistem klinis dan layanan kesehatan berbasis cloud. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan dataset klinis nyata dan mengeksplorasi kriptografi pascakuantum.

e comfort and energy efficiency. However, cost, integration complexity, and security issues remain. This study will simulate an IoT-based smart home system to analyse and evaluate device performance before real-world implementation. The simulation method involves testing connectivity and evaluating delay and packet loss using the ping method on each device. Results show the highest delay on CCTV devices at 41.8 ms and the lowest on motion detector 2 at 32.8 ms, with 0% packet loss. According to TIPHON standards, the network is rated excellent with an index of 4. The designed smart home system demonstrates optimal performance and is feasible for implementation but requires further development in configuration using AI and machine learning technologies.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam kehidupan, terutama dalam pengembangan rumah pintar (smart home) yang lebih efisien dan aman. Smart home mengintegrasikan berbagai perangkat elektronik untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan dan efisiensi energi. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti biaya, kompleksitas integrasi, dan isu keamanan masih ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensimulasikan sistem smart home berbasis IoT guna menganalisis dan mengevaluasi kinerja perangkat sebelum implementasi nyata. Metode simulasi yang digunakan melibatkan pengujian konektivitas dan evaluasi delay serta packet loss dengan metode ping pada setiap perangkat. Hasil menunjukkan delay tertinggi pada perangkat CCTV sebesar 41.8 ms dan terendah pada motion detector 2 sebesar 32.8 ms, dengan packet loss 0%. Berdasarkan standar TIPHON, jaringan dinilai sangat baik dengan indeks 4. Sistem smart home yang dirancang menunjukkan kinerja optimal dan layak diimplementasikan, namun masih memerlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam konfigurasi menggunakan teknologi AI dan machine learning.
