itative method, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the company’s strengths lie in its product quality and extensive distribution network, while its weaknesses include limited digital marketing activities and lack of product innovation. On the external side, growing market demand and changes in consumer lifestyles present significant opportunities, whereas intense competition and fluctuating raw material prices pose major threats. Based on the SWOT analysis, the most suitable strategy for PT Serena Indopangan is the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy, which focus on leveraging internal strengths to capitalize on external opportunities. The study recommends enhancing digital marketing efforts and strengthening brand positioning to improve the company’s competitiveness.
Abstract:Spent coffee grounds are one of the organic wastes that remain underutilized despite their significant potential to be transformed into value-added products. This community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge…
and practical skills of the residents of Jingkang Village in converting spent coffee grounds into aromatherapy candles and air fresheners based on the principles of the circular economy. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach consisting of problem identification, program planning, training implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and reflection. The activity involved 15 participants, including community members, micro-enterprise actors, and women's community groups. Program effectiveness was evaluated using pre-test and post-test assessments and analysed through a Paired Sample t-test. The results demonstrated that the average participant score increased from 46.70 to 86.00, representing an 84.15% improvement. Statistical analysis confirmed a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores (p < 0.001). Furthermore, all program success indicators were achieved, including a 100% attendance rate, 100% participant competency in producing the products, a participant satisfaction level of 93.30%, and all products meeting usability standards. The novelty of this program lies in integrating the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, circular economy principles, and quantitative statistical evaluation into a community empowerment model utilizing spent coffee grounds as value-added products. This model has strong potential to be replicated in other coffee-producing communities to promote sustainable waste management and local economic development.
Abstract:Cigarette smoke exposure is a significant health threat that may trigger lipid metabolism disorders, particularly by increasing serum triglyceride levels through nicotine-stimulated production of Very Low-Density Lipoprotein…
tein (VLDL). This study aimed to analyze the correlation between cigarette smoke exposure levels and serum triglyceride levels in students to identify cardiovascular risks among the productive age group. This study employed an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 83 participants were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Participants' levels of exposure to cigarette smoke were assessed, and their serum triglyceride levels were analyzed using the GPO-PAP enzymatic method. Statistical analysis was performed to determine the significance of the association between smoke exposure levels and serum triglyceride levels. The findings indicate no statistically significant correlation between the level of cigarette smoke exposure and serum triglyceride levels among the study participants (Spearman's rho, p = 0.882). Most participants were classified as having mild cigarette smoke exposure and exhibited serum triglyceride levels within the normal reference range. Furthermore, the relatively homogeneous exposure levels and the young age of the participants may have contributed to the limited variability observed in the study. In conclusion, mild cigarette smoke exposure was not significantly associated with serum triglyceride levels among young adults.

Viewed form Shari Economic La, the validity of The pillar and conditions of commodity objects requires strengthening after-sales technical tansparancy through written instruments (al-kitabah) to uphold the principle of mutual consent (an-tardhin) and the right to choose (khiyar al-‘aib) in order to achieve tru benefit (maslahah).
Abstract:Plastic waste is an environmental problem that continues to increase along with the development of community economic activities, especially in traditional market areas. Mardika Market, Ambon City, as a center of trade and…
nd community economic activities, produces a fairly high volume of plastic waste, requiring effective and sustainable management. This study aims to analyze plastic waste management and its implications for community economic activities in the Mardika Market area of Ambon City. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study and document analysis approach. Data were obtained from publications from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN), scientific journals, government reports, and various relevant documents. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that plastic waste management in the Mardika Market area still faces various challenges, including the high use of single-use plastics, limited community participation, and the suboptimal implementation of the Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle (3R) principles. These conditions have implications for the cleanliness and comfort of the market environment, which can affect community economic activities, especially visitor comfort and trading activities. Therefore, synergy between the government, traders, and the community is needed to improve the effectiveness of plastic waste management to support the creation of a clean, comfortable, and productive market environment.
Abstract:constrained by limited buyer options, price-information gaps, high distribution costs, inadequate storage facilities, and fragmented product flows. This study examines the effects of market access and logistics efficiency…
y on the competitiveness of salt farmers. A quantitative explanatory survey was conducted with 100 active salt farmers. The three constructs were measured using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression. Market access had a positive and statistically significant effect on competitiveness (p < 0.05), indicating that broader buyer networks, timely price information, alternative marketing channels, and stronger negotiating opportunities improve farmers’ ability to reach markets and sustain sales. Logistics efficiency also had a positive and significant effect (p < 0.05); reliable transportation, lower distribution costs, appropriate storage, proper handling, and shorter delivery times help preserve quality and reduce avoidable losses. The simultaneous test confirmed that both variables jointly affected competitiveness (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that increasing production alone is insufficient when farmers cannot reach profitable markets through efficient product flows. Collective marketing, transparent market information, shared storage, coordinated transportation, and direct relationships with processing industries are therefore essential for strengthening farmers’ bargaining power and market performance
Abstract:Employee retention has become a critical concern for organizations because high employee turnover can reduce organizational productivity, increase recruitment and training costs, and negatively affect overall organizational…
nal performance. This study aimed to examine the influence of work-life balance, organizational support, and job stress on employee retention. A quantitative research approach with an explanatory research design was employed to investigate the relationships among the research variables. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 150 employees selected using an appropriate sampling technique. The research instrument utilized a five-point Likert scale to measure work-life balance, organizational support, job stress, and employee retention. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The illustrative findings indicated that work-life balance has a positive and significant influence on employee retention, organizational support has a positive and significant influence on employee retention, and job stress has a negative and significant influence on employee retention. Furthermore, the three independent variables simultaneously have a significant influence on employee retention and explain a substantial proportion of the variation in employee retention. Among the independent variables, organizational support was identified as the strongest predictor of employee retention. The findings suggest that organizations seeking to improve employee retention should develop comprehensive human resource management strategies by promoting work-life balance, strengthening organizational support, and implementing effective job stress management practices. Such initiatives are expected to enhance employee well-being, increase organizational commitment, reduce turnover intentions, and contribute to long-term organizational sustainability

petition, this traditional craft business faces challenges in optimizing its marketing mix strategy. This study analyzes the implementation of the 7Ps marketing mix strategy in the Nur Azizah Songkok Recca Enterprise in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the enterprise has implemented the seven elements of the marketing mix, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. Product variety and artisan skills represent the main strengths of the business, while limited digital promotion, conventional payment systems, simple packaging, and a deteriorated business signboard remain key constraints. The study suggests that the enterprise should strengthen digital marketing, adopt cashless payment options, improve product packaging, and renew its physical identity to enhance competitiveness. These findings provide practical insights for culture-based MSMEs seeking to preserve traditional products while adapting to contemporary market changes.

The results indicate that: (1) online shopping experience has a significant effect on trust (t-statistics 6,235; p values 0.000); (2) online shopping experience has a significant effect on repurchase intention (t-statistics 5,395; p values 0.000); (3) trust has a significant effect on repurchase intention (t-statistics 4,680; p values 0.000); and (4) trust mediates the effect of online shopping experience on repurchase intention (t-statistics 4,397; p values 0.000). These findings suggest that a positive online shopping experience and consumer trust are key factors in driving repurchase intention for beauty and personal care products through e-commerce platforms.
Abstract:Public service innovation in the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia has been historically dominated by the managerial logic of New Public Management, which positions efficiency and quantitative…
uantitative targets as the measure of success. This approach fails to build long-term relational capacity among entrepreneurs, government, and the broader supporting ecosystem. This article analyses HETERO SPACE (House of Entrepreneurs, Technology-driven Ecosystem, Resource Optimization, Supportive Programs, Accessible Network, Collaborative Environment), a public service innovation developed by the Cooperatives and SME Office of Central Java Province, which received outstanding recognition in the 2025 Public Service Innovation Competition. The analysis applies a New Public Governance framework with emphasis on two sub-theoretical dimensions, namely co-production and collaborative networking. The research approach is a qualitative case study drawing on secondary data from the official Public Service Innovation System, implementation reports of the Central Java Cooperatives and SME Office, and relevant academic literature. The central argument is that HETERO SPACE is not merely an expanded MSME assistance programmed but a transition in the role of government from a sole service provider to an ecosystem orchestrator that mobilizes resources across actors. Findings indicate that HETERO SPACE success rests on three interrelated conditions, namely a platform design that facilitates inter-actor encounters, trust built through repeated interaction, and institutional commitment from the provincial government to share authority with non-state partners. The article contributes to Indonesian public administration literature by shifting the analytical arena of co-production from the social and health sectors to economic governance, and by demonstrating that New Public Governance principles can be operationalized concretely at the subnational level.
