ation to their children is by carrying out aqiqah. This study aims to analyze the values of Islamic education contained in the implementation of aqiqah. This research uses a literature study research methodology or library research, which is the process of collecting materials related to research from books, journals, literature, and other publications that deserve to be used as sources for further research by the author. As a result, there are five points of Islamic education in the implementation of aqiqah, namely the value of faith education which shows that aqiqah as a form of obedience in religion, the value of worship education which shows that aqiqah as a form of self-sacrifice to Allah, the value of moral education which shows that aqiqah as an effort to form morality, the value of social education which shows that aqiqah can strengthen the bonds of friendship, and the value of health education which shows that aqiqah is carried out by slaughtering healthy animals and not defective, and halal for consumption. In addition, there are three additional educational values in the implementation of aqiqah, namely giving a name to the child as a prayer and his identity, shaving the hair as a form of obedience and preventing disease and fostering an attitude of charity, and men-tahnik or giving something sweet to the baby's mouth as an effort so that one day the child has a good speech in speaking.

skills. The four skills are listening (istima'), speaking (kalam), reading (qiroah), and writing (kitabah) are very important in the learning process. The research method used was my research with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through written and oral Arabic tests conducted on students of class VIII. The test results were categorised into several score ranges, and the students' Arabic language skills were analysed based on the predicates obtained. The results showed that most of the students had deficient Arabic language skills, with 48% of the total students being at the predicate of "Deficient". A total of 21% of students got the predicate "Very Good," 19% of students got the predicate "Good," and 12% of students got the predicate "Fair." The study also noted factors that influence students' Arabic language proficiency, including learning methods, textbooks, materials, educational institutions and time. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta plays an important role in shaping students' Arabic language skills, but there are challenges in improving overall Arabic language skills. This study provides an understanding of the status of students' Arabic language skills at MTs Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta and shows the importance of developing Arabic language learning at the madrasah.

menurunkan kepercayaan diri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi tingkat kecemasan berbicara di depan umum melalui metode Expressive Writing Therapy yang dilakukan terhadap 13 mahasiswa magang di UPTD PPA Kota Makassar. Terapi dilaksanakan dalam satu sesi yang mencakup pre-test, sesi menulis ekspresif, diskusi/refleksi bersama fasilitator, serta post-test. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan adanya penurunan signifikan tingkat kecemasan dengan nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 77,50 menjadi 64,95 pada post-test (sig. 0,000 < 0,05). Ini menunjukkan bahwa terapi menulis ekspresif efektif sebagai intervensi psikologis untuk membantu mahasiswa mengelola kecemasan saat berbicara di depan publik. Selain itu, terapi ini juga memberi ruang bagi mahasiswa untuk merefleksikan emosi dan memperkuat keterampilan komunikasi mereka di lingkungan kerja. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi contoh program serupa yang bisa diterapkan di instansi lain sebagai upaya pengembangan soft skill mahasiswa.

Abstrak: Dalam dunia Pendidikan sangat dibutuhkan sebuah media belajar, apalagi di zaman yang sudah serba teknologi maka diharapkan murid dari TK Kemala Bhayangkari 08 Kisaran memiliki suatu media belajar yang lebih mudah dipahami dan dapat diterapkan, adapun contohnya dengan mengaplikasi kan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris menggunakan media berbasis Android, sistem yang dirancang menggunakan Adobe Flash CS6 dan Action Script 3.0 Android Air Pugin for Adobe Flash CS6 sebagai bahan bantu pembuatan script pada Android yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk bahasa serta gambar yang menarik dan suara, agar anak lebih mudah dalam mempelajari bahasa Inggris dasar serta lebih memahami dengan adanya gambar dan suara. Aplikasi ini harusnya dapat mengembangkan kecerdasan baik emosional dan spiritual anak dan menambah wawasan anak dalam mengucapkan bahasa Inggris, yang tadinya dengan cara belajar mandiri atau dengan pendampingan lain untuk pembelajaran dengan edukasi bahasa Inggris yang berbasis Android disertakan gambar dan suara.

public speaking, during the job interview process. It was done online through a Zoom meeting, which was opened for vocational college students in Madiun City, East Java. The activity was done in May 2024, starting from the preparation, implementation, and evaluation process. It ran well and benefited vocational college students by equipping them with and broadening their knowledge regarding the job interview process. The participants’ feedback was positive, in which the survey results showed that the community service activity improved their public speaking skills and confidence. The participants also provided a rough description of the job interview process through mock interviews. It is hoped that a similar activity will be carried out continuously in the future.

Banyak lulusan kampus vokasi yang kesulitan saat menjalani proses interviu kerja. Untuk itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi bahasa Inggris mahasiswa vokasi terutama pada public speaking di proses wawancara kerja. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara daring melalui Zoom meeting yang dibuka bagi mahasiswa vokasi di kota Madiun, Jawa Timur. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2024 yang dimulai dari proses persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dan bermanfaat bagi para mahasiswa vokasi dalam memperlengkapi dan memperluas wawasan mereka mengenai proses wawancara kerja. Umpan balik dari para peserta menunjukkan nilai positive dimana hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini meningkatkan kemampuan public speaking para peserta dan rasa percaya diri mereka. Para peserta juga mendapatkan gambaran kasar mengenai proses wawancara kerja melalui kegiatan mock-interview. Diharapkan bahwa kegiatan sejenis dapat diadakan berkelanjutan di masa mendatang.

The team complemented the idea of public communication on intrapersonal strength, namely managing nervousness with an emphasis on practice, preparation, and the ability to overcome nervousness constructively. The team believes that knowledge of managing nervousness from an early age can help children in orphanages get used to facing various kinds of audiences in the future. This service method is tests, lectures and practice which include assignments and simulations. The result of this activity is that children can overcome nervousness by means of positive self-motivation, regular breathing, good script preparation and analyzing the audience.

died the English Training and Gathering (Estage) Language Education Institute, which implements the English system in a Metro City - Lampung area as a forum for improving the speaking skills and quality of members from elementary to advanced classes, supported by gathering activities that encourage students to dare to speak in public. The service training activities were given to helpg students at the English Village Estage understanding the elements and processes of public speaking. Participant skills in public speaking, such as the ability to think on the go, develop vocals to have a microphonic voice, and get used to speaking without primarily relying on text, some participants were found need ongoing preparation and adaptation to public speaking. The main ways of becoming prepared for public speaking were to help the participants develop courage and self-confidence, as well as to increase their knowledge and comprehension by continually practicing.

f students’ ability to apply vocabularies (mufradat) in form of sentences (jumlah) based on the direct survey to students at the first preliminary research. Therefore, this training was focused to improve the speaking skill (maharah) of the students through Snowball Throwing model by utilizing the origami papers. The method of conducting the training was mix methods (intiqodiiyya) namely combination of speech delivery method or lecturing (ilqoiyyah) and direct method (mubasyarah). The program was carried out within one day and was followed by 27 female students. Some steps were done at implementing this program comprising opening, core agenda, evaluaton, giving reward and closing. The results showed that students’ ability increase very well where they could express simple sentence (jumlah) with related given materials and were actively practicing Arabic orally in front of the classroom by turn.

Alasan dipilihnya Madrasah ini adalah karena kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam menerapkan kosa kata (Mufrodat) dalam bentuk kalimat (Jumlah), hal tersebut diperoleh dari hasil survey berbicara langsung dengan siswa pada kunjungan awal, oleh sebab itu pelatihan ini difokuskan untuk peningkatan kemampuan maharah kalam siswa melalui melalui Model Snowball Throwing dengan pemamnfaatan media kertas origami. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode Campuran (Intiqoiyyah) yaitu gabungan antara metode Ceramah (Ilqoiyyah) dan metode Langsung (Mubasyarah). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan satu hari dan diikuti oleh 27 siswi. Beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu, pembukaan, kegiatan inti, evaluasi, pemberian reward dan penutup . Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan kemampuan siswa, hal ini dibuktikan dengan kemampuan mereka dalam mengungkapkan kalimat (Jumlah) sederhana terkait materi yang disampaikan serta keaktifan mereka dalam praktek berbicara bahasa arab di depan kelas secara bergantian.

any people and youth have low public speaking skills, which makes it difficult for them to express their opinions in front of many people, so a public speaking training for youth groups is held so that participants who take part in the training understand the importance of having public speaking skills and how to improve these skills. . In addition, this public speaking training is needed in youth organizations so that in internal and external communication there is no miscommunication and expressing opinions. The method used in this activity is a participatory act review. This activity received a positive response from the participants, as seen from the enthusiasm of the participants and active in asking, discussing, and answering questions posed by the presenters. In addition, based on the Pre-Test and Post-Test questionnaires that have been given to 22 training participants, the results are very good. Where based on the post-test filled by 22 people, there are 17 people who get good results with a vulnerable value of 76-100, only 5 people with a value (56-75) this shows much improvement from the results of the previous pre-test, which only 5 people get good grades

Abstrak: Public speaking merupakan skill yang penting untuk dimiliki oleh setiap orang maupun organisasi. Dalam melakukan public speaking dibutuhkan latihan yang matang agar terbiasa dalam menyampaikan suatu topik di depan banyak orang. Namun kenyataannya, banyak masyarakat maupun pemuda yang memiliki kemampuan public speaking rendah, yang menyebabkan mereka sulit menyampaikan pendapat di depan banyak orang, maka diadakanlah pelatihan public speaking bagi karang taruna ini agar peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan memahami pentingnya mempunyai keterampilan public speaking dan bagaimana meningkatkan keterampilan tersebut. Selain itu, pelatihan public speaking ini diperlukan dalam organisasi karang taruna agar dalam komunikasi internal maupun eksternal tidak terjadinya miscommunication dan menyampaikan pendapat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah kaji tindak partisipati. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon yang positif dari peserta, yang dilihat dari antusiasme para peserta dan aktif dalam bertanya, berdiskusi, dan menjawab pertanyaan yang dilontarkan oleh pemateri. Selain itu, berdasarkan angket pengisian Pre-Test dan Post Test yang sudah diberikan kepada 22 peserta pelatihan menunjukan hasil yang sangat baik. Dimana berdasarkan post-test yang diisi oleh 22 orang terdapat 17 orang yang mendapatkan hasil baik dengan rentan nilai 76-100, cukup 5 orang dengan nilai (56-75) hal ini jauh menunjukan peningkatan dari hasil pre-test sebelumnya, yang hanya 5 orang mendapat nilai baik

Therefore, through the Spelling Bee competition, the team tried to improve the students’ skills and interest in learning English language, especially their ability to write and spell words correctly. In this competition, there were 280 students previously trained before join the competition. This competition is divided into three rounds, namely the preliminary round, the semi-final round and the final round. In addition, the English teachers also helped to coordinate the competition. During the activity, students were also given lessons on writing and spelling correctly. As a result, students’ enthusiasm in participating in competition can be one of the factors that triggers the enthusiasm and interests in learning so that they get more satisfying learning outcomes. During the competition, students were guided by the English teachers and given clear instructions. After participating in Spelling Bee competition, the students were not only given rewards but also some improvement in their English writing and spelling skills.

Abstrak : Spelling Bee merupakan permainan mengeja kata dengan menilai keakuratan kata dan ketepatan pengucapan huruf yang disebutkan dalam Bahasa Inggris. MTSN 7 Bungus, Padang dipilih sebagai mitra PKM karena kemampuan dan minat Bahasa Inggris siswanya yang sangat rendah. Oleh karena itu, lewat kompetisi Spelling Bee, Tim PKM berusaha untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan minat siswa terhadap Bahasa Inggris terutama pada kemampuan menulis dan mengeja kata. Dalam Kegiatan Spelling Bee ini, sebanyak 280 siswa dilatih sebelum mengikuti kompetisi Spelling Bee yang terbagi atas tiga babak, yaitu preliminary Round, Semi Final Round dan yang terakhir Final round. Selain itu, guru Bahasa Inggris di sekolah tersebut turut membantu demi kelancaran kegiatan kompetisi ini. Siswa diberikan pelajaran tentang menulis dan mengeja bahasa Inggris dengan benar. Antusias siswa dalam mengikuti kompetisi dapat merupakan salah satu faktor yang memicu semangat dan daya tarik siswa dalam belajar sehingga memperoleh hasil belajar yang jauh lebih memuaskan. Selama kompetisi, siswa dipandu oleh guru bahasa Inggrisnya dan diberikan instruksi yang jelas. Setelah mengikuti kompetisi Spelling Bee ini, siswa siswi MTSN 7 Bungus tidak hanya diberikan reward namun juga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dan mengeja Bahasa Inggrisnya.
