c focus on Theme–Rheme structure, the study analyses a BBC news report published in November 2023 on the Russian Supreme Court’s decision to designate the so-called “international LGBT movement” as an extremist organization. Using a qualitative textual approach, the text is segmented into clauses and analyzed to identify patterns of thematic choice and progression. The findings reveal a consistent foregrounding of institutional actors, such as state authorities and legal bodies, in Theme position when reporting legal actions and policy decisions, while members of the LGBT community and civil society figures are predominantly thematized in clauses expressing reactions, personal experiences, and anticipated consequences. This asymmetric thematic distribution constructs a discourse in which state authority is positioned as the primary agent of action, whereas affected social groups are framed as respondents to institutional power. The study demonstrates that ideological meanings in news discourse may be realized implicitly through grammatical organization rather than explicit evaluative language, and it highlights the value of Theme–Rheme analysis for examining power relations in contemporary international news reporting.

This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. Data were analyzed using triangulation to ensure validity. The research results show that a strong and healthy company culture can increase employee achievement motivation. A company culture that is innovative, supportive and open to evaluation and attention to detail regarding employee needs, such as a safe and comfortable work environment, plays a role in creating creative, committed and motivated employees. PT United Tractors also shows that good company support, continuous employee training and development, as well as a fair and transparent performance appraisal system, can encourage employees to achieve higher achievements. These findings support the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between corporate culture and employee achievement motivation, that the stronger the company culture, the higher the employee achievement motivation.

SC meliputi nyeri, keterbatasan gerak, dan menurunnya kemampuan aktivitas sehari-hari. Untuk mengetahui apakah program fisoterapi rehabilitasi yang diberikan dapat mengurangi nyeri serta meningkatkan kemampuan aktivitas fungsional pada pasien pasca operasi caesarea. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode case study yang dilakukan secara langsung kepada pasien Ny. FR berusia 24 tahun, di diagnosis post partum setelah menjalani operasi sectio caesarea yang disebabkan oleh kondisi oligohidramnion, dan dirawat di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Selogiri pada bulan Februari 2025. Program fisioterapi yang diberikan meliputi deep breathing exercise, ankle pumping, pelvic floor exercise, pelvic tilt exercise, serta latihan mobilisasi. Untuk mengevaluasi tingkat nyeri digunakan alat ukur Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Curl Up Test untuk mengukur kekuatan otot dan Kenny Self Care Index untuk mengukur kemampuan aktivitas fungsional. Setelah dua kali sesi terapi, terjadi penurunan tingkat nyeri : nyeri saat diam menurun dari skor 3 menjadi 2, nyeri tekan dari 7 menjadi 5, dan nyeri saat bergerak dari 6 menjadi 4. Adanya peningkatan kekuatan otot dari fair menjadi fair+, serta hasil Kenny Self Care Index dari 10 menjadi 23. Intervensi fisioterapi yang terdiri dari deep breathing exercise, ankle pumping, pelvic floor exercise, pelvic tilt exercise dan mobilisasi terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri, meningkatkan kekuatan otot serta meningkatkan kemampuan fungsional harian pada pasien dengan Post SC.

academic year. The study was conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The participants were 22 students who were involved in learning activities using instructional pictures and number-pocket media to strengthen conceptual understanding. Data were collected through observation sheets, learning outcomes tests, and teacher reflections. The findings indicate a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes and participation. Initial observations showed low understanding of norms and rules, reflected in students’ low discipline, responsibility, and adherence to class regulations. After the implementation of picture media in Cycle I, students’ average score increased from the pre-cycle score of 46.2% to 71.1%. In Cycle II, after using more varied and engaging visual media, students’ average score further improved to 79,36%, surpassing the minimum completeness criteria. The use of picture media was effective because it facilitated concrete understanding, increased motivation, and encouraged active engagement. The study concludes that picture-based media enhances students’ cognitive, affective, and behavioral competencies in learning. It is recommended that teachers integrate more innovative visual media to create meaningful, interactive, and enjoyable learning experiences in civics education and other subjects

This study aims to analyze the multilingual communication practices of Central Java–West Java border communities and to explain the role of language in representing community social identity. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method supported by social-contextual reflection. Data were obtained from various scientific sources discussing multilingual communication, social identity, intercultural communication, bilingualism, and multilingualism. The analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, theme categorization, meaning interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that border communities flexibly use Javanese, Sundanese, and Indonesian according to the context of interaction, social relations, and communication needs. The practices of code switching and code mixing are important parts of daily communication as forms of social and cultural adaptation. In addition, language use functions as a symbol of cultural identity, a means of identity negotiation, and a mechanism of social integration in a multicultural environment. The findings affirm that multilingual communication is a representation of dynamic social identity and reflects the ability of border communities to maintain social harmony amid cultural diversity.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Kecemasan Dengan Peningkatan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Pre Operasi Terjadwal Diruangan Imam Bonjol Rumah Sakit Tk. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 341 orang dengan jumlah sampel 77 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik proposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan kecemasan dengan Hamilton anxiety rating scale (HARS) dan untuk tekanan darah menggunakan Sphygmomanometer dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, kemudian dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square p-value ≤ 0,05. Hasil analisis univariat didapatkan data lebih dari separoh 50 (64.9%) responden mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah, dan 35 (45.5%) responden memiliki tingkat kecemasan sedang pada pasien pre operasi. Hasil uji Chi-Square menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan peningkatan tekanan darah (p-value = 0,000). Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan Ada Hubungan Tingkat Kecemasan Dengan Peningkatan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Pre Operasi Terjadwal Diruangan Imam Bonjol Rumah Sakit Tk. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang.
Increased blood pressure in patients before surgery is caused by psychological disorders, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety in preoperative patients can increase blood pressure. Elevated blood pressure if left untreated can lead to complications during and after surgery. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between anxiety level and increased blood pressure in scheduled pre-surgery patients in the room of Imam Bonjol Hospital Tk. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. This study is aquantitative research with a cross sectional design. The population in this study is 341 people with a sample of 77 people. The sampling technique is the proposive sampling technique. The instrument used anxiety with the Hamilton anxiety rating scale (HARS) and for blood pressure using a Sphygmomanometer using an observation sheet, then analyzed univariate and bivariate with the Chi-Square p-value test ≤ 0.05. The results of the univariate analysis obtained data from more than half of 50 (64.9%) respondents experienced an increase in blood pressure, and 35 (45.5%) respondents had moderate levels of anxiety in preoperative patients. The results of the Chi-Square test showed a significant association between anxiety levels and increased blood pressure (p-value = 0.000). The results of this study can be concluded that there is a relationship between anxiety level and increased blood pressure in scheduled pre-surgery patients in the Imam Bonjol room, Tk. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Hospital Padang.

The research instrument used in this study was a learning outcome test instrument, the data obtained were analyzed using statistical analysis techniques. Data from the initial conditions before the treatment was carried out until after the treatment was carried out showed an increase in student learning outcomes. Before the treatment, the average score was 68 and after the treatment, the average score was 84. It can be concluded that the student learning outcomes before the treatment were given were still not reaching the KKTP, namely 25 students (100%) and after the treatment, student learning outcomes increased, namely 26 students (100%) had scores above the KKTP. Based on the results of the hypothesis test with a significance level of 0.05 and a t table of 2.060, the calculated t is 11.238. Thus, t count > t table 11.238 > 2.060, it can be concluded that there is an influence of Quiziz-based interactive media on Civics learning outcomes in grade III at the UPTD of SD Negeri 124392 Pematangsiantar
