esign used in this research is case control. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Samples were 46 cases and 46 controls using random sampling technique. The instrument used was a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed with chi-square test. Results showed that knowledge (OR=4.136; 95% Cl=1.692-10.110), perception towards vaccine safety (OR=2.46; 95% Cl=1.055-5.736) were associated to COVID-19 vaccine participation. Meanwhile attitude (OR=1.312; 95% Cl=0.569-3.026), history of comorbid disease (OR=0.54; 95% Cl=0.236-1.237), perception towards AEFI (OR=0.825; 95% Cl=0.35-1.949), perception towards COVID-19 impact (OR=1.192; 95% Cl=0.524-2.709) were not were associated to COVID-19 vaccine participation.

The total sample size for this study was 30 respondents, comprising 5 purposively sampled employees and 25 community respondents selected incidentally. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data was collected using observation and questionnaires, with frequency tables used for analysis. Based on the analysis of questionnaire data across the five indicators (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), the findings indicate that the service quality at the Tihu Village Office in Teluk Ambon Subdistrict is deemed insufficient.

The respondents of the study consisted of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village. The results showed that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook applications, had a positive effect on increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players. Sales activities that were originally word-of-mouth developed by utilizing digital media. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook not only expanded the range of product information, but also increased sales volume from 30-50 chickens per day to 70-100 chickens per day. Daily net profit also increased significantly, increasing from Rp. 150,000 - Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 400,000. Although the application of digital media has a positive impact, MSMEs players have also experienced some negative impacts. Additional expenses to buy data packages or internet quotas are one of the obstacles. In addition, concerns about product imitation by competitors and the presence of fictitious purchases are also felt. The conclusion of this study is that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook, can be an effective strategy in increasing the income of fried chicken fried chicken MSMEs. The material expert validation results were 94.4% with very feasible criteria. The results of the student response questionnaire were 97.4% with very adequate criteria. lementation of frontliner service procedures, varying employee discipline, and weak coordination among organizational units. A quantitative survey design was applied to test the causal relationship between leadership style and public service quality. Data were collected from 50 respondents consisting of 24 district employees and 26 community service users through structured questionnaires supported by observation, interviews, and documentation. Leadership style was measured through decision-making ability, motivational ability, subordinate control, and emotional control, whereas public service quality was measured using the SERVQUAL dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The data were processed using IBM SPSS with validity, reliability, normality, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination procedures. The findings show that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable. The regression model produced a positive coefficient, a standardized beta of 0.906, and an R Square value of 0.820, indicating that leadership style explained 82.0% of the variation in public service quality. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on district-level public service governance in an archipelagic urban context, where leadership is not only administrative but also coordinative and adaptive. The study implies that stronger leadership supervision, staff arrangement, and service discipline are necessary to improve the consistency of public service delivery.

This study used a quantitative method with SMART PLS software data processing. The method of collecting data as a result of the study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale with 4 answer options. The results of the study in measuring validity where the outer loading results of all indicators were > 0.7, this indicates that all indicators of variables X and Y can represent the latern variable (construct). Likewise, reliability where CA, RO, CR, > 0.7 and AVE > 0.5, shows that all indicators are reliable, so this result can be continued with hypothesis testing which shows that there is a relationship between Christian Religious Education and the Formation of Student Spirituality with T. statistic > T. table, namely 2.109 > 1.96 and p. value 0.035 > 0.05. The data collection instrument for variable X is a questionnaire consisting of 20 items. With 4 options that were first tested to determine the validity and reliability while the instrument for variable Y Documentation is in the form of a list of student grades (DKN) at the school. The results of the analysis requirements for the normality test of the Role of PAK Teachers' data are distributed normally with the calculation results obtained as X2 count . < X 2 table (22.33 < 43.77) and the PAK learning outcomes are normally distributed with the calculation results obtained being X 2 count < X 2 table (18.85 < 43.77). The results of the linearity test of the data on the Role of PAK Teachers in Character Formation are linear with the equation Y = 22.77 + 1.22x, which is linear. The results of the correlation test obtained r count of 0.453 consulted with the critical price r at a significance level of 5% with the number of respondents being 30 people, the r table was obtained of 0.361, because the calculated r > r table (0.453 > 0.361) this shows that there is an influence of the Role of PAK Teachers in Character Formation of Class XI students of Medan Adventist Private High School in the 2022/2023 academic year. Furthermore, to test the significance of the correlation, a statistical test formula (t-test) was used, obtaining a calculated t of 3.41.
