This investigation concludes that the use of the self-reward strategy is important for students to develop learning achievement. The purpose of this paper is to find out the causes of cyberbullying in the digital era in adolescents. The method used is literature review by collecting and taking the essence of previous research and analyzing several sources relevant to the research topic. The results of research conducted by various experts show that the causes of rampant cyberbullying in adolescents in the digital era are caused by several factors, namely anonymity online, indifference to consequences, group pressure, lack of awareness of the negative impact as well as lack of parental supervision and lack of digital literacy.

Method used in this research is descriptive with kualitatif aproach method with interviews, observation and literature studies to collect data and use simple analysis. The results found that many collections in the Surakarta Kasunanan Palace Museum were unkempt and dusty. The preventive conservation carried out so far has only been less than optimal in terms of cleaning. The lack of available resources is also a factor in preventing preventive conservation efforts from running well.

The study adopted a library research method focusing on integrative and comprehensive literature analysis to explore the interrelationship between psychodermatology and skincare. The results revealed that psychodermatology is crucial in detailing and addressing the dynamics of skin health and emotions. Involving the psychological dimension in skincare is a response to skin problems and a preventive measure that can positively impact an individual's skin and mental health. The findings highlight the influence of stress and emotions on skin health as a critical focus, as stress and emotional tension can trigger inflammatory responses that significantly affect skin conditions. Meanwhile, psychological interventions in skincare are emerging as innovative solutions that offer therapeutic approaches to help individuals manage stress, anxiety and self-image issues that may arise from skin conditions. Furthermore, the role of psychosocial factors in skin care confirms the importance of integrating self-image, appearance perception, and emotional support in designing treatment programs that focus on sustainability and overall well-being. Future studies should focus on identifying stressors that affect skin health and developing effective psychodermatology therapies for holistic skin care.

This research aims to analyze the upstream-to-downstream agribusiness system of the Goatday farm, analyze the strategies that Goatday has implemented, and analyze the strategies that Goatday can implement in the future. The data sources in this research were obtained from key informants and follow-up informants. The key informant in this research is Mr. Muhammad Farid Akrom the owner of the Goatday farm, while further informants are Mr. Ahmad Fauzi and Mr. Hendri the person in charge of the Goatday farm, and Mr. Hermawan the partner of the Goatday breeder. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, Business Model Canvas (BMC), and SWOT analysis. The result of this research was that Goatday has implemented an agribusiness system on its farms that is integrated. Goatday has also implemented partnerships and has a well-systemized farm. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy that Goatday can implement in the future is to create an education-based farm and provide more training to staff and partners regarding efficient maintenance management.

District, Depok City on June 24–July 3, 2023, using descriptive-quantitative method to discover the service quality, product quality, and price offered by sellers, and how these three factors affect customer satisfaction of sacrificial animals. Convenience sampling was used to determine the respondents, which is by meeting people at the sales stalls who have bought goats or sheep as sacrificial animals at least once in Meruyung Village. This study involved 70 respondents. Data was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire via Google Form and processed using multiple regression analysis. The results shows that the quality of service and product, as well as the price factor offered by sacrificial animal sellers, together affect customer satisfaction with sacrificial animals in Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City by 36.5%, but only the factor of product quality has a partially significant influence. Therefore, sellers must ensure product quality that meets the requirements of sacrificial animals and customer preferences, as this significantly affects satisfaction.

This leadership character was demonstrated by leading the previous three large banks into one with one vision, mission, and work culture, as well as the synergy of all human resources that supported joint achievements to success in the three years of its existence.

ct Govermental (Satpol PP). The object of research in this study is the role of the Govermental in enforcing regional regulations regarding the prevention of prostitution and immoral acts. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used by researchers in this research is the descriptive method. The data collection technique uses 3 techniques, namely (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) presentation of documentation. The research results show that the position of the Govermental as a regional apparatus as its main task is basically aimed at assisting regional heads in enforcing regional regulations. Efforts to deal with perpetrators of prostitution and immoral acts in Sukoharjo Regency include judicial and non-judicial actions as well as closing localization places or places where the perpetrators follow up on every complaint that comes in which is reported by the public with early detection or searching for information related to prostitution and immoral acts. The obstacles faced by the Govermental in dealing with prostitution and immoral acts include the number of personnel capacity, perpetrators browsing through online media such as dating applications, limited quality of investigators and lack of facilities and infrastructure, low public awareness in enforcing order and peace and the lack of maximum technical regulations governing the problems faced.

Uma Lengge is a traditional house of the Bima people which has existed for a long time and must be maintained in its existence and beauty so that it remains intact and its beauty can be enjoyed for the future. A descriptive approach is an approach that aims to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of a particular population or in a particular field factually and carefully. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method is carried out in the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that legal action is taken against criminal liability for tourists who damage the cultural heritage at Uma Lengge Maria. Uma Lengge in the Maria Village Tourist Area, there are 13 uma lengge and 103 jompa. The existence of uma lengge must be maintained so that its existence remains well into the future. there are sanctions and criminal liability for tourists who damage the Uma Lengge Maria cultural heritage in Wawo District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.

Denpasar City reached 32,476 MSMEs and the sample used was 100 MSMEs in Denpasar city. This study uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on respondents who owned MSMEs in Denpasar City. The results of the t test can be obtained t-count of the Intrapreneurship variable of 1.231 with a significance value of 0.221. This significance value is greater than the significance limit value, which is equal to 0.05. Means that Intrapreneurship has a positive and insignificant effect on Financial Performance. The results of the t test can be obtained by the t-count value of the Organizational variable of 5.052 with a significance value of 0.000. This significance value is smaller than the significance limit value, which is equal to 0.05. Means the organization has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Based on the results of the F test, the F value is 20.324 with a significance level of 0.000, so simultaneously the Intrapreneurship and Organization variables have a significant effect on the Financial Performance variable. As well as from the test results of the coefficient of determination, the R Square value shows a value of 0.295 or 29.5% indicating that the ability of the independent variable to explain the effect on the dependent variable and the remaining 70.5% can be explained by other variables outside of the research variable.
