ogical perspective on children as perpetrators of bullying and to identify the criminogenic factors that influence this behavior. The method used is normative legal research with a case study approach and a conceptual approach, utilizing secondary data from legal literature, journals, and bullying cases at the Al-Azhar Janapria Islamic Boarding School in Central Lombok. The results indicate that bullying behavior can be explained through strain theory, differential association theory, social control theory, and labeling theory. Bullying is influenced by faulty social learning processes, weak social control, and the application of negative labels. Criminogenic factors include the social environment, the individual, peers, and the family. Prevention efforts need to be carried out comprehensively through synergy between families, schools, and the community to create a safe and violence-free educational environment.

tar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh masih dominannya penggunaan media pembelajaran konvensional serta belum tersedianya media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis AR yang mampu membantu siswa memahami materi teknis secara visual dan kontekstual. Media pembelajaran dikembangkan menggunakan platform Assemblr EDU dengan metode pengembangan Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang meliputi tahapan Concept, Design, material collecting, Assembly, Testing, dan Distribution. Materi yang difokuskan dalam pengembangan media ini adalah instalasi sistem audio rumah. Uji kelayakan media dilakukan melalui validasi ahli materi dan ahli media, serta uji penerimaan pengguna (User Acceptance Testing/UAT) yang melibatkan siswa kelas XI Teknik Audio Video. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berada pada kategori valid dan layak digunakan. Hasil UAT juga menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang sangat tinggi oleh siswa, sehingga media pembelajaran interaktif berbantuan AR ini dinilai sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran PISAV. Media ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar, pemahaman konsep, serta keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.

The population of this research is all students of Class X SMA Asuhan Daya Medan. The sample is class X-IPA, totaling 25 students, who are taught using the inquiry learning model based on the concept of freedom of learning. This type of research is carried out using two cycles to achieve good learning outcomes. The instrument in this question consists of 14 multiple-choice questions with options (a, b, c, d and e) which are tested for validity, reliability and level of test difficulty. Even in lawless environments, there are attempts to violate or break well-enforced rules and regulations. Efforts to interpret existing law properly can be applied in all future cases, because the law is sometimes unclear, incomplete, or not up-to-date ( rechtsvinding ). In other words, judges must adapt the law to more serious cases, because existing law cannot cover all social phenomena.

This study aims to analyze the primary factors influencing consumer protection in live commerce settings by examining five core variables: product transparency, platform accountability, perceived risk, consumer trust, and digital literacy. Utilizing a qualitative exploratory approach, this research conducted a comprehensive literature review of 77 international journal articles published between 2020 and 2024. The findings indicate that product transparency and platform accountability are fundamental to enhancing consumer trust and reducing perceived risks, whereas digital literacy acts as a moderating factor that empowers consumers to make informed decisions. The study proposes a conceptual framework that integrates behavioral and regulatory dimensions, offering both theoretical insights and practical implications for improving consumer protection in fast paced, interactive digital marketplaces.

The findings demonstrate that the character Mother in I Am Mother embodies aspects of motherhood through the characteristic of nurturing behavior by providing food, education, protection, and guidance for Daughter’s development additionally, Mother’s strict control and manipulation of Daughter add complexity to the definition of ideal caregiving. This research concludes that I Am Mother reconstructs the concept of motherhood by integrating human and technological elements.
