outh Sulawesi. Using a quantitative explanatory approach and survey method, data were collected from 120 respondents and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS. The study examines three leadership styles—transformational, transactional, and distributed—and their impact on teaching quality, institutional governance, student outcomes, and academic services. The findings reveal that all three leadership styles positively affect higher education quality, with transformational leadership having the most significant impact, followed by distributed and transactional styles. These results underscore the importance of visionary and participative leadership in improving institutional performance, particularly in regional universities facing resource and structural limitations. The study contributes theoretically by validating leadership models in a non-Western context and practically by offering insights for leadership development policies. It highlights the need for adaptive leadership strategies tailored to local academic cultures and institutional dynamics to enhance educational quality in Indonesian higher education.

a perempuan suku Indian Pima menggunakan algoritma klasifikasi K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN). Dataset yang digunakan diperoleh dari National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, yang terdiri dari 769 data pasien dengan 9 atribut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak dan Library Online Research. Data dianalisis menggunakan RapidMiner versi 10.3. Hasil dari model K-NN menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 70,13%, dengan presisi 59,09% untuk pasien positif dan 74,55% untuk pasien negatif. Nilai recall yang diperoleh adalah 48,15% untuk pasien positif dan 82,00% untuk pasien negatif. Meskipun akurasi model ini cukup baik, penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas prediksi. Algoritma K-NN terbukti efektif digunakan dalam klasifikasi diabetes, tetapi kualitas hasil sangat bergantung pada kualitas data yang dianalisis.

Artikel ini mengkaji proses dan mekanisme penyelesaian konflik internasional yang relevan, termasuk metode penyelesaian sengketa alternatif seperti arbitrase dan mediasi serta proses berbasis pengadilan. Metode ini berupaya memahami inisiatif untuk membakukan peraturan perlindungan hewan di seluruh negara. Menurut laporan tersebut, perjanjian lintas batas masih menghadapi hambatan besar dalam menegakkan standar perlindungan hewan dan menegakkan peraturan, meskipun terdapat proses hukum internasional yang dapat menjelaskan perbedaan tersebut. Artikel ini juga membahas implikasi penyelesaian perselisihan ini terhadap perkembangan hukum perlindungan hewan secara global, khususnya dalam konteks kolaborasi akademis dan organisasi internasional.

Kerjasama ITB dengan Danacita ditujukan untuk membuat platform Danacita sebagai salah satu opsi bagi mahasiswa untuk membayar atau mencicil ukt mereka. Hal ini menimbulkan banyak kritik dan penolakan dari para mahasiswa maupun media-media massa lantaran kerjasama ITB dengan Danacita telah menggugurkan mimpi banyak orang dan bahkan menjerumuskan banyak orang ke dalam lilitan hutang dari bunga yang ditetapkan oleh Danacita.

Employing a descriptive analytical approach, this research delves into the organizational structure, operational mechanisms, and strategies adopted by Primkoppol in executing its functions and objectives. Focusing on the evaluation of management practices, including resource management, profit allocation, and member development programs, this study seeks to identify the keys to success and the challenges faced by Primkoppol in its efforts to enhance member welfare. This analysis is supplemented with secondary data and direct survey results from members to capture their perceptions and experiences regarding the effectiveness of the services provided by Primkoppol. The findings indicate that Primkoppol has implemented various positive initiatives oriented towards improving member welfare, including innovations in financial services, enhancement of product and service quality, and member capacity development through education and training. However, there is also room for improvement, especially in terms of enhancing management transparency, operational efficiency, and adaptation to digital technology. This study concludes that to continue improving its members' welfare, Primkoppol needs to further optimize an adaptive and responsive management system to environmental changes and member needs. Recommendations include improvements in two-way communication between management and members, integration of information technology, and strengthening of institutional capacity.

Salah satu faktor yang berperan dalam peningkatan minat belajar siswa adalah pemilihan metode yang tepat. Metode pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa yaitu metode role playing. Metode bermain peran merupakan metode yang sangat baik dalam upaya peningkatan minat belajar siswa, karena metode role playing ini lebih mengarah kepada ranah afektif siswa sehingga menyentuh psikologi siswa. Penggunaan Metode role playing sesuai dan efektif dapat meningkatkan minat belajar dengan baik.
