ve Council (DPR) from the regional to the central government levels. However, it is often found that the hopes of the people are not fully articulated, resulting in certain issues never reaching a final resolution. This study aims to analyze the role of the DPR in voicing the people's interests based on the fourth principle of Pancasila. The method used in this research is qualitative with a literature study approach, where data is collected from various scientific sources. The results of the analysis show that the main functions of the DPR, namely in legislation, oversight, and budgeting, have not been fully optimized due to weak accountability and transparency. This crisis of representation impacts the decline in public trust, low political participation, and increased polarization in society. To address these issues, systemic reforms are needed, including enhancing transparency, strengthening accountability mechanisms, and involving the public actively in the decision-making process. Thus, the goal of the DPR’s existence, which can be achieved, is to voice the will of the people, realize deliberation for consensus, and ensure justice and welfare in line with the substance of Pancasila’s ideology, particularly its fourth principle. This study recommends the need to restore the essence of deliberation for consensus in accordance with the fourth principle of Pancasila, accompanied by better political education and electoral system reforms to ensure that elected representatives are truly competent and focused on the interests of the people.

ive method with a correlational research design. The sample used was 50 randomly selected Private members. Data were collected through a questionnaire that measured the three independent variables (self-efficacy, social support, and optimism) and grit as the dependent variable. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed a significance value of 0.000, indicating that self-efficacy, social support, and optimism had a significant effect on grit. The results showed that social support made the largest contribution to increasing grit, followed by optimism and self-efficacy. Overall, the three variables contributed 75.4% to the grit level of TNI-AD Private members. This finding provides important insight that the combination of self-confidence, support from the surrounding environment, and an optimistic outlook can increase individual persistence in facing challenges, especially in the Secaba selection.

Utilizing a quantitative approach, this study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of PLS and IBM Statistics SPSS 26.0 programs for data analysis. The research sample consists of 108 respondents who are employees meeting specific criteria within the Regional Apparatus Organizations of Bogor City. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire distribution to these respondents. The analysis results indicate that regional financial management accountability plays a significant role in mediating the relationship between the accessibility of regional financial reports and regional financial accounting systems towards good governance. These findings suggest that improving the accessibility of financial reports and enhancing regional financial accounting systems can promote the establishment of good governance through increased accountability in financial management. This research provides an important contribution to understanding the factors influencing the realization of good governance at the regional government level and can serve as a reference for policymakers in formulating strategies to improve the quality of governance, particularly in aspects of regional financial management in Bogor City and other regions in Indonesia.

Fish lack insight and knowledge so that fish farming management is carried out by autodidacts. The conclusions obtained show that the role of the village government in strengthening the "Mina Kariya" fisheries cultivation group in Babakan Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Province is basically functioning and very good. However, it still faces several obstacles, such as the lack of consensus among all breeders and it is still not optimal. So far we have not found an alternative to making our own food, so fish food still needs to be purchased. Farmers' skills and knowledge are still low and there are no alternative aquaculture techniques that can help farmers run their operations effectively. Data collection techniques are literature study, field study (observation and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques by processing data from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the research. Based on the research results, it is known that: The village government has not optimally carried out its role in developing the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction considering that there are several indicators of the dimensions of the role that have not been optimal, causing the development of the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction to be less than expected. This includes, among other things, a lack of response from the community in activities. deliberations on planning the development of tourist attractions and the lack of an active role in managing tourist attractions. This learning media is developed through a sequential process consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The participants in this study were eighth-grade students from Singkawang 4 State Middle School. The product feasibility testing step was conducted by a pair of media specialists and one material specialist. The research findings indicated that the feasibility evaluation conducted by media specialists obtained a score of 155 out of a total possible score of 168, placing it in the “very feasible” category. The examination conducted by material experts achieved a score of 71 out of a possible 80, placing it in the “very feasible” category. The mean score attained from the extensive evaluation of 33 eighth-grade students at Singkawang State Middle School 4 was 2550 out of a possible maximum score of 3036. The assessment categorized the score as “highly appropriate” for utilization as a learning tool.

Shifting values and priorities in society, changes in value and belief systems, and doubts about the role of tradition in the era of globalization are some of the main challenges. However, preserving the wetonan tradition is crucial to maintaining a rich and diverse cultural identity and strengthening the solidarity of Javanese indigenous communities. To maintain and face the challenges of the wetonan tradition remaining relevant and valued by the community, concrete steps are needed. In facing this challenge, it is important to continue to educate the public about the cultural and spiritual values contained in the wetonan tradition, as well as to replant these values to strengthen the sustainability of the wetonan tradition amid the ongoing flow of modernization and globalization. Thus, the wetonan tradition can continue to live and develop as an integral part of the cultural identity of Javanese society. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used by researchers in this research is the descriptive method. The data collection technique uses 3 techniques, namely (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) presentation of documentation. The research results show that the position of the Govermental as a regional apparatus as its main task is basically aimed at assisting regional heads in enforcing regional regulations. Efforts to deal with perpetrators of prostitution and immoral acts in Sukoharjo Regency include judicial and non-judicial actions as well as closing localization places or places where the perpetrators follow up on every complaint that comes in which is reported by the public with early detection or searching for information related to prostitution and immoral acts. The obstacles faced by the Govermental in dealing with prostitution and immoral acts include the number of personnel capacity, perpetrators browsing through online media such as dating applications, limited quality of investigators and lack of facilities and infrastructure, low public awareness in enforcing order and peace and the lack of maximum technical regulations governing the problems faced.
