This research aims to find out what obstacles the teachers of SMPN 2 Dompu have in designing modules and assessing the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile (P5) of the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data analysis technique used in this research is a data analysis technique developed by Creswell including data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that there are 6 teacher obstacles. The first teacher has difficulty identifying the readiness stages of educational units in designing modules and project assessments to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Second, teachers have difficulty determining dimensions and themes in designing modules and assessments for projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Third, teachers have difficulty designing and determining time allocation in module design and assessment as well as implementing projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fourth, teachers have difficulty developing topics and activity lines in designing modules and assessments for projects strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fifth, teachers have difficulty creating and designing project modules for strengthening Pancasila student profiles (P5). Sixth, teachers do not yet understand how to create assessment and assessment rubrics in the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). System. This article details the design and development of the system using the waterfall method. The main objective of this system is to make it easier for administrative staff and students to process tuition payments. The research method used a needs analysis approach, consisting of observation and interviews. The waterfall approach was utilized for system implementation. The process involved requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and operation. The Unified Modeling Language (UML) served as an object-based system design visualization tool. The tuition payment information system provides login access with divided access rights for students, the Academic Administration Bureau, and the Financial Administration Bureau. The system includes features such as student data management, tuition payment verification, and report preparation. The results of implementation show positive changes in the efficiency and convenience of the tuition payment process for students and administrative staff. This article highlights the role of information systems in improving the efficiency of financial administration and services at Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. By allowing students to monitor payments online, the system provides significant support for tuition payment management. Hopefully, this system will contribute positively to improving the quality of educational services at this university, creating efficiency in financial administration, and providing a basis for further development of the information system.

Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya juga menerapkan Sistem Informasi Pembayaran Uang Kuliah yang efisien. Artikel ini merinci perancangan dan pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Tujuan utama dari sistem ini adalah untuk memudahkan staf administrasi dan mahasiswa dalam memproses pembayaran uang sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis kebutuhan yang terdiri dari observasi dan wawancara. Pendekatan waterfall digunakan untuk implementasi sistem. Prosesnya melibatkan analisis persyaratan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian dan operasi. Unified Modeling Language (UML) berfungsi sebagai alat visualisasi desain sistem berbasis objek. Sistem informasi pembayaran SPP menyediakan akses aktor login dengan hak akses terbagi untuk mahasiswa, Biro Administrasi Akademik, dan Biro Administrasi Keuangan. Sistem ini mencakup fitur-fitur seperti pengelolaan data siswa, verifikasi pembayaran SPP, dan penyusunan laporan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan perubahan positif pada efisiensi dan kenyamanan proses pembayaran SPP bagi mahasiswa dan tenaga administrasi. Artikel ini menyoroti peran sistem informasi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan pelayanan keuangan di Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. n Indonesia, this study was conducted to measure whether two books used in high school, "English for Critical Thinking" and "Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut" are correct or not. This research used Alan Cunningsworth's suggestion of an excellent text and tried to find the strengths and weaknesses of the two books based on the given styles. The study was conducted using an evaluation survey to evaluate two manuals in English used by some seminaries in Surakarta. The evaluation method involved sampling books to see if they met criteria for good textbooks developed by the experimenter based on Cunningsworth's framework. The study found that Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut fulfills the five objectives and approaches of standard, design and association, content, teacher's book and policy perspective. English For Critical Thinking Allowing completes four excellent texts on Cunningsworth's goals and approaches, design and association, a teacher's book, and political attention. Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut meets five principles of Cunningsworth's excellent example and styles, design and association, pieces, content and teacher's book. The experimenter also noticed that the strengths and weaknesses of "English For Critical Thinking" and "Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut". an Budi Pekerti, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen tipe penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu randomized pretest-posttest kontrol group desaign. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 10 Padang tahun 2021/2022 semester genap. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling, kelas yang terpilih sebagai kelas eksperimen adalah kelas VIII.1 dan kelas kontrol kelas VIII.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran snowball throwing berbantuan media poster dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar secara efektif dengan rata-rata nilai post-test kelas eksperimen 82,03, sedangkan nilai rata-rata post-test kelas kontrol 67,16. Dibuktikan uji hipotesis dengan SPSS versi 26 diperoleh rata-rata (mean) eksperimen sebesar=0,4724, maka diambil kesimpulan bahwa g 0,3. Hal ini berarti ditolak diterima, Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang kuat untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kelas yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran snowball throwing berbantuan media poster dibandingkan kelas yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran konvensional pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 10 Padang.

E-government as a digital transformation in the government sector aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the management of public administration. However, its success is highly dependent on individual behavior, including acceptance and adaptation to technology. E-budgeting, as one form of e-government implementation, is designed to increase transparency by providing easy and real-time access to the public regarding information on the use of the APBD. This study uses a literature study approach by reviewing various scientific articles and related documents from 2020 to 2024. The results of the study show that individual behavior, such as digital literacy and attitudes towards technology, play an important role in determining the success of e-government and e-budgeting. Although e-budgeting is able to increase transparency, challenges such as resistance to change, limited infrastructure, and low public trust in the government remain significant obstacles. Therefore, strategic steps such as community empowerment through digital literacy, increasing human resource capacity, and more effective communication between the government and the community are needed to ensure the success of this system. This research is expected to be a theoretical basis in developing a more effective e-government and e-budgeting implementation strategy in the future.
