The data collection process relies on literature review techniques to gather trusted supporting scientific literature. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are utilized as analytical stages to dissect the entire lecture recording based on Aristotle's rhetorical triangle theory. The results show that the element of ethos or credibility is built through the adjustment of local sarong clothing, a humble attitude toward elders, respectful etiquette toward Madurese kiai, and authoritative hadith references. The element of pathos or emotional appeal is manifested through dramatic narratives of a mother's struggle in giving birth, the physical sacrifice of a father in the orchard, the story of his own mother's passing, and the analogy of an old Quranic mushaf for the elderly to arouse the congregation's pity and regret. The element of logos or logical argument is proven through the syllogism of moral priority over material wealth, the law of direct causal retribution for rebellious children, and textual historical proof regarding the inclusivity of the prophet's social relations with non-Muslims. The synchronization of these three rhetorical elements successfully packages weighty morality material into a logical yet deeply touching spiritual presentation for the congregation.

However, the question arises: what is the legal certainty for creditors following the Constitutional Court's decision that encourages debtors to pursue legal action? This study uses a descriptive normative research method to analyze the legal issues related to such actions. The findings indicate that the legal recourse available to debtors in specific circumstances significantly impacts creditors. This leads to uncertainties regarding payment, especially if the debtor decides to file for legal action. Additionally, these uncertainties can affect the creditor's business operations. The Constitutional Court's decision, subsequently reinforced by a Circular Letter from the Supreme Court, does not adequately address the gaps in legal certainty faced by creditors. This situation complicates creditors' efforts to secure their rights, which are the obligations of the debtor.

The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

This has become a discourse and issue of legal norms for sharia arbitration as an option for sharia insurance dispute resolution, and so far the resolution of sharia insurance disputes through sharia arbitration is regulated by Supreme Court Regulation Number 14 of 2016. singan. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa penurunan (settlement) dan kapasitas daya dukung pondasi borepile pada Proyek Pengembangan Gedung Stasiun dan DDT Manggarai – Jatinegara. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi perhitungan kapasitas daya dukung pondasi berdasarkan data SPT dan CPT menggunakan metode Meyerhof serta metode Reese & Wright. Selain itu, perhitungan penurunan pondasi dilakukan berdasarkan data penyelidikan tanah dengan metode semi empiris, metode Versic, serta analisis menggunakan program Plaxis 2D. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas daya dukung pondasi borepile tunggal tipe B2 pada Gedung Wing Kiri Stasiun Manggarai memenuhi syarat yang ditentukan oleh SNI 8460:2017, dengan nilai Qult > Qijin, yaitu 383,33 ton (Meyerhof) dan 358,61 ton (Reese & Wright). Penurunan pondasi borepile juga berada dalam kategori aman dengan nilai 12,62 mm (semi empiris), 11,45 mm (Versic), dan 12,38 mm (Plaxis 2D), yang semuanya berada di bawah batas maksimum yang diizinkan sebesar 40 mm. Pondasi borepile pada proyek ini memiliki kapasitas daya dukung dan penurunan yang mengikuti standar yang berlaku, dan dapat dilaksanakan dengan aman dalam konstruksi.

Selain itu, peralatan penunjang pelayanan darat pesawat udara (GSE) yang digunakan harus memenuhi standar keselamatan yang telah ditetapkan. Penggunaan GSE yang tidak sesuai standar akan mempengaruhi keselamatan dan keamanan daerah di sisi udara. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja yang dilakukan Unit Apron Movement Control dalam pengawasan kelayakan Ground Support Equipment (GSE) di Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Unit AMC menemukan beberapa pelanggaran disiplin yang dilakukan oleh petugas GSE, seperti kendaraan yang tidak layak beroperasi serta pengemudi kendaraan yang tidak membawa pas bandara. Selain itu ditemukan juga beberapa kendaraan yang terparkir tidak pada tempatnya, seperti di No Parking Area (NPA) dan di bawah fixbridge. Untuk itu, dilakukan evaluasi kinerja unit AMC dalam melakukan pengawasan kelayakan GSE di area apron, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode MBO (Management by Objectives) berdasarkan planning, monitoring, dan reviewing.

Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SD Negeri 2 Tolai Kecamatan Balinggi Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Lama dan Waktu penelitian : Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester II tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Analisis data nilai awal sampai dengan tes akhir baik itu pada siklus I dan Siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata kelas, daya serap siswa, dan ketuntasan pada akhir siklus II sudah melebihi ketuntasan belajar yaitu 75%. Selain itu hasil daya serap mencapai kriteria keberhasilan yang ditetapkan.
