The planning aspects of both schools (Madrasah) involved a contextual analysis of all school resources and the school’s goals. The implementation of the aspects, in both schools (Madrasah), involved various performance indicators such as; (1) providing the guidance and distributing teacher self-evaluation tools; (2) carrying out academic supervision; (3) studying and concluding the results of academic supervision; (4) communicating the results of academic supervision to the teachers individually; (5) discussed the follow-up including; (a) conducting a non-formal program covering of handling cases that were individual and casuistic in nature (curative); (b) conducting a formal program, namely handling cases that were general in nature, and carried out by all teachers through training in the form of developing and deepening performance points such as composing a lesson plan. Both schools (Madrasah) showed their uniqueness, especially in the indicators of problem solving and following up. The evaluation aspects of both schools (Madrasah) were quite good at measuring existing education services, as well as measuring the extent to which the school elements have achieved predetermined qualifications. In general, this study concluded that both schools (Madrasah) were quite optimal in implementing teacher performance management by referring to the functional aspects of management; planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Abstract:This study aims to examine the application of the High-Low method, Scatterplot, and Least Squares in cost analysis, particularly in separating fixed and variable cost behavior. The research uses a library research approach…
ch by collecting and reviewing literature from textbooks, journals, and official publications related to cost estimation and cost behavior modeling. The findings indicate that the High-Low method is simple because it uses only the highest and lowest activity levels, but its accuracy is limited due to reliance on extreme data points. The Scatterplot method provides a visual representation of the relationship between cost and activity, helping identify patterns and potential outliers; however, its results may vary due to subjective judgment in determining the cost line. Meanwhile, the Least Squares method is considered the most accurate because it utilizes all available data to produce the best-fit regression line, although it requires more complex calculations and statistical understanding. Overall, the selection of the most suitable method depends on the objective of the analysis, data availability, and the level of accuracy required

Abstract:This study investigates the rhetorical and discourse functions of repetition in the English translation of Surah Al-Mursalat by M.A.S. Abdel Haleem, focusing on the refrain “Woe on that Day to those who denied the truth.”…
h.” Using a qualitative descriptive method grounded in stylistics and discourse analysis, the study explores how this fixed phrase, repeated ten times across the chapter, operates at multiple linguistic levels. The analysis reveals that the refrain serves three interrelated functions: stylistically, it foregrounds divine warning and creates rhythmic cohesion; structurally, it segments the surah into thematic units and signals discourse boundaries; rhetorically, it intensifies condemnation and engages the reader emotionally through cumulative repetition. Abdel Haleem’s consistent rendering of the refrain retains these functions effectively, unlike other translations that introduce lexical variation. The findings demonstrate that repetition in Qur’anic translation is not merely ornamental but performs essential linguistic and communicative roles. This study contributes to Qur’anic stylistics, translation studies, and discourse analysis by showing that sacred texts, when translated with rhetorical sensitivity, can preserve the stylistic integrity of the original.
