In the context of UD.Wendy Jaya which still uses manual methods for selecting superior cement, this is considered less effective and ineffcient, resulting in cement selection that does not meet the criteria and lacks accuracy. This research employs a quantitative method with the aim of determining decisions for selecting superior cemen and designing a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method based on predetermined criteria. The implementation result show that the decision support system for determining superior cement provides convenience and speed in selecting superior cement at UD Wendy Jaya according to the expected criteria. The results of calculations using the simple additive weighting (SAW) method rank each alternative, with the most superior alternative being three-wheel cement, considering several criteria such as price, compressive, strength, fineness, water capacity and setting time.

Dalam konteks Toko UD. Wendy Jaya, yang masih menggunakan cara manual untuk pemilihan semen unggul, hal ini dianggap kurang efektif dan tidak efisien, mengakibatkan pemilihan semen tidak sesuai kriteria dan tidak akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui keputusan pemilihan semen unggul dan merancang sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan Menentukan Semen Unggul memberikan kemudahan dan kecepatan dalam pemilihan semen unggul pada Toko UD. Wendy Jaya sesuai dengan kriteria yang diharapkan. Hasil dari perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) adalah perangkingan setiap alternatif yaitu diperoleh alternatif yang paling unggul adalah semen tiga roda ditinjau dari beberapa kriteria harga, kuat tekanan, kehalusan, kapasitas air dan waktu mengeras.

POLRES Asahan is still lacking systematic timing delays in making decisions in managing the disbursement of loan funds. Therefore, an efficient and effective method is needed to minimize risks and maximize profits for the cooperative and its members. One method that can be used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which has been proven effective in various decision-making contexts. This study aims to apply the SAW method in the process of disbursing loan funds for Primkoppol members, and to evaluate the performance of this method in selecting eligible loan recipients and optimizing fund allocation. The loan disbursement process uses the SAW method, which calculates the relative preference value for each prospective loan recipient based on predetermined criteria. The results of this study indicate that by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method to 10 loan applicants, 3 applicants successfully applied for loans with a preference value > 0.7, in line with the requirements. The implementation of the SAW method in loan disbursement for Primkoppol members has successfully increased efficiency and accuracy in selecting loan recipients.

Abstract: Pemberian dana pinjaman merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota Primkoppol (Koperasi Polisi). Proses penentuan kelayakan pemberian pinjaman di PRIMKOPPOL POLRES Asahan masih kurang sistematis keterlambatan waktu dalam menentukan keputusan dalam mengelola pemberian dana pinjaman. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu metode yang efisien dan efektif untuk meminimalkan risiko dan memaksimalkan keuntungan bagi koperasi dan anggotanya. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yang telah terbukti efektif dalam berbagai konteks pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode SAW dalam proses pemberian dana pinjaman bagi anggota Primkoppol, serta untuk meng-evaluasi kinerja metode tersebut dalam memilih penerima pinjaman yang layak dan meng-optimalkan alokasi dana. Proses pemberian dana pinjaman menggunakan metode SAW yang menghitung nilai preferensi relatif bagi setiap calon penerima pinjaman berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting dari 10 calon pemohon pinjaman, 3 calon berhasil mampu mengajukan pinjaman dengan nilai preferensi > 0,7. sesuai dengan persyaratan. Implementasi metode SAW dalam pemberian dana pinjaman bagi anggota Primkoppol berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan keakuratan dalam pemilihan penerima pinjaman.

This research aims to develop a Decision Support System for selecting fish seeds using the Weight Sum Model (WSM) method. This method allows a systematic assessment of various criteria that are relevant in selecting fish seeds. The first step in this research is to identify the criteria that will be evaluated in selecting fish seeds. Each fish seed is assessed based on each criterion using the appropriate scale. In the WSM method, the values given to each criterion are multiplied by the weight of the corresponding criterion, and the results are added up for each fish seed. The fish seeds that have the highest number will be considered the best choice based on predetermined evaluation criteria. This Decision Support System can help fish farming farmers in making more informative and data-based decisions in selecting fish seeds that suit their needs.

Abstract: Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) telah menjadi alat penting dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam pemilihan bibit ikan. Memilih bibit ikan yang tepat merupakan langkah krusial dalam budidaya ikan yang sukses. Dalam konteks ini, metode Weight Sum Model (WSM) dapat digunakan sebagai pendekatan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk pemilihan bibit ikan menggunakan metode Weight Sum Model (WSM). Metode ini memungkinkan penilaian yang sistematis terhadap berbagai kriteria yang relevan dalam memilih bibit ikan. Langkah pertama dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kriteria-kriteria yang akan dievaluasi dalam pemilihan bibit ikan. Setiap bibit ikan dinilai berdasarkan setiap kriteria menggunakan skala yang sesuai. Dalam metode WSM, nilai-nilai diberikan pada setiap kriteria akan dikalikan dengan bobot kriteria terkait, dan hasilnya dijumlahkan untuk setiap bibit ikan. Bibit ikan yang memiliki jumlah tertinggi akan dianggap sebagai pilihan terbaik berdasarkan evaluasi kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini dapat membantu para petani budidaya ikan dalam mengambil keputusan yang lebih informatif dan berdasarkan data dalam memilih bibit ikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

One contributing factor is the difficulty in obtaining loans with high interest rates.Crowdfunding has been considered a potential solution, but it has not been fully utilized due to the lack of literacy and negative cases surrounding it. In this context, the development of a Shariah-compliant crowdfunding application is seen as a suitable solution, given the government's efforts to strengthen the Shariah economic ecosystem. To support this application's development, the Laravel framework and the Extreme Programming method, emphasizing simplicity and accelerating the development process, are employed. The result of this research is the implementation of the UML design and system logic, resulting in the Tasha Crowdfunding application as a funding solution for MSMEs. It can accelerate the development process. The research outcomes include the backend implementation of the UML design and system logic, with a 100% successful blackbox testing result, leading to the creation of the Tasha Crowdfunding application as an MSME funding solution.

Abstrak: Di Indonesia Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran yang sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan perekonomian negara. Meskipun demikian, ternyata kontribusi yang diberikan oleh UMKM belum mencapai angka yang maksimum dikarenakan lebih dari 40% UMKM masih mengalami banyak permasalahan salah satunya adalah pendanaan. Permasalahan pendanaan yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia telah menjadi penghambat pertumbuhan sektor ini. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah kesulitan dalam memperoleh pinjaman dengan suku bunga yang tinggi. Crowdfunding telah dianggap sebagai solusi potensial, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal karena kurangnya literasi dan kasus negatif yang terjadi. Dalam konteks ini, pengembangan aplikasi crowdfunding syariah dianggap sebagai solusi yang cocok, mengingat penguatan ekosistem ekonomi syariah yang sedang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Untuk mendukung pengembangan aplikasi ini, digunakan framework laravel dan metode Extreme programming yang menekankan kesederhanaan dan percepatan proses pengembangan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa implementasi perancangan UML dan logika sistem yang menghasilkan aplikasi Tasha Crowdfunding sebagai solusi pendanaan UMKM.dapat mempercepat proses pengembangan. However, in the process of managing the process of input, output and reporting of goods that are done manually (still using paper) are not monitored properly, often there are outgoing or incoming goods whose data is not recorded. This, in the long run, will cause large losses. The purpose of this study is to build applications that function to help provide information that makes it easy to control the process of entry and exit of goods. The system development methodology used is object-oriented system development using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results obtained from this research are the design and construction of Inventory Information System POS (Point of Sales) in the form of Context Diagrams and UML Diagrams (Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams), with the results of black box testing conducted already in operation properly according to the needs of the retail owner.

Tentu saja hal ini menjadi peluang usaha untuk para pengusaha retail counter. Namun, dalam proses pengelolaannya proses input, output dan pelaporan barang yang dilakukan secara manual (masih menggunakan kertas) tidak termonitoring dengan baik, seringkali terjadi adanya barang keluar ataupun barang masuk yang tidak tercatat datanya. Hal ini dalam jangka panjang akan menimbulkan kerugian yang besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi yang berfungsi dalam membantu memberikan informasi yang memudahkan dalam pengontrolan proses keluar masuknya barang. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah pengembangan sistem berorientasi objek menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). , suatu persoalan yang kemudian memunculkan beragam interpretasi dan perdebatan di kalangan ulama. Riwayat ini menimbulkan perdebatan di kalangan ulama, terutama karena mendapat sanggahan dari Aisyah yang menilai pemahaman tersebut tidak sejalan dengan prinsip Al-Qur’an yang menegaskan bahwa seseorang tidak akan memikul dosa orang lain. Perbedaan periwayatan antara Abdullah bin Umar dan Aisyah menunjukkan adanya dinamika dalam transmisi hadis yang memerlukan kajian kritis terhadap sanad, matan, serta konteks penyampaian hadis. Berangkat dari persoalan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji makna hadis tersebut melalui pendekatan ilmu hadis dan analisis terhadap penafsiran para ulama. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian kepustakaan dengan menelaah hadis-hadis terkait beserta syarah para ulama. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa yang dimaksud dalam hadis bukanlah tangisan biasa, melainkan ratapan berlebihan (niyāhah) yang disertai keluhan, penyesalan terhadap takdir Allah Swt., atau kebiasaan yang dahulu diperintahkan maupun diridhai oleh mayit semasa hidupnya. Adapun tangisan yang bersifat wajar karena rasa sedih tidaklah dilarang dalam Islam, bahkan Nabi Muhammad Saw. sendiri pernah menangis ketika kehilangan orang-orang tercinta. Dengan demikian, hadis tersebut harus dipahami secara kontekstual agar tidak menimbulkan kesalahpahaman terhadap ajaran Islam tentang rahmat, keadilan, dan sikap menghadapi musibah kematian.
This research employs a library research approach by examining the relevant hadith narrations along with their commentaries (syarah) by classical scholars. The findings indicate that the hadith does not refer to ordinary weeping but rather to excessive lamentation (niyāḥah), characterized by expressions of complaint, objection to Allah's decree, or practices that were encouraged, approved, or tolerated by the deceased during their lifetime. In contrast, natural weeping as an expression of grief is not prohibited in Islam. Indeed, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) himself wept upon the loss of his loved ones. Therefore, this hadith should be understood contextually to avoid misconceptions regarding Islamic teachings on divine mercy, justice, and the proper response to the calamity of death.

ach was used to examine how the policy is translated into public service practices, particularly in a local context where the waiting period has reached approximately 18 years, with about 2,500 prospective pilgrims and an annual quota of 135 people. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document review involving officials responsible for Hajj and Umrah services and relevant community informants. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that policy implementation is supported by four interrelated factors: bureaucratic structure, resources, communication, and the disposition of implementing officers. A clear organizational structure and standard operating procedures facilitate coordination and accountability. Competent human resources, adequate facilities, and the use of Siskohat strengthen service accuracy and transparency. Multi-channel communication helps reduce misunderstanding, while professional and empathetic officer attitudes build public trust. The novelty of this study lies in its local-level analysis of Hajj waiting list implementation in an archipelagic regency. The study implies that transparent, responsive, and humanistic public services are essential for maintaining fairness and legitimacy in long-term Hajj queue management.

The study uses a quantitative, cross-sectional approach, collecting data from 200 employees in technology-based organizations and analyzing the data with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results show that APA significantly enhances both procedural fairness and employee trust, with PPF playing a partial mediating role in this relationship. These findings underscore the importance of transparency, procedural legitimacy, and avenues for employee voice in cultivating trust in algorithmic systems. The study’s theoretical contribution lies in its integration of multiple perspectives on trust and fairness within algorithmic HR management. The practical implication calls for the careful design and implementation of APA systems that employees perceive as fair and trustworthy. secara mendalam bagaimana emosi dan belajar sosial memengaruhi proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar melalui perspektif neuropedagogik dan brain‑based learning. A mixed methods approach was used by combining quantitative analysis (meta-analysis of 173 respondents and 47 indicators of NP, EC, OB, MS, BS) and descriptive qualitative analysis using thematic analysis techniques on semi-structured interviews with five elementary school teachers. The meta-analysis results showed a very strong average effect of the latent construct relationship (t(128) = 12.92; p < 0.001; r ≈ 1.00) with almost zero heterogeneity (Qₑ(128) = 1.67; τ² = 0; I² = 0%), and no significant moderating effects were found for all indicators; the partial meta-regression coefficients for all items were very close to zero and the R² value was 0.000. Qualitatively, three main themes emerged: (1) positive emotions as the foundation of learning readiness, (2) social interaction as a reinforcement of meaning formation, and (3) contextual learning that integrates cognitive, emotional, and social dimensions. Although most teachers have not yet mastered the concepts of neuropedagogy and brain-based learning theoretically, they have intuitively implemented its principles through motivation, praise, humor, group work, collaborative projects, and learning experiences relevant to students' real lives. These findings support the latest theory that places emotions and social interactions as the main drivers of brain function in learning (Immordino Yang, 2016; Tyng et al., 2017; Vygotsky, 1978; Jensen, 2008), and emphasizes the importance of strengthening teachers' competence in understanding and designing brain- and emotion-based learning to support the holistic development of elementary school students.

cept in neuroscientific learning, describes the brain's ability to form, strengthen, or modify neural networks through experience, repetition, meaningful activities, and students' emotional involvement. Given the characteristics of elementary school students who are at a stage of cognitive development that is highly responsive to learning environment stimulation, a study of the application of neuroplasticity by teachers is important to ensure that the learning process is in line with the brain's working mechanisms.This study used a neuropsychological instrument measuring the dimensions of neuroplasticity to assess four main indicators, namely repetition & practice, dedicated time for review, use of interactive activities, and contextual learning that connects the material to students' real experiences. The data was reinforced through in-depth interviews and thematic analysis of the learning strategies applied by each teacher. The results showed variations in application between teachers. Some teachers showed strong implementation in interactive activities and contextual learning (score of 5), while structured repetition showed lower consistency (score of 3). The interview findings reinforced the instrument results by showing patterns of strategies such as the use of inspirational stories, educational games, quizzes with prizes, conveying the benefits of learning, and scaffolding through easy material as a starting point. This study concludes that the application of neuroplasticity principles is present in teachers' teaching practices, although the level of depth and routine still needs to be strengthened. The theoretical implication confirms that learning that integrates positive emotions, collaborative activities, planned repetition, and contextualization of material has the potential to have a significant impact on the formation of students' neural networks. Practically, this study provides recommendations for strengthening neuroscientific learning-based instructional design as an effort to optimize the learning process of elementary school students.
