UPK is also tasked with channeling and developing government aid funds for the development of micro enterprises in each kelurahan. Government through the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing continue to develop the capacity of the community through various types of training that are scheduled each year. One of training forms conducted is financial management training for the Financial Management Unit located in 25 urban subdistricts of East Kisaran and West Kisaran District. This financial management training is considered very important because UPK capacity building is needed in performing its duties as a financial management unit. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to improve the knowledge of UPK on Financial Management so that it can be applied to the community, to be able to do the recording of income and expenditure with good and detailed, to give reference to UPK in order to be able to educate financial management to community and introduce MYOB application for UPK. The result of this activity is the implementation of Community Service activity which attended by UPK as many as 48 people.

Abstrak: Unit Pengelola Keuangan (UPK) merupakan salah satu unit pengelola kegiatan keuangan. Salah satu tugasnya adalah menghimpun masyarakat yang memiliki kebutuhan atau jenis usaha yang sama untuk membentuk kelompok-kelompok usaha. UPK ini juga bertugas menyalurkan serta mengembangkan dana bantuan pemerintah untuk pengembangan usaha mikro di masing-masing kelurahan.Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat terus melakukan pengembangan kapasitas masyarakat melalui berbagai jenis pelatihan yang diagendakan setiap tahun. Salah satu bentuk pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan bagi Unit Pengelola Keuangan yang berada di 25 kelurahan Kecamatan Kisaran Timur dan Kecamatan Kisaran Barat. Pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan ini dipandang sangat penting karena, pengembangan kapasitas UPK sangat dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai unit pengelola keuangan. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan UPK terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan sehingga dapat diterapkan ke masyarakat, untuk dapat melakukan pencatatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran dengan baik dan rinci, untuk memberikan acuan kepada UPK agar mampu melakukan edukasi pengelolaan keuangan kepada masyarakat dan mengenalkan aplikasi MYOB bagi UPK .Hasil kegiatan ini adalah terlaksananya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dihadiri UPK sebanyak 48 orang.

soil fertility for plants. This study aims to design a prototype that can be monitored via the Telegram app. The research methodology employs a thinking framework approach. The system is implemented using an Arduino Uno microcontroller and supporting devices, including an ESP8266 Wi-Fi module, an ultrasonic sensor, a soil moisture sensor, a stepper motor and a servo motor. Telegram serves as the monitoring tool, sending notifications connected to the Arduino via a Wi-Fi network. Test results showed that the system operates effectively: the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor functions as a water level reader, and the stepper motor opens and closes the water gate. Soil moisture monitoring uses a soil moisture sensor to measure the water content in the soil. If the sensor detects dry soil conditions or a moisture level below 60%, the servo motor will rotate 15° to close the water channel. Conversely, if the sensor detects wet or moist soil conditions, the servo motor will rotate 0° to close the water channel.

Based on the research results, it can be found that a system has been created that implements web-based Supply Chain Management to help owners, admins, suppliers and customers in carrying out transaction flows from upstream to downstream. The business process from upstream to downstream has also been running in accordance with the Supply Chain Management procedures that apply at the research object location so that it can provide information regarding the existence of sufficient product stock to ensure a good transaction flow from upstream to downstream.

Hal ini tentunya akan sangat membantu pekerjaan manusia dalam mengoperasikan perangkat listrik tersebut. Salah satu penelitian yang sedang dikembangkan adalah tentang Smart Home. Smart Home memiliki beberapa keunggulan seperti memberikan kenyamanan yang lebih baik, keamanan dan keselamatan yang lebih terjamin, serta penghematan penggunaan listrik. Dengan mengimplementasikan perangkat Smart Home di rumah atau kantor, perangkat listrik akan dapat bekerja secara otomatis sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Pengguna juga dapat memantau dan mengontrol perangkat listrik di rumah dari jarak jauh melalui saluran komunikasi seperti melalui jaringan internet, Wi-Fi atau bluetooth. planatory design using secondary time-series data obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of East Kalimantan. Path analysis was applied through two structural equations using SPSS 21, complemented by the Sobel test to examine the mediating role of GRDP. The results show that population and investment each have a positive and significant direct effect on GRDP, and jointly explain 97.4% of its variation. GRDP, in turn, has a negative and significant effect on unemployment, accounting for 76.3% of its variation. The Sobel test confirms that GRDP significantly mediates the indirect effects of both population (Z = 2.295) and investment (Z = 2.628) on unemployment. These findings indicate that economic growth, as reflected in GRDP, acts as a strategic transmission channel converting demographic potential and capital accumulation into employment opportunities, thereby reducing unemployment in the region.

ach was used to examine how the policy is translated into public service practices, particularly in a local context where the waiting period has reached approximately 18 years, with about 2,500 prospective pilgrims and an annual quota of 135 people. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document review involving officials responsible for Hajj and Umrah services and relevant community informants. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that policy implementation is supported by four interrelated factors: bureaucratic structure, resources, communication, and the disposition of implementing officers. A clear organizational structure and standard operating procedures facilitate coordination and accountability. Competent human resources, adequate facilities, and the use of Siskohat strengthen service accuracy and transparency. Multi-channel communication helps reduce misunderstanding, while professional and empathetic officer attitudes build public trust. The novelty of this study lies in its local-level analysis of Hajj waiting list implementation in an archipelagic regency. The study implies that transparent, responsive, and humanistic public services are essential for maintaining fairness and legitimacy in long-term Hajj queue management.

Grounded in framing theory, narrative theory, and social capital theory, the research explores how volunteers construct persuasive anti-drug messages through culturally rooted storytelling, emotional framing, and symbolic communication. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through interviews, focus groups, observations, and campaign materials with 18 youth volunteers. The findings reveal that volunteers effectively used personal experiences and local narratives to foster trust and collective identity, transforming individual challenges into shared stories of hope and resistance. Emotional strategies, such as gain-framed and fear-based appeals, were deliberately crafted to trigger empathy and promote behavioral change. Volunteers also capitalized on their deep integration within community networks to enhance message credibility and reach, cultivating both bonding and bridging social capital. The study challenges top-down approaches in health campaigns, illustrating the power of peer-led, culturally resonant communication. It contributes a layered communication model for grassroots health advocacy and underscores the transformative impact of narrative-driven volunteer engagement. The study recommends integrating cultural framing in training programs and exploring digital channels to scale grassroots messaging in future research.

What will be calculated here is from the line to the transformer furthest from the GI, namely from the three-phase 20 kV main line, single-phase branching. The results of power calculations from GI Kebasen Tegal show differences between R, S and T phases with three 20 kV phases in pre-balance and post-balance conditions. As written, the value for R wire is 82661.52 W, for S 52613 W, while for the T phase the value is 60127.06 W. Meanwhile, the calculation of power losses from GI Kebasen Tegal shows differences between the R, S and T phases with 1 phase voltage in the conditions before balance and after balanced. On the 3-phase line for the R wire, the power loss decreases from 34,198 W to 17,0425 W, for S it increases from 11,540 W to 19,077 W, while for the T phase the value remains 15,274 W.
