The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of community aspiration absorption carried out by the West Nias Regency DPRD and analyze the participation carried out by the community in channeling their aspirations through the West Nias Regency DPRD. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Descriptive research method is a method in examining a group of people in an object, a system of thought, or in a class of events in the present. The purpose of this descriptive research is to make a description, general picture or painting systematically, factually, and accurately regarding the facts, characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. The results of this study are 1) The absorption of community aspirations has not fully run well due to limited human resources, minimal facilities and budget, budget limitations and ineffective coordination and communication; 2) The absorption of aspirations is conveyed through formal activities such as the participation of DPRD members in the Musrenbang conducted by the West Nias Regency Government, Recess, Working Visits or sudden inspections and through informal activities carried out by council members on a daily basis (without a prior schedule). ; 3) Public participation in channeling their aspirations is conveyed through personal and/or group complaints, both directly and indirectly, such as through correspondence, mass media, social media and electronic media.

n. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui layanan BSI Mobile dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan di wilayah BSI Jember Balung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BSI Mobile merupakan super application yang dimiliki oleh BSI karena tidak hanya memiliki fitur transaksi tetapi juga menyediakan fitur syariah yang dapat memudahkan nasabah dalam bertransaksi. Dengan BSI Mobile, nasabah dapat bertransaksi secara mandiri melalui BSI Mobile tanpa harus datang ke cabang bank atau ATM. Selain itu, keberadaan BSI Mobile mengurangi antrian nasabah di banking hall, meningkatkan jumlah transaksi melalui e-channel BSI dan menjadikan kualitas layanan efektif dan efisien.

Aspek pertama, struktur makro atau tematik pada video yaitu wacana terkait hukum dan sikap kita atas ucapan selamat natal. Aspek kedua, superstrukur atau skema yang diawali dengan pandangan ketiga tokoh dalam video tersebut yaitu Habib Ja’far, Buya Yahya, dan Pendeta Tommy. Struktur mikro ada 4 elemen yakni elemen semantik berisikan latar, iktikad, dan praanggapan. Elemen sintaksis memakai kalimat campuran (kalimat aktif serta kalimat pasif), koherensi berisi tentang sebab akibat dan memakai kata penghubung. Elemen stilistik yang disampaikan menggunakan kata perumpamaan, Elemen retoris dengan metafora, ekspresi, grafis. Kognisi sosial meliputi 2 aspek ialah nilai dan pengalaman. Konteks sosial didalam riset ini konteks sosial yang dibagi jadi 2 bagian ialah konteks sosial makro dan konteks sosial mikro. Tiap- tiap konteks mempunyai 2 aspek berarti, ialah praktik kekuasaan serta akses dalam mempengaruhi wacana.

The methodology of research utilized to analyze this video is a semiotic structural methodology based on Roland-Barthes theory, that was construct a structured sign system in the format of denotative and connotative signs. After the writer analyzed in the TED Talks Youtube Channel video entitled What It's Like to be a Muslim in America with using denotative and connotative analysis. Finally, the author can describe the inference that Islam representation in America consist of 3 constructions.
