However, challenges such as limited resources, resistance to change, and digital literacy gaps remain significant barriers, particularly for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This study highlights the role of leadership and digital platforms as solutions to overcome these obstacles. The findings provide valuable insights for business practitioners and policymakers in designing more effective and sustainable human capital development strategies in the digital age.

This study explores the synergistic role of financial literacy and digital transformation in enhancing MSME performance and competitiveness. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and policy document analysis. The findings reveal that the average financial literacy level among MSME actors in Indonesia is only 38%, leading to poor financial management and limited access to formal financing. On the other hand, only 16% of MSMEs have integrated digital technologies into their operations, with those who did reporting significant improvements in efficiency and revenue. The integration of financial literacy with digital tools was found to have a multiplier effect, enabling better resource management, improved decision-making, and enhanced market competitiveness. This study highlights the importance of targeted policies to combine financial literacy training with digital technology adoption. By addressing challenges such as infrastructure limitations and resistance to change, stakeholders can foster inclusive economic growth and empower MSMEs to thrive in the digital economy.

The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review combined with observation and interviews with key stakeholders in the fisheries sector. The study includes a feasibility analysis and utilizes a SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) analysis to develop strategic recommendations for logistics and infrastructure improvements. The findings reveal that West Sulawesi has significant potential to support IKN through its fisheries sector, given its strategic location and existing infrastructure. However, challenges such as limited cold storage facilities, infrastructure readiness, and supply chain coordination need addressing. The government’s draft Presidential Regulation (RPerpres) outlines a plan for port development and cold storage expansion to improve logistics. The study also suggests that collaboration with the private sector and technological adoption could enhance distribution efficiency and product quality. The research contributes to logistics and supply chain literature by addressing the specific challenges and opportunities in the fisheries sector of a developing region like West Sulawesi. rch collected data from 100 samples determined based on the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results of the study showed that all independent variables had a significant impact on employee performance. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the reliability of the research instrument. The regression model indicated that an increase in the variables of Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style was positively associated with an improvement in employee performance. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 31% indicated that independent variables influenced 31% of the variance in employee performance, while the rest was influenced by other factors.This research confirms that education and training are important for improving the quality and performance of employees. Work motivation significantly affects performance, and effective leadership style positively contributes to employee performance. In conclusion, Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style collectively and partially have a significant impact on the performance of female ASN employees in the city of Makassar.

personal. Analisis Real merupakan salah satu mata kuliah yang paling menantang dalam program pendidikan matematika karena sifat abstraknya sering menyebabkan rendahnya self-efficacy mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan AI sebagai tutor virtual terhadap self-efficacy mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Asahan yang menempuh mata kuliah Analisis Real. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest, melibatkan 15 mahasiswa yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen angket self-efficacy dikembangkan berdasarkan tiga dimensi Bandura (magnitude, strength, generality), divalidasi melalui expert judgment dengan Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,84. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor self-efficacy dari 65,67 (pre-test, kategori sedang) menjadi 79,93 (post-test, kategori tinggi), dengan peningkatan sebesar 21,7%. Uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test menghasilkan nilai Z = −3,408 dengan p-value = 0,001 (p < 0,05), yang mengkonfirmasi terdapat perbedaan signifikan self-efficacy mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah intervensi enam minggu menggunakan AI tutor virtual.
The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has significantly transformed higher education, particularly through AI-based virtual tutors capable of providing fast, precise, and personalized feedback. Real Analysis, one of the most challenging mathematics education courses, frequently causes low self-efficacy among students due to its abstract nature and demands for formal proof-writing. This study examines the effect of utilizing AI as a virtual tutor on self-efficacy of mathematics education students at Universitas Asahan. A quantitative quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design was employed with 15 students selected via purposive sampling. The self-efficacy questionnaire was based on Bandura’s three dimensions: magnitude, strength, and generality, validated by expert judgment with Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0.84. Descriptive analysis results showed an increase in mean self-efficacy scores from 65.67 (pre-test, moderate category) to 79.93 (post-test, high category), representing a 21.7% improvement. The Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test yielded Z = −3.408 with p-value = 0.001 (p < 0.05), confirming a significant difference in student self-efficacy before and after the six-week AI virtual tutor intervention.

Penyeimbangan data dilakukan dengan SMOTE, sedangkan evaluasi model menggunakan 5-Fold Cross-Validation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Stacking Ensemble memperoleh akurasi rata-rata 80,55%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan algoritma dasar. Evaluasi menggunakan Confusion Matrix, Classification Report, dan ROC Curve juga menunjukkan peningkatan nilai precision, recall, F1-score, dan kemampuan diskriminasi model. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning efektif untuk meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi sentimen pengguna dompet digital serta mendukung evaluasi kualitas layanan berbasis opini pengguna.
The rapid growth of digital wallet usage has generated a large volume of user reviews that can be utilized to evaluate service quality. This study aims to improve the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification using a Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach that combines Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB), and AdaBoost with Logistic Regression as the meta-learner. User reviews were processed through text preprocessing stages, including case folding, text cleaning, tokenization, stopword removal, stemming, and TF-IDF feature weighting. Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) was employed to address class imbalance, while model performance was evaluated using 5-Fold Cross-Validation. The experimental results show that the proposed Stacking Ensemble model achieved an average accuracy of 80.55%, outperforming the individual base learners. Furthermore, evaluations based on the Confusion Matrix, Classification Report, and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) Curve demonstrated improvements in precision, recall, F1-score, and the model's discriminative capability. These findings indicate that the proposed Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach is effective in improving the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification and can serve as a reliable tool for supporting service quality evaluation based on user opinions.

This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers. The data sources for this research are fifth grade students and teachers at SDIT Buah Hati. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to describe current conditions. The research results showed a significant increase in the aspects of independence, creativity, time discipline, ability to work together, and students' self-confidence after implementing child-friendly education management. Student independence increased by 20%, creativity increased by 20%, and time discipline and the ability to work together also showed significant improvements. The implication of this research is that the implementation of child-friendly educational management is effective in increasing student independence and creativity. Therefore, schools are expected to implement child-friendly principles in every aspect of learning to support maximum student development.

This study aims to improve the visual perceptual abilities of children aged 5–6 years at TK Sarantau Sasurambi through smartboard-based learning. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method conducted in several cycles, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were children aged 5–6 years. The research instruments included observation sheets of visual perceptual abilities (visual discrimination, visual memory, matching, sequencing, spatial relations, and eye–hand coordination), observation sheets on the use of the smartboard, and field notes. The results showed an improvement in visual perceptual abilities from the pre-cycle to Cycle I and Cycle II. Children’s mastery in the pre-cycle reached only 45%, increased to 65% in Cycle I, and reached 88% in Cycle II. The use of smartboards proved effective as it offers interactive and engaging visual learning experiences and facilitates children’s direct manipulation of objects. Therefore, smartboard-based learning is highly effective in improving the visual perceptual abilities of children aged 5–6 years.

This research uses the Design and Development (D&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The research results indicate that the PBL-based interactive media is suitable for use, with validation from subject matter experts at 97.2%, media experts at 97.6%, and product trials at 87.5%. The improvement in problem-solving skills was also measured through the N-Gain test, with an N-Gain result of 1, indicating a high criterion. The improvement in students' mathematical problem-solving skills increased after using PBL-based interactive media. This demonstrates the importance of media in delivering education. Media designed according to students' needs effectively and efficiently can enhance students' interest, motivation, and understanding in learning.
