of June--September 2023. RAK or Randomized Block Design through factorial with two treatment factors was used as the method of this research. Three levels namely: D1 = 0 g / plot (0 kg / ha), D2 = 40 g / plot (270 kg / ha), D3 = 60 g / plot (400 kg / ha), the three of them became the first factor of dolomite (D) dosage which was grouped into three levels. In addition, N1 = 30 g / plot (200 kg / ha), N2 = 45 g / plot (300 kg / ha), N3 = 60 g / plot (400 kg / ha), the three of them became the second factor of NPK Mutiara fertilizer dosage which was divided into three levels. Dolomite application, 60 g/plot produces optimal yield and growth of peanut plants, namely the weight of 100 dry seeds, plant height, pod weight per plot, flowering age, pod weight per plant, number of branches, number of filled pods per plant, number of gynophores per plant, number of empty pods per plant, and total number of pods per plant are significantly affected by dolomite application. Meanwhile, application of NPK Mutiara fertilizer with a dose of 60 g/plot shows the same thing. The combination of dolomite and NPK Mutiara fertilizer only has a significant effect on the number of gynophores per plant.

However, the question arises: what is the legal certainty for creditors following the Constitutional Court's decision that encourages debtors to pursue legal action? This study uses a descriptive normative research method to analyze the legal issues related to such actions. The findings indicate that the legal recourse available to debtors in specific circumstances significantly impacts creditors. This leads to uncertainties regarding payment, especially if the debtor decides to file for legal action. Additionally, these uncertainties can affect the creditor's business operations. The Constitutional Court's decision, subsequently reinforced by a Circular Letter from the Supreme Court, does not adequately address the gaps in legal certainty faced by creditors. This situation complicates creditors' efforts to secure their rights, which are the obligations of the debtor.

Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

This study aims to analyse the needs and components of a robust maritime surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait, particularly in dealing with the impacts of extreme weather and climate change. Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. Building a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait is a strategic imperative to safeguard global trade, regional stability, and environmental sustainability amid increasing climate uncertainty. Integrating cutting-edge technology with robust policies and international collaboration will ensure the safety and security of this vital waterway, making it a model for resilient maritime governance globally. A new aspect emphasised is the importance of adapting to climate change and the role of AI in predictive decision-making. This article presents a comprehensive and integrated approach to building a resilient maritime surveillance architecture, with a particular focus on the challenges of extreme weather in the Malacca Strait. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam kepada wajib pajak orang pribadi karyawan yang memanfaatkan sistem Coretax dalam melaporkan SPT Tahunan. Temuan pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa mayoritas wajib pajak masih menghadapi kendala pada tahap awal penggunaan sistem, khususnya dalam memahami fitur-fitur yang tersedia serta alur pelaporan pajak. Namun, setelah memperoleh pendampingan dan pengalaman penggunaan, wajib pajak mulai merasakan kemudahan dari layanan yang terintegrasi dalam satu platform. Selain itu, sanksi perpajakan dan tuntutan administratif dari lingkungan kerja juga menjadi faktor yang mendorong kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam pelaporan pajak. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam implementasi Coretax dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antara penerimaan teknologi dan faktor perilaku.
The development of tax digitalization in Indonesia has encouraged the implementation of the Coretax administrative system as an effort to modernize and integrate tax services. This study aims to examine taxpayer compliance in the implementation of Coretax by emphasizing the role of perceived ease of use of the system and the influence of tax sanctions. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with individual employee taxpayers who utilized the Coretax system to file their Annual Tax Returns. The findings reveal that the majority of taxpayers still encountered difficulties during the initial stage of system usage, particularly in understanding the available features and the tax reporting procedures. However, after receiving assistance and gaining experience in using the system, taxpayers began to perceive the convenience offered by the integrated services within a single platform. In addition, tax sanctions and administrative demands from the workplace environment were also identified as factors encouraging taxpayer compliance in tax reporting. This study indicates that taxpayer compliance in the implementation of Coretax is influenced by the interaction between technology acceptance and behavioral factors..
