pretation does not necessarily reflect individuals’ attitudes in a comprehensive manner. This study is grounded in the need to understand the attitudes of early adult Fujoshi in a more nuanced and non-simplistic way, particularly through the framework of attitude theory encompassing cognitive, affective, and conative dimensions. The research problem focuses on how Fujoshi aged 18-40 interpret, experience, and express their attitudes toward homoromantic fiction content and its relationship to social values and norms in real life. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with three Fujoshi informants who are members of the XX fan chat group. The findings indicate that social media and peer networks play a significant role in the process of becoming a Fujoshi, as well as in shaping relatively intensive and repetitive patterns of content consumption as a form of emotional entertainment. Cognitively, the informants recognize that homoromantic fiction is related to LGBT issues; however, at the affective level, their interest is primarily driven by the uniqueness of the narrative structure and character dynamics rather than by sexual orientation itself. In the conative dimension, most informants do not demonstrate a tendency to support LGBT practices in real life; some even hold conservative views and display critical awareness of the potential negative impacts of their hobby, which they perceive as not fully aligned with prevailing social norms. The study concludes that Fujoshi attitudes are complex, ambivalent, and highly contextual. The novelty of this research lies in revealing a clear differentiation between the consumption of homoromantic fiction as a form of symbolic entertainment and individuals’ value positions toward social reality, which are often normatively conflated in previous assumptions.

This condition requires business actors to comprehensively understand marketing factors that play a crucial role in influencing consumer decisions on e-commerce platforms, particularly those related to price, promotion, and product quality. The research problem of this study focuses on how these three variables shape consumer purchasing decisions amid increasingly intense e-commerce competition. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, promotion, and product quality on purchasing decisions in e-commerce by employing a qualitative approach through a literature review of various relevant scholarly sources, including both national and international journals. The findings indicate that competitive pricing aligned with consumers’ perceived value has a strong influence on attracting purchase intentions, while appropriate, sustainable, and communicative promotional strategies are able to enhance consumer awareness and purchase motivation. On the other hand, product quality is proven to be a key determinant in building trust, satisfaction, and consumer loyalty in online transactions. The conclusion of this study confirms that price, promotion, and product quality simultaneously contribute positively and significantly to e-commerce purchasing decisions. The novelty of this scholarly work lies in its conceptual synthesis that integrates these three variables within the context of Indonesian e-commerce consumer behavior, providing a holistic understanding that can serve as a strategic basis for decision-making among digital business practitioners in the technology-based economic era.

ovince; however, the strong public interest in working abroad is often not accompanied by adequate understanding of safe migration procedures, protection mechanisms, and the rights and obligations of migrant workers. This condition has led to serious problems, including the increasing number of non-procedural migrant workers, deportation cases, and vulnerability to human trafficking crimes, indicating an information and communication gap between migrant worker protection institutions and prospective migrant workers. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies implemented by the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Service Center of East Nusa Tenggara Province in enhancing public awareness of migrant workers’ rights. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed to provide an in-depth portrayal of the communication practices carried out by the institution, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation of socialization activities, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, while the conceptual analytical framework was based on the Shannon–Weaver Two-Way Communication Model to assess message delivery effectiveness, communication channels, message recipients, and feedback mechanisms. The findings indicate that the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Service Center of East Nusa Tenggara Province has implemented various communication strategies, including direct community outreach, pre-departure orientation, the use of visual and audio media, and cross-sector collaboration with local governments and community leaders. Although these strategies contribute to increasing public knowledge regarding migration procedures and migrant workers’ rights, their effectiveness remains constrained by low literacy levels, challenging geographical conditions, and weak feedback mechanisms from target communities. The study concludes that strengthening dialogic and participatory communication, simplifying messages to improve comprehensibility, and adapting communication media to local cultural contexts are essential for improving migrant worker protection. The novelty of this study lies in integrating a two-way communication model with the socio-cultural context of East Nusa Tenggara as a basis for formulating more contextual, adaptive, and community-empowering communication strategies for migrant worker protection.

This condition raises both conceptual and practical issues regarding how to design a model of Islamic Religious Education that systematically, applicatively, and contextually integrates scientific knowledge and spirituality within contemporary higher education. This study aims to formulate such an integrative framework through a qualitative approach based on an in-depth literature review of books, journal articles, and research findings, which are analyzed thematically and conceptually. The results identify three main strategies: the development of an interdisciplinary curriculum that internalizes ethical–tawhidic values within professional sciences, the implementation of value-based pedagogy that connects spiritual concepts such as as-sidq and al-amanah with real-life case studies, and the strengthening of campus culture that supports value internalization through co-curricular activities and community service. The synthesis of findings indicates that this integrative model has the potential to enhance students’ moral awareness, spiritual resilience, and ethical decision-making capacity in responding to the dynamics and complexities of modern life. The conclusion emphasizes that the integration of scientific knowledge and spirituality in Islamic Religious Education is not merely a curricular supplement, but a strategic necessity in higher education. The novelty of this study lies in the formulation of a conceptual framework that positions spirituality as an overarching paradigm that provides meaning, direction, and ethical responsibility for the entire structure of knowledge, while offering an applicative model to overcome the dichotomy between secular science and religion in order to produce graduates with strong character, reflective capacity, and a commitment to social responsibility. The research problem focuses on the extent to which shipping cost efficiency and the quality of freight forwarder services can improve export delivery performance in a measurable and sustainable manner. A quantitative approach was applied by collecting survey data from the company’s logistics managers and export managers to capture perceptions and experiences related to the research variables. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling to examine the causal relationships among shipping cost efficiency, freight forwarder quality, and export delivery performance. The results indicate that shipping cost efficiency has a positive and significant effect on export delivery performance through reduced operational costs, improved logistics coordination, and smoother export processes. Freight forwarder quality is also proven to have a positive and significant effect through enhanced service reliability, documentation accuracy, and delivery timeliness. The conclusion confirms that the combination of cost efficiency and logistics service quality constitutes a strategic factor determining the success of corporate export delivery. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the measurement of cost efficiency and freight forwarder quality using a SEM approach applied to the Indonesian palm oil export industry, a context that has received limited empirical attention. This contribution provides empirical evidence for the development of export logistics management and strategic decision-making, enriches the academic logistics literature, and offers practical implications for improving national export competitiveness, formulating corporate policies, and managing long-term logistics partnerships based on measurable performance and efficiency orientation. An in-depth analysis of the findings reveals that learning models that position students at the center of activity are able to facilitate more meaningful learning experiences through game situations that closely resemble real on-court conditions. Furthermore, the interaction patterns created through game activities contribute to the development of psychomotor skills and increase students’ readiness to engage confidently in competitive scenarios. Evaluation of various forms of implementation suggests that game-based learning innovations, whether through structured models or application-based media, hold significant potential to improve the quality of badminton instruction. Nevertheless, this review also identifies several challenges, including limited long-term studies, research concentration at specific educational levels, and insufficient exploration of affective and cognitive variables. These findings emphasize the need for further research with broader coverage to gain a deeper understanding of how game-based approaches can be implemented sustainably and deliver optimal benefits for students’ competency development across diverse physical education contexts in Indonesia.

lyze the potential application of predictive Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Wearable Health Technology in preventing child stunting, with an emphasis on the integration of technology into the health system, socio-cultural interrelations, and ethical dimensions that need to be anticipated. The research employed a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review, analysis of national health policies, and examination of reports on the implementation of digital health technologies related to child health. The results indicate that wearable devices are effective in recording health indicators in real-time, while predictive AI algorithms enable early detection of stunting risks, allowing interventions to be carried out quickly, accurately, and in a personalized manner. However, the success of implementation is highly dependent on the support of the digital health ecosystem, including adaptive regulations, infrastructure readiness, digital literacy among communities, as well as multi-stakeholder collaboration involving the government, medical professionals, the technology industry, and families. This study affirms that the integration of Wearable Health Technology and predictive AI is not merely an additional tool in medical services, but rather a representation of a health system transformation towards a more preventive, predictive, precise, and participatory paradigm. Thus, the utilization of evidence-based digital innovations has the potential to strengthen the effectiveness of stunting prevention programs in Indonesia while accelerating the achievement of national health development targets within the context of technological disruption and global dynamics.

forcement in maritime areas presents its own challenges due to the need to monitor vast territories, limited facilities and infrastructure, as well as the complex modus operandi employed by illegal immigration offenders. In this context, the Water Police (Pol-Air) serves as the main actor in maintaining maritime security and order, particularly in efforts to prevent the entry of illegal immigrants. This study aims to analyze the strategies and actions undertaken by Pol-Air in performing this function, as well as to evaluate the obstacles faced. The research method used is normative legal research with a qualitative approach, through analysis of existing laws and regulations as well as empirical practices in the field. The results of the study indicate that Pol-Air conducts various preventive measures, such as routine sea patrols in vulnerable areas, the use of maritime surveillance technology, improvement of personnel competencies, and public dissemination of immigration law among coastal communities as a form of participatory prevention. In addition, Pol-Air also engages in cross-sectoral coordination with relevant agencies to strengthen institutional synergy. Nevertheless, the implementation of Pol-Air's duties still faces structural and operational challenges, such as budget limitations, lack of integrated information systems, and weak law enforcement against human smuggling networks. Therefore, a reformulation of policies is needed to support institutional strengthening and sustainable inter-agency collaboration.

When the market faces systemic disruptions, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, and transitions toward post-pandemic normalization, investor sensitivity to internal indicators tends to increase due to heightened external uncertainty. Consequently, a deep understanding of the internal determinants of stock prices becomes increasingly critical for data-driven investment decision-making. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on stock prices, both partially and simultaneously, in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2024 period. A quantitative approach was employed, using a descriptive-verificative design and secondary data drawn from audited financial statements and annual closing stock prices. The sample consisted of 91 companies selected through purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The analysis results indicate that all three independent variables have a positive and significant impact on stock prices, both individually and collectively. This study contributes to the capital market literature by highlighting the relevance of financial ratios in explaining stock price fluctuations in the post-pandemic period, a topic that remains underexplored in the context of developing countries.

The primary objective of this research is to analyze the effects of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance, while also examining the mediating role of work motivation. Employing a quantitative approach and path analysis method, the study involved all employees of Bakesbangpol Denpasar using a saturated sampling technique. The findings reveal that organizational culture does not have a significant direct effect on employee performance, whereas work discipline exerts a positive and significant influence. Work motivation emerges as a crucial factor affecting performance, with a path coefficient of β = 0.440 and a significance value of 0.000. Although organizational culture significantly influences work motivation, it does not directly impact performance. In contrast, work discipline does not significantly affect motivation. Notably, work motivation significantly mediates the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, but not the relationship between work discipline and performance. These findings underscore the pivotal role of work motivation as a mediating variable that enhances the impact of organizational culture on performance improvement. With an R value of 0.695 and an Adjusted R² of 0.683, the model explains 68.3% of the variance in employee performance, with the remaining 31.7% attributed to other factors outside the model. The novelty of this study lies in mapping the structural relationships among organizational culture, work discipline, and motivation as a mediating variable within the context of a local governmental institution an area that has been empirically understudied.
