that cause the productivity of PT. Telkom Witel Bekasi's workers. In this case study, a saturated sampling method is used, which means that each member of the population is used as a sample from a relatively small population. The study involved 47 workers. Validity, reliability, linear multiple regression, and classical assumptions such as normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity are used. The hypothesis was then tested with the F and T tests. Data was collected through questionnaires. The results of the hypothesis test show that stress and the work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The results of multiple regression analysis also show that stress and work environment have a positive and significant effect on productivity. In addition, hypothesis tests show that there is a positive and significant impact on employee work productivity greatly increased. Therefore, companies must always reduce stress in the workplace, even create a more stress-free environment, and build a better working atmosphere to increase employee productivity.

This study uses a qualitative approach that describes the object of study through the process of extracting facts and object data in the field. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study indicate that the work commitment of the Madrasah principal in improving the effectiveness of private MTs in the Riau Islands is not optimal, because there are still many aspects that have not been achieved in terms of realization, budget constraints for the procurement of Madrasah facilities and infrastructure, increasing the professionalism of human resources, and other facilities that are still very limited. For this reason, the head of private MTs in the Riau Islands Province tries to improve the effectiveness of madrasas by implementing strategic educational development concepts. The roles played by the head of the Madrasah are; 1) focusing on common interests, 2) improving communication and understanding, 3) increasing involvement and participation, and 4) avoiding win-lose solutions. These roles are very helpful in realizing increased effectiveness of education in madrasas.

Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch, with a sample consisting of 102 respondents. Data collection was conducted through online questionnaire distribution, ensuring wide and efficient coverage.The analysis results demonstrate that work motivation plays a significant role in mediating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch. This finding underscores the importance of work motivation as an intervening variable in the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance.The Direct Effect Analysis yielded several important findings. First, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Work Motivation (WM) shows positive and significant results, with an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.693, t-Statistics of 10.788, and P-Values of 0.000. This indicates that organizational culture has a strong and direct influence on employee work motivation.Second, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Employee Performance (EP) also shows positive results, albeit with a lower level of significance. The Original Sample (Path) value of 0.068, t-Statistics of 1.949, and P-Values of 0.052 indicate a positive influence, though at the threshold of statistical significance.Lastly, the relationship between Work Motivation (WM) and Employee Performance (EP) demonstrates highly positive and significant results. With an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.760, t-Statistics of 13.294, and P-Values of 0.000, this finding affirms the crucial role of work motivation in enhancing employee performance.In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of organizational culture and work motivation in the context of employee performance at PT. The data analysis techniques used include validity instrument analysis, reliability instrument analysis, and hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) for Windows version 26 program. The partial research results show that Organizational Climate has a positive influence on Turnover Intention obtained tcount (3.288) > ttable (1.674). Then, Job Stress has a positive influence on Turnover Intention, the value obtained is tcount (5.070) > ttable (1.674). As for the simultaneous results, it shows that Organizational Climate and Work Stress have a positive influence on Turnover Intention with the hypothesis results (simultaneously) obtaining a value of fcount (16.512) > ftable (3.172).

Data sources include the school principal, vice principal, PR team, committee, and the community. Data collection methods consist of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that public relations management strategies to increase student enrollment at SMP Negeri 6 Satap Baraka include: 1) Operational Strategies such as the PR team having specific efforts or mechanisms to manage PR programs involving the community and school committee; 2) Persuasive and Educational Strategies including distributing brochures containing the school's vision, mission, and advantages, as well as conducting socialization to emphasize the importance of education for children; 3) Social Responsibility Strategies like door-to-door visits to maintain relationships between the school and the community, and participating in community and institutional activities; 4) Collaboration Strategies involving partnerships with local health centers and participating in community work activities; 5) Supporting factors such as community support and maintaining harmonious relationships fostering good school credibility; 6) Inhibiting factors such as inadequate road infrastructure and the majority of parents being farmers, making it difficult to reach them.
