. It investigates how environmental sustainability principles can be systematically integrated into the planning, design, construction, and operational phases of madrasah development projects. Utilizing a qualitative case study approach combined with document analysis, this research analyzes two madrasah building projects in Indonesia that have implemented green building strategies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with project managers, architects, contractors, madrasah leaders, and stakeholders, alongside analysis of project documents, designs, and specifications. Findings reveal that successful implementation requires an integrated management approach encompassing green design adaptation to local context, sustainable material sourcing, energy and water efficiency integration, waste management during construction, and life-cycle cost considerations. The study identifies key enablers including leadership commitment, technical expertise, community participation, and Islamic ethical alignment, while highlighting challenges such as budget constraints, regulatory gaps, and technical capacity limitations. This research contributes a framework for madrasah green building project management that balances environmental responsibility with educational functionality and Islamic architectural values.
Abstract:The Malacca Strait is a vital maritime route that faces significant challenges from high traffic volumes and increasingly frequent extreme weather scenarios. These conditions pose serious risks to navigational safety, environmental…
vironmental integrity, and maritime operational security. This study aims to analyse the needs and components of a robust maritime surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait, particularly in dealing with the impacts of extreme weather and climate change. Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. Building a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait is a strategic imperative to safeguard global trade, regional stability, and environmental sustainability amid increasing climate uncertainty. Integrating cutting-edge technology with robust policies and international collaboration will ensure the safety and security of this vital waterway, making it a model for resilient maritime governance globally. A new aspect emphasised is the importance of adapting to climate change and the role of AI in predictive decision-making. This article presents a comprehensive and integrated approach to building a resilient maritime surveillance architecture, with a particular focus on the challenges of extreme weather in the Malacca Strait. Its originality lies in its emphasis on multi-sensor data fusion, the role of artificial intelligence in predictive analytics, and the integration of climate change adaptation into surveillance system design. Additionally, the article underscores the importance of a robust policy framework and international cooperation as the cornerstones of maritime surveillance resilience, offering a blueprint applicable to other critical maritime routes worldwide
Abstract:The purpose of this study is to find out and prove how much influence brand image has on the purchase decision of bakery products in CV. Lemona Cake &Bakery Tasikmalaya. This study uses quantitative methods with an associative…
iative approach that is causal aims to determine the influence between independent variables on dependent variables. The population in this study is respondents who have bought bakery products at Lemona Cake &; Bakery Tasikmalaya, while the number of respondents is as many as 97 respondents. In this study using Non Proability Sampling techniques, Non Proability Sampling, namely sample selection with non-probability methods or non-randomly, population elements do not have the same opportunity to be selected as samples. This is done based on the consideration of relatively fast hang times and relatively cheap costs, then the sampling method uses Accidental Sampling, Accidental sampling is a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who accidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample, if it is considered that the person who happened to meet is suitable as a source of data. From the results of this study shows that the value of t-count obtained is 8.204 and t-table 1.661 it can be seen that t-count is greater than t-table (8.204 > 1.661) so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted meaning that the hypothesis is accepted, so it can be explained that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a value I of 0.644 and a value of coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.641 which means the influence of brand image variables (x) on the purchase decision variable (y) is 64.1% while the remaining 35.9% is explained by other factors or variables that are unknown and not included in this study.

Abstract:The Covid-19 pandemic poses future space planning challenges. The current Covid-19 pandemic has greatly impacted everyone around the world covering all fields from health, economy, and food security, to sports, including…
the field of spatial planning. Control of infectious virus outbreaks must be involved in spatial planning. Spatial planning that cares about the level of human health is no longer just struggling with green open space. But there should also be space for physical distancing in public places. The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial planning of East Java Province during the Covid-19 pandemic in supporting state defense. This paper is written based on the results of qualitative research using phenomenological research design. In this study, the data collection process was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation study methods. The data obtained is then analyzed through four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that spatial planning during the pandemic was carried out with four aspects, namely analyzing the Covid-19 distribution map in East Java, planning changes in policies and strategies with public health considerations, planning space structures with the addition of emergency infrastructure, and planning space patterns with the allocation of green open space. The obstacles faced in spatial planning are the restriction of working hours and the implementation of WFH for employees, and the lack of community support as an affected object. Both are overcome by implementing digitalization strategies and community participation so that the spatial planning agenda during the Covid-19 pandemic can run well. In addition, the better spatial planning during the pandemic, the better the country's defense because of the non-military threat in this case the Covid-19 virus can be well anticipated.

udy was conducted to explore perception of students in Islamic Education Department in using Google Translate in learning English subject. A questionnaire consisted of open-ended and close-ended questions was distributed to 138 students of Islamic Education Department. Then, descriptive qualitative research employed to describe and analyze the data. The result show that students assume Google Translate as a good way to help them translate difficult words, sentences, and paragraphes from English to Bahasa or Bahasa to English. Although the students find several problems especially in the quality of translation, they are confident to overcome the problems with effective ways. Moreover, the positive impacts of Google Translate use is greater that the negative impacts for several considerations.
