Sistem Informasi Manajemen Barang Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Banyuwangi

Abstract: Pengelolaan aset daerah di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Banyuwangi masih dilakukan secara manual melalui pencatatan buku agenda dan Microsoft Excel, menyebabkan berbagai kendala… ala dalam verifikasi data, monitoring aset, dan pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis web untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan aset daerah. Sistem dikembangkan dengan mengimplementasikan empat alur proses utama: pengajuan, tracking, manajemen aset, dan pelaporan. Metodologi pengembangan sistem meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan flowchart, serta implementasi antarmuka berbasis web. Sistem dirancang dengan mekanisme verifikasi berlapis yang melibatkan berbagai stakeholder seperti Admin, Tim Monitoring, Verifikator, Bagian Keuangan, dan Kepala Dinas. Database sistem dimodelkan menggunakan conceptual diagram untuk mengakomodasi seluruh entitas dan relasi dalam pengelolaan aset. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil mengintegrasikan seluruh proses pengelolaan aset secara digital, dengan antarmuka yang intuitif meliputi halaman login, dashboard admin, dan form pengajuan. Implementasi sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan aset melalui otomatisasi proses verifikasi, monitoring real-time, perhitungan nilai aset yang akurat, dan pengarsipan digital yang terstruktur. Sistem ini menjadi solusi efektif dalam mendukung transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan aset daerah di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Banyuwangi.

Abstract: This study aims to examine how the concept of surveillance is carried out by Montgomery in his role as the father figure with authority in the novel Dark Horses by Susan Mihalic in 2021. The researchers use a qualitative… method and explorative approach, focusing on contexts and in-depth subjective interpretations. The surveillance is supported by Michel Foucault’s ideas on surveillance, normalization, and disciplinary actions. The analysis looks at how Jack, Roan's father, uses surveillance to control Roan's behavior and enforce normalization and disciplinary actions. This surveillance reflects the father's role as the authoritative figure in the family as reflection of governmentality. In conclusion, the study confirms that Jack's surveillance over Roan proves a father can control the actions and behavior of family members to ensure they follow his rules and desires.

Abstract: This study aims to understanding the concept of female superiority in Barbie movie script written by Greta Gerwig. The movie was published in 2023. The movie reflects female superiority on the main character Stereotypical… l Barbie. The researchers use qualitative approach, focusing on the context and some subjective interpretations in detail. The analysis reveals that Stereotypical Barbie as the main character being superiority to around her and belong to Ken as the male character. The superiority is going on among womanness of the Stereotypical Barbie that is reflected in herself as an Alpha Female. In conclusion, female superiority in Barbie movie is such proof that women could be anything beyond any dictation from male beings.

The analysis uncovers that Jennette, as the main character of this memoir felt the frustration and fear in her everyday life. The conclusion states that fear and frustration may come to someone that is being expected to do more perfect deeds in general.

The Influence Of Profitability, Company Growth, And Previous Audit Opinions On Going Concern Audit Opinions

Abstract: This research aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of Profitability, Company Growth and Previous Year Audit Opinions on the acceptance of Going Concern Audit Opinions . The independent variables used are… Profitability, Company Growth and Previous Year Audit Opinion. And the dependent variable used is Going Concern Audit Opinion . This type of research data is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and the company website. This research uses a purposive sampling method with the sample companies in this research being the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The number of samples obtained was 28 companies with observations for 4 years. The hypothesis in this study was tested using logistic regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of this study based on a partial test (Wald test) showed that: 1) The Profitability variable had no significant effect on the Going Concern Audit Opinion . 2) The Company Growth variable has no significant effect on the Going Concern Audit Opinion . 3) The previous year's Audit Opinion variable has a significant effect on the Going Concern Audit Opinion . And based on the results of the simultaneous test (omnibus test) it shows that the variables Profitability, Company Growth and Previous Year Audit Opinion simultaneously have a significant effect on the Going Concern Audit Opinion . And the determinant coefficient obtained was 0.390 or 39%, which means that the independent variable contributed 39% to the dependent variable and the remaining 61% was explained by other variables outside this research.

Project-Based Learning On Solar System Materials In Grade 6 Elementary School

Abstract: This study aims to explore the impact of Project-Based Learning (PBL) implementation on grade 6 students' understanding of solar system material at SDN Kedungsugo 1 Prambon. The research method used a descriptive qualitative… tive approach involving grade 6 students and science teachers. The results showed that PBL was effective in increasing students' involvement and understanding of the solar system concept. The implication is that PBL can be used as a dynamic and useful teaching method in improving students' learning experience in elementary schools. Suggestions for improvement involve diversification of teaching materials, further training for teachers, and measurement of long-term impact on students' concept understanding.

The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative description to describe phenomena that people… ople experience, the description carried out in word and language in a context that leads to the theory proposed by Carl Rogers regarding the concept of self and using a literary psychology approach to unravel the psychological elements of the fictional character contained in the literature. Research shows that the main character in the novel Iyan Not a Middle Child by Armaraher had a negative self-concept, which involved an imbalance between the ideal self and real self in the character Riyan. It deeply influences how the figure sees himself and breathes his life, as well as how he interforms with others from absence unconditional positive regard.

Abstract: The aim of writing this article is to determine the expansion of the meaning of the principle of lex specialis derogate legi generali which occurs in cases of same-sex sexual harassment. This research is normative legal… research that uses a case approach and a conceptual approach. The legal materials used are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The technique for collecting and analyzing legal materials used in writing this article is literature study. The result of this research is that the principle of lex specialis derogate legi generali, when implemented in certain cases, can have an expanded meaning. The first meaning is that specific laws override general laws, while the expansion of the intended meaning in a particular case can be interpreted as the textual suitability of the law and the case that occurred.

Making Sense Of Mindfulness In Indonesian Elementary Schools: A Phenomenological Exploration Of Pupils’ Lived Experiences Of Concentration And Memory Within The “Merdeka Belajar” Context

Abstract: This study aims to elucidate the essence of Indonesian elementary school students' lived experiences of mindfulness meditation and how it shapes their perceptions of concentration and memory in the context of "Freedom to… Learn." A hermeneutic-phenomenological study was conducted with five students in grades 4-5. Data were generated through in-depth conversations and participant observations during a four-week classroom mindfulness program and analyzed through phenomenological reduction and thematic synthesis. The research findings indicate that the unchanging essence, namely "a shift from an anxious mind to a calm mind that opens up space for learning," is expressed through four interrelated themes: perceived emotional calm, sustained attention, easier recall, and positive appreciation of quiet moments. The study concludes that mindfulness is not simply a technique, but a pedagogical way of life that begins with learning; integrating brief, mindful pauses can foster reflective, calm, and independent learners aligned with the Pancasila Student Profile.

A Literature Review On The Use Of Songs In Teaching English To Young Learners: Benefits And Difficulties

Abstract: This paper contains a comprehensive literature review on the use of songs in teaching English to young learners. This paper reviews the concept of teaching English to young learners, and then discusses the benefits and difficulties… ifficulties in using songs and how songs should be implemented in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom. A number of previous studies from 2008 to 2015 investigating the use of songs in teaching English have been analysed. Most of the studies used in this research are empirical studies. It is found that the benefits of songs to teach English can be classified into four categories: (1) affective; (2) cognitive; (3) linguistic; and (4) culture. This review presents a better understanding on the benefits and difficulties of using songs to teach English to young learners. It can be argued that teaching English songs to young learners is prominent. At the end, the author outlines several recommendations regarding on how to overcome the difficulties in teaching songs so the use of songs in teaching can be maximised.
