However, using these applications effectively requires proper training and understanding. Therefore, this service activity aims to train Swarna Dwipa hotel staff in operating a web-based hotel room reservation application. It is one way for hotel staff to provide optimal service and assist in driving business success in the hospitality sector. Many studies show that operating hotel room reservation applications can increase customer satisfaction and efficiency in the hotel business. However, proper and systematic training is necessary to maintain competitiveness. The stages of this activity include observation, interviews, sharing knowledge, training in application use, and evaluation. The simulation results show that participants can use the reservation application in a structured and systematic manner with a significant level of user acceptance of applications.

The research involved students as test subjects who were assessed through an evaluation questionnaire on various aspects of the characteristics of independent learning. The results of the analysis show that the Fingermathic method can increase students' learning initiative and self-confidence, although more attention is still needed on the aspects of setting targets, overcoming difficulties, and evaluating learning outcomes. The conclusions of this research provide a basis for further development in designing learning strategies that support the formation of students' independent learning character at the elementary school level.

ents' creativity levels before and after implementing the Fun Book as well as evaluating how to stimulate students' creativity in both subjects. The target of the training is selected students, namely SD Negeri No. 010246 Banjar. The students selected were 16 Grade 2 students. The problem seen at this school is that students are still passive in learning, students are not yet creative and have difficulty answering questions asked by the teacher during each lesson in class, there are even 50% of students who are sleepy when taking part in class lessons. The impact of this training was that 13 students were able to use Fun Book media. Evaluation is carried out at the end of the training by distributing questionnaires to measure the participant's level of understanding. The questionnaire contains questions related to the respondent's identity; general questions related to mathematics and language learning and specific questions related to Fun Book media. The calculation of the questionnaire used the Guttman scale. The evaluation results showed that 89.84% had increased knowledge seen from the calculation of the questionnaire per individual and per question asked and the participation and enthusiasm of students during activities using the Fun Book.

The method used in this mentoring activity is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. This mentoring activity will be carried out in September-October 2023 and consists of 5 stages of mentoring, namely coordination, socialization, training, mentoring and evaluation. After completing the mentoring activities, the results of the mentoring can be seen directly on the village website and show that there has been an improvement in website management, such as an increase in the number of news/activities in Sumber Baru Village that are reported on the website. It is hoped that mentoring activities like this will be further increased to improve the quality of village human resources which will have an impact on improving public communication by the village government.

nd importance of careers for students, self-awareness to increase self-awareness, Johari window to increase knowledge about oneself, set the goals using the SMART method, reveal one's potential through SWOT analysis, and personality analysis through the RIASEC test to determine the suitability of personality with the desired career. Measurements were carried out twice. The first measurement (pre-test) is carried out before implementing the program to determine the initial conditions for student career decision-making. The second measurement (post-test) is carried out after students receive career training. Next, the results of the pre-test and post-test data were statistically analyzed using a paired-sample t-test using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of the PKM activities carried out show that career planning training is able to increase the career maturity of MA students. Students' understanding of themselves will help them determine their career plans in accordance with their interests and talents.

Dalam Pkm yang diselenggarakan akan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada anggota UMKM dalam menghasilkan konten visual yang menarik dan efektif serta memanfaatkan teknologi AI dalam strategi pemasaran. Dalam Pengabdian masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi dengan penyampaian materi, praktek menggunakan teknologi AI dan diskusi. Dengan demikian, diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan pangsa pasar produk olahan laut, serta mendukung program pemerintah Kota Batam dalam mengembangkan sektor UMKM. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan UMKM olahan laut di Kepulauan Riau dapat mengoptimalkan potensi bisnis mereka dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AI dan komunikasi visual dalam pemasaran. Kegiatan ini akan memberikan pembekalan pengetahuan tentang kualitas pesan promosi dan penyajian produk visual yang menarik, sehingga UMKM dapat menghasilkan konten pemasaran yang efektif dalam menarik perhatian dan mempengaruhi target audiens. The aim of PKM was to understanding teachers, parents and children about the importance of preventing stunting through the consumption of ASUH livestock products. The PKM method was lectures to parents and teachers. Telling story and socialization on eating livestock products to children. The PKM results show that increased understanding of parents and teachers of the importance of consuming livestock products and choosing ASUH livestock products to prevent stunting. PAUD and Kindergarten children enthusiastically listen to stories about stunting and begin to know that eggs, meat and milk were important for stunting prevention. Giving livestock products to children every two weeks. Abstrak: Stunting merupakan masalah kurang gizi kronis yang terjadi dalam waktu cukup lama dan mengganggu pertumbuhan terutama anak usia dini. Kegiatan PKM dilakukan PAUD dan TK Ihsanul Hasanah dan TK Al-Hidayah Desa Sukadamai Timur. Permasalahan mitra yaitu PAUD dan TK di Desa Sukadamai Timur belum pernah diberikan edukasi pentingnya mengonsumsi produk ternak (telur, daging, dan susu) dan pemilihan produk hasil ternak dengan konsep ASUH (Aman, Sehat, Utuh, Halal) untuk pencegahan stunting pada anak usia dini. Tujuan PKM yaitu memberikan pemahaman kepada guru, orang tua, dan anak tentang pentingnya pencegahan stunting melalui konsumsi produk ternak yang ASUH. Metode PKM adalah ceramah terhadap orang tua dan guru. Dongeng pada anak-anak serta sosialisasi makan produk peternakan. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman orang tua dan guru akan pentingnya mengonsumsi produk ternak dan pemilihan produk ternak yang ASUH untuk mencegah stunting. Anak-anak PAUD dan TK antusias mendengarkan dongeng tentang stunting sehingga mulai mengetahui bahwa telur, daging, dan susu sangat penting untuk pencegahan stunting. Pemberian produk ternak pada anak-anak setiap dua minggu. Kesimpulan PKM adalah kegiatan PKM meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua, guru, serta anak usia dini tentang pencegahan stunting dengan produk ternak yang ASUH.
