The Effect of Financial Compensation on Employee Work Motivation at PT. Bumi Karsa in Makassar City

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze employee work motivation at PT Bumi Karsa Makassar In connection with this, how employees can work as well as possible and employees have high motivation in completing work with the&#8230; he provision of compensation. So against this, this study aims to show the significance of the effect of compensation on employee work motivation. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bumi Karsa Makassar who received compensation in the form of salary, bonuses, and health benefits, totaling 60 people. The number of samples used was 60 people using saturated sampling theory. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 0.165 + 0.032X1 + 0.961X2. The results of this study found that compensation variables (financial and non-financial compensation) simultaneously affect work motivation and the F-Count value (4566,330) > F-Table (3.16). The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) of 0.994 which shows that the compensation variable is able to contribute 99.4%. 0.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. The most dominant variable affecting motivation is the non-financial compensation variable among the two compensation variables with a t-count value (48.056) > t-table (1.672). While the financial compensation variable is influential but not significant with a t-count value (1.205) < t-table (1.672).

The Influence of Work-Life Balance and Motivation on Employee Performance Across All Districts in The Island of Sebatik

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee performance The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee performance with motivation as a moderator.&#8230; a moderator. The study aims to determine and analyze whether motivation plays a role in improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik, as well as to determine and analyze whether motivation moderates the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts in the island of Sebatik. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study consists of all Civil Servants in all districts on the island of Sebatik, totaling 110 employees. The sampling method used is census technique, which includes all 110 elements being investigated. Therefore, it analyzes all objects, all indicators, all events, and incidents. The data used in this study is primary data, collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data analysis using statistical methods. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research findings indicate that there is a significant positive influence of motivation on improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik. However, motivation does not moderate the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts on the island of Sebatik. Therefore, motivation is not a moderating variable in this study. This means that motivation cannot strengthen or weaken the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance.

The Influence of Implementating Performance Allowence Policies and Leadership On Employee Performance at RSUD Haji Makassar

Abstract: The primary objective of this study is to investigate the impact of the implementation of performance allowance policies and leadership on employee performance within the context of Haji Makassar General Hospital. The quantitative&#8230; antitative research methodology aims to elucidate the causal relationship between the variables under examination. The population under investigation consisted of 67 employees of Haji Makassar General Hospital, and the entire population was included as the sample for this study. The data collection techniques included questionnaires, documentation analysis, interviews, and an extensive literature review. The data analysis methodology contained multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing in partial and simultaneous manners. The research findings indicate that the variables of performance allowance policies and leadership engagement exhibit a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Haji Makassar General Hospital. The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Compensation on Employee Turnover Intention in Companies PT Hadji Kalla Branch Urip Sumoharjo

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT Hadji Kalla Urip Sumoharjo Branch, Panakkukang District, Makassar City, the subjects in this study were&#8230; re 51 employees working at PT Hadji Kalla Urip Sumoharjo Branch. This research is included in quantitative research and quantitative analysis to test the research hypothesis using the IMB SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the t value of -3.055 where <t table (2.00958) and a significance value of 0.004 <0.05. The results of the study show that compensation has no significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the t value of 0.615 < t table (2.00958) and a significance value of 0.541 > 0.05. The results of the study show that job satisfaction and compensation have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 11.859 > 3.19 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05.

Analysis of The Influence of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as An Intervening Variable

Abstract: The primary objective of this research is to examine and assess the impact of work dicipline and organizational commitment on employee performance. In an endeavor to enhance individual and group employee performance, specific&#8230; cific standards of responsibility have been instituted for each individual in the execution of their duties. Typically, employees exhibiting a high level of competence in their roles suggest that their success in the work environment has been optimized. Consequently, this study was conducted to elucidate the interrelations between work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee performance within the context of the Regional Drinking Water Company of Makassar City (PDAM Makassar City).The research involved the collection of data from 107 employees of the Makassar City Regional Drinking Water Company to empirically test the proposed research model, utilizing WarpPLS 7.0 modeling software. The findings of the study reveal that there is a statistically significant influence of organizational commitment and work discipline, both individually and collectively, on job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, a discernible impact of job satisfaction on employee performance was identified, and an indirect influence of organizational commitment and work discipline variables on performance was observed through their impact on job satisfaction

The number of samples used is the entire population because there are less than 100 people, namely the type of saturated cover, with this type of quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique.The results of the research after being processed with SPSS. 21 Based on the results of the research it shows that motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. work environment (X2) has an effect on employee performance, and in terms of positive influence it also has a significant impact. And together motivation and work environment affect employee performance.

Determination Analysis Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning (STP) On The Level Sales at Upnormal Coffee in Palu

Abstract: This study aims to assess and analyze whether the marketing strategy STP (Segmentation, targets, and position) to the level of sales has been implemented by Upnormal Coffee Beach in Palu which has reached more than one year&#8230; ear (2021- 2022). This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of Upnormal Coffee while the sample of this research is all employees of Upnormal Coffee as many as 36 employees as respondents using saturation sampling, the sampling technique when all members of the population were used as a sample. The data collection techniques were performed by means of a questionnaire conducted interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of this study with multiple linear regression analysis, regression equation Y = 8,944+ 0.164 X1 + 0.061 X2 + 0,032 X3 + e. Basedonn statistical analysis data, the indicators in this study is valid and the variables are reliable. In the classical assumption, in said that indicator otherwise normal distribution and correlation Linear in significance between each independent variable and the dependent variable, to the amount of influence Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning are all having a positive direction and not significant in their influence on the level of sales in Upnormal Coffee in the city of Palu 

The Influence of Motivation on Employee Performance of Trade and Industrial Department of Gowa Regency

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Department of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Department of Trade and Industry&#8230; ry of Gowa Regency, totaling 40 people. The number of samples used is the entire population because there are less than 100 people, namely the type of saturated cover, with this type of quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique. The results of the research after being processed with SPSS.21 Based on the results of the research it shows that motivation (X) has a coefficient value of 0.841 and t_count > t_table (3.385 > 2.026) and the value of Sig. of 0.002 <0.05, which means that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The Effect of Compensation on Employee Organizational Commitment at PT. Vale Tbk in Sorowako

Abstract: The Effect of Compensation on Employee Organizational Commitment of PT. Vale Tbk in Sorowako. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Compensation on Employees' Organizational Commitment at PT. Vale Tbk&#8230; in Sorowako. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study were 60 employees who were employees in the Maintenance Department of PT. Vale The results of the study after the data were processed showed that there was a positive influence between the financial compensation (X1) and non-financial compensation (X2) variables on the Organizational Commitment variable (Y) which can be shown through the results of the T test, namely variable X1 has variable X1 has t count 4.653 > 2.002 (t table) and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Variable X2 has a t count of 3.392 > 2.002 (t table) and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05.
