chatbots, virtual counselors, and digital mental health platforms presents various opportunities, challenges, and ethical implications that require comprehensive examination. This study aims to analyze the opportunities offered by AI, the challenges associated with its implementation, and the ethical implications of its use in online counseling services. The study employed a literature review method with a qualitative approach, examining 15 scientific articles published between 2016 and 2026. Data were analyzed using content analysis through the synthesis of findings from previous studies. The results indicate that AI has the potential to expand access to counseling services, improve service efficiency, support preliminary assessments, and facilitate the delivery of more personalized and data-driven interventions. However, the use of AI continues to face several challenges, including limitations in understanding human emotions and social contexts, the risk of inaccurate responses, algorithmic bias, and the potential for user dependency on technology. The most prominent ethical concerns involve privacy protection, data security, algorithmic transparency, system accountability, and professional responsibility. This study concludes that AI is more appropriately positioned as a supportive tool or co-counselor for professional counselors rather than a replacement for human practitioners. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of the opportunities, challenges, and ethical implications of AI into a comprehensive analytical framework.

This study aims to identify the ethical challenges associated with school-based e-counseling, analyze the professional considerations required of counselors, and examine the interrelationship among ethics, professionalism, and institutional support in the implementation of e-counseling services. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework through a comprehensive search of articles indexed in Google Scholar, GARUDA, ERIC, Scopus, and ProQuest published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that the primary challenges of e-counseling include data confidentiality, client privacy, digital information security, professional boundaries, and limitations in nonverbal communication. The results further indicate that digital competence, adherence to professional ethical standards, and institutional support from schools are critical factors influencing the effectiveness of e-counseling services. This study contributes a conceptual synthesis that positions ethics, counselors’ digital professionalism, and institutional governance as three interrelated pillars essential for the development of safe, ethical, and professional e-counseling practices within school settings.

This study aims to examine the role of AI as a co-counselor, evaluate the effectiveness of its integration into e-counseling practices, and identify the challenges associated with its implementation. The study employed a Narrative Literature Review method by critically analyzing relevant scholarly publications. The findings indicate that AI functions as a collaborative partner that assists counselors in assessment processes, data analysis, emotion detection, service documentation, and the continuous monitoring of clients’ psychological conditions. The integration of AI has been shown to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and overall quality of digital counseling services. However, its implementation continues to face significant challenges related to data privacy, information security, algorithmic bias, and limitations in understanding cultural contexts and human empathy. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive conceptualization of AI as a co-counselor that supports the entire e-counseling service cycle through a collaborative model integrating the analytical capabilities of technology with the humanistic competencies of counselors, thereby fostering more effective, ethical, and inclusive counseling services.

This study aims to analyze the role of AI, its impacts, and the ethical challenges emerging in e-counseling services through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar, GARUDA, ScienceDirect, SAGE Journals, and Crossref, covering publications from 2018 to 2026. The review of 13 selected articles revealed that AI serves as a supportive tool through chatbots, data analytics, preliminary assessments, and automated response systems that help expand access to counseling services and improve service responsiveness. The implementation of AI contributes positively by increasing efficiency and accessibility; however, it remains limited in understanding emotions, demonstrating empathy, and comprehending clients’ psychological contexts. The findings also indicate that privacy, data security, algorithmic transparency, and accountability constitute the primary ethical challenges that require careful attention. This study concludes that AI is more appropriately positioned as a complement to counselors rather than a substitute for human counselors. . This condition highlights the importance of a strong theological foundation for cultivating Christ-centered spirituality. This study aims to examine the concept of the ethics of the cross in Philippians 2:5–11 from the perspective of Pauline Christology, identify the ethical values embedded within the passage, and explain their implications for congregational spiritual formation. The study employs a qualitative method with a theological-expository approach through library research and exegetical analysis of Philippians 2:5–11. The findings reveal that the ethics of the cross is rooted in Christ’s self-emptying, His taking the form of a servant, His obedience unto death on the cross, and His subsequent exaltation by God. This ethical framework is expressed through three principal values: relinquishing personal rights and privileges, serving with humility, and demonstrating complete obedience to the will of God. The findings further indicate that congregational spiritual formation should be centered on the transformation of the mind, a life characterized by service, and communal relationships that reflect the character of Christ. The novelty of this study lies in its formulation of the ethics of the cross as a systematic and Christ-centered model of spiritual formation that bridges Pauline Christology and the spiritual development of contemporary congregations.

This condition raises both conceptual and practical issues regarding how to design a model of Islamic Religious Education that systematically, applicatively, and contextually integrates scientific knowledge and spirituality within contemporary higher education. This study aims to formulate such an integrative framework through a qualitative approach based on an in-depth literature review of books, journal articles, and research findings, which are analyzed thematically and conceptually. The results identify three main strategies: the development of an interdisciplinary curriculum that internalizes ethical–tawhidic values within professional sciences, the implementation of value-based pedagogy that connects spiritual concepts such as as-sidq and al-amanah with real-life case studies, and the strengthening of campus culture that supports value internalization through co-curricular activities and community service. The synthesis of findings indicates that this integrative model has the potential to enhance students’ moral awareness, spiritual resilience, and ethical decision-making capacity in responding to the dynamics and complexities of modern life. The conclusion emphasizes that the integration of scientific knowledge and spirituality in Islamic Religious Education is not merely a curricular supplement, but a strategic necessity in higher education. The novelty of this study lies in the formulation of a conceptual framework that positions spirituality as an overarching paradigm that provides meaning, direction, and ethical responsibility for the entire structure of knowledge, while offering an applicative model to overcome the dichotomy between secular science and religion in order to produce graduates with strong character, reflective capacity, and a commitment to social responsibility. The theoretical and practical implications of this model are expected to serve as a reference for academic policy development and innovation in Islamic Religious Education learning that is adaptive to global challenges and responsive to the needs of students across contemporary interdisciplinary fields in a sustainable, transformative, and contextually Islamic humanistic value-based manner.

lyze the potential application of predictive Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Wearable Health Technology in preventing child stunting, with an emphasis on the integration of technology into the health system, socio-cultural interrelations, and ethical dimensions that need to be anticipated. The research employed a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review, analysis of national health policies, and examination of reports on the implementation of digital health technologies related to child health. The results indicate that wearable devices are effective in recording health indicators in real-time, while predictive AI algorithms enable early detection of stunting risks, allowing interventions to be carried out quickly, accurately, and in a personalized manner. However, the success of implementation is highly dependent on the support of the digital health ecosystem, including adaptive regulations, infrastructure readiness, digital literacy among communities, as well as multi-stakeholder collaboration involving the government, medical professionals, the technology industry, and families. This study affirms that the integration of Wearable Health Technology and predictive AI is not merely an additional tool in medical services, but rather a representation of a health system transformation towards a more preventive, predictive, precise, and participatory paradigm. Thus, the utilization of evidence-based digital innovations has the potential to strengthen the effectiveness of stunting prevention programs in Indonesia while accelerating the achievement of national health development targets within the context of technological disruption and global dynamics.

Children's creativity has the potential to promote knowledge of individuals, societies, and cultures in everyday life as explained by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. One of the ways to improve creativity is writing short stories to explore their understanding of surroundings altogether with to uplift their language skills. Through explorative approach in qualitative research, this paper emphasizes writing short stories as a means to build children’s awareness of their potentials, surroundings, and imaginations. Those aspects are needed to cultivate the growth of knowledge to face both formal and informal education. Moreover, ethical aspects could be widened so that children could always appreciate anything that they had, have, and will have. In conclusion, writing short stories for children is crucial to elevate their creativity in formal education and usual everyday life.

Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan konseptual, dan pendekatan perbandingan hukum (comparative approach). Bahan hukum diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan atas Al-Qur’an, hadis, kitab-kitab fikih muamalah, peraturan perundang-undangan, serta jurnal hukum mutakhir, yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep ijarah bi al-’amal menempatkan upah sebagai hak yang harus dipenuhi secara adil, proporsional, dan tepat waktu, sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam Al-Qur’an Surah At-Talaq ayat 6, Surah Al-Qashash ayat 26-27, dan hadis riwayat Ibnu Majah. Prinsip tersebut memiliki keselarasan nilai dengan semangat Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan sebagaimana diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 36 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengupahan, meskipun keduanya berbeda pada aspek sumber otoritas, mekanisme penetapan upah minimum, dan bentuk sanksi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar nilai-nilai ijarah bi al-’amal, khususnya prinsip maqashid syariah, diintegrasikan sebagai basis etik dalam pembaruan kebijakan pengupahan nasional, terutama untuk melindungi pekerja pada sektor informal dan ekonomi gig yang belum sepenuhnya terjangkau oleh regulasi ketenagakerjaan formal.
Wages are a fundamental right of workers that must be protected, both from the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. This study aims to examine the concept of ijarah bi al-’amal in Islamic law as a philosophical foundation for wage protection, and to compare it with wage regulations under Indonesia’s Manpower Law. The results show that ijarah bi al-’amal positions wages as a right that must be fulfilled fairly, proportionally, and in a timely manner, as affirmed in the Quran Surah At-Talaq verse 6, Surah Al-Qashash verses 26-27, and the hadith narrated by Ibn Majah. This study employs a normative legal method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, examining legal materials from the Quran, hadith, classical fiqh literature, statutory regulations, and recent legal journals. The findings reveal that the principles of ijarah bi al-’amal align with the spirit of Law Number 13 of 2003 on Manpower as amended by Law Number 6 of 2023 on Job Creation and Government Regulation Number 36 of 2021 on Wages, although they differ in terms of the source of authority, minimum wage determination mechanisms, and forms of sanctions. This study recommends integrating the values of ijarah bi al-’amal, particularly maqashid syariah principles, as an ethical basis for reforming national wage policy, especially to protect informal and gig-economy workers not yet fully covered by formal labor regulations.

, professional ethics is highly respected because it characterizes one's professionalism in the world of work. So as to instill good ethical character in the world of work, the STMIK Royal campus has taught supporting courses, namely professional ethics courses to support good attitudes and character in the world of profession or work. However, not all students are able to take these courses and the level of understanding of students is quite diverse, so clustering or grouping is needed based on the level of understanding of students in understanding the course. This study uses data mining techniques with the K-Means Clustering method to determine the distribution of student understanding levels of professional ethics courses. The purpose of this study was to see how far the success rate of the professional ethics course was proclaimed through the results of one semester's learning and to use the clustering results as a benchmark for developing the course and as evaluation material for students who did not understand the course.

Abstrak: Etika merupakan karakter dasar yang dimiliki seseorang dalam mencerminkan kehidupannya sehari – hari. Etika menjadi gambaran tingkah dan perilaku seseorang dalam berkegiatan di lingkungan sosial. Seperti hal nya dalam dunia pekerjaan etika profesi sangat di junjung tinggi karena menjadi ciri khas profesionalisme seseorang dalam dunia pekerjaan. Sehingga untuk menanamkan karakter etika yang baik dalam dunia pekerjaan, kampus STMIK Royal telah mengajarkan mata kuliah pendukung yakni mata kuliah etika profesi untuk menunjang sikap dan karakter yang baik dalam dunia profesi atau pekerjaan. Namun, tidak semua mahasiswa mampu mengikuti mata kuliah tersebut dan tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa yang tergolong beragam sehingga diperlukan clustering atau pengelompokan berdasarkan tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa dalam memahami mata kuliah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik data mining dengan metode K-Means Clustering untuk mengetahui persebaran tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah etika profesi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat sejauh mana tingkat keberhasilan mata kuliah etika profesi yang dicanangkan lewat hasil pembelajaran satu semester dan menjadikan hasil clustering tersebut sebagai tolak ukur untuk mengembangkan mata kuliah tersebut dan menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi mahasiswa yang tidak memahami mata kuliah tersebut. Hasil dari clustering dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 3 yaitu mahasiswa dengan tingkat pemahaman Baik, Cukup Baik dan Tidak Baik.
