the findings reveal nuanced relationships between key indicators of MFI performance and GDP growth. Notably, Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) show an unexpected positive relationship with GDP growth, highlighting the Cambodian microfinance sector's resilience in mitigating adverse effects through sustained economic activity. Inflation is also positively associated with GDP growth, suggesting that moderate inflation can drive economic expansion, though careful management is necessary to avoid destabilization. Conversely, the study finds a negative relationship between the number of MFIs and GDP growth, indicating potential inefficiencies from sector oversaturation. Lastly, a positive link between Return on Equity (ROE) and GDP growth underscores the importance of profitability in ensuring financial stability and economic development. The findings emphasize the need for policy measures to manage sector growth, maintain moderate inflation, and enhance MFI profitability for sustainable economic progress in Cambodia.

The purpose of this study is to identify and examine the determinants of behavioural aspects in encouraging awareness of UMKM green accounting practices in West Sulawesi from the perspective of spirituality and Kalindaqdaq Mandar culture. The research method used in this research is a mix method with a concurrent model to analyse quantitatively and qualitatively simultaneously. The quantitative method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach was conducted to test the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) in green accounting practices. The results of this study indicate that UMKM players in West Sulawesi have not yet carried out green accounting practices but in general they already have the intention to practice green accounting. Another finding is that government policies can encourage green accounting practices so that the government needs to pay attention to the importance of regulations governing the obligation of UMKM players to carry out green accounting practices, awareness of green accounting practices that are early owned by UMKM can encourage the practice of awareness of green accounting practices in the future

However, farmers and MSMEs still face obstacles in the use of manual equipment and less than optimal marketing, so product innovation is needed to increase the added value and competitiveness of oyster mushrooms in the market. As a solution, a mentoring program was introduced with the culinary innovation of oyster mushroom nuggets. This activity includes surveys and interviews with MSMEs, transfer of cultivation knowledge, and production practices. Nuggets were chosen because their texture resembles chicken meat, making them an economical and healthy food alternative. Production is carried out at the MSME's Mushroom House with a systematic method to ensure quality. The results of the mentoring showed a positive response from MSMEs and the community, both in terms of economy and product acceptance. In addition to increasing local income, this program also provides direct experience for students in understanding mushroom cultivation and processing. By optimizing local potential, innovation in processed oyster mushroom products can be a sustainable strategy in supporting village economic growth.

The research results show that Green Training (X1) partially has a positive and significant impact on Sustainable Corporate Performance. The calculated t value is 3.165, lower than the t table value of 1.984, and the significance value is 0.003, less than 0.05. Apart from that, Green Training also has a positive and significant impact on Sustainable Corporate Performance, with a calculated t value of 4.181, which exceeds the t table of 1.984, and a significance value of 0.000 below 0.05. On the other hand, Green Transformational Leadership also has a positive impact on Sustainable Corporate Performance, with a calculated t value of 7.019, which exceeds the t table of 1.984, and a significance value of 0.000 below 0.05. Apart from that, a simultaneous test was carried out on the influence of Green Training (X1), Green Recruitment (X2), and Green Transformational Leadership (X3) on Sustainable Corporate Performance. Di sisi lain, aktivitas ekowisata juga menimbulkan berbagai dampak yang perlu dikaji sebagai dasar pengembangan kawasan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan dampak ekowisata Pantai Bohay, serta menganalisis strategi pengembangannya menggunakan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas pengelola ekowisata Pantai Bohay, masyarakat lokal, dan wisatawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan strategi pengembangan dianalisis menggunakan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pantai Bohay memiliki potensi ekowisata yang meliputi ekowisata bahari berbasis terumbu karang, panorama pantai dan sunset, ekosistem mangrove, serta wisata kuliner hasil laut. Dampak positif yang ditimbulkan meliputi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, terbukanya lapangan kerja, meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan konservasi, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran terhadap pelestarian lingkungan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas tertentu, pengelolaan mangrove yang belum optimal, dan ancaman terhadap ekosistem pesisir. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi pengembangan diarahkan pada penguatan potensi sumber daya alam dan kelembagaan lokal, peningkatan fasilitas pendukung, pengembangan atraksi ekowisata, serta penguatan upaya konservasi lingkungan.
Bohay Beach is an ecotourism destination located in Binor Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. The area boasts various ecotourism potentials supported by scenic coastal views, coral reefs, mangrove ecosystems, seafood-based culinary tourism, and local community involvement in its management. However, ecotourism activities also generate impacts that require assessment to inform sustainable area development. This study aims to identify the ecotourism potential and impacts of Bohay Beach and to analyze development strategies using SWOT analysis. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Research subjects include Bohay Beach ecotourism managers, local community members, and tourists, selected via purposive sampling. Data collection involved observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model—comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing—while development strategies were analyzed using SWOT. The results indicate that Bohay Beach possesses ecotourism potential including coral reef-based marine ecotourism, coastal scenery and sunsets, mangrove ecosystems, and seafood culinary tourism. Positive impacts include increased community income, job creation, heightened community participation in conservation activities, and growing environmental awareness. Nevertheless, challenges remain, such as limited facilities, suboptimal mangrove management, and threats to the coastal ecosystem. Based on the SWOT analysis, development strategies focus on strengthening natural resource potential and local institutions, upgrading supporting facilities, developing ecotourism attractions, and reinforcing environmental conservation efforts.

This study aims to analyze school-parent communication practices from an Islamic perspective and their impact on student learning outcomes at Nurul Hidayah Elementary School in Kutawaluya District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that communication practices occur formally and informally, are integrated with the values of trust and deliberation, and encourage active parental involvement in home learning support. Dialogic and persuasive communication contributes to improved student discipline, learning readiness, and responsibility. Integrating Islamic values into communication practices strengthens collaborative relationships between schools and families. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing an Islamic values-based educational communication model as a strategy to strengthen school-parent partnerships in improving student learning outcomes.

This community service activity aims to improve the competence of early childhood education teachers in implementing interactive Islamic storytelling based on multimedia to optimize children's language development in Kutawaluya District. The method used was a participatory approach through the stages of needs assessment, workshops, media creation practice, classroom implementation assistance, and evaluative reflection with the teacher community. The results of the activity showed an increase in teacher capacity in designing and using digital media pedagogically, changes in learning interaction patterns to be more dialogic, and increased verbal participation of children in storytelling activities. In addition, a community of teacher practice was formed that collaboratively developed Islamic storytelling media as a sustainable innovation. The implications of this activity confirm that the integration of technology, Islamic values, and a participatory approach effectively encourages the transformation of early childhood learning practices. This model has the potential to be replicated in similar contexts to strengthen the quality of adaptive and character-building early childhood education.

The method used is Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) with direct training and continuous mentoring approaches. Activities include socialization, product manufacturing training, hands-on practice, and production and marketing assistance. The results show a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills in producing environmentally friendly cleaners. The products have been used in the pesantren's laundry unit and have potential to be marketed to the wider community. This program contributes to improving teachers' welfare through alternative income sources and equips students with entrepreneurial skills. Program outputs include publications in mass media, documentation videos on YouTube, and journal articles under review. This activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly goal 8 (inclusive economic growth) and goal 12 (responsible consumption and production).

Saat ini, masih terdapat puluhan UMKM binaan Rumah BUMN Kabanjahe. Jenis usaha UMKM yang ada diantaranya adalah pengerajin ecoprint, produsen makanan ringan, produsen minuman, pengerajin kain tenun, dan lain-lain.
Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah untuk literasi keuangan, edukasi pencatatan atau mengatur keuangan usaha dan memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya manajemen keuangan. Dalam hal ini, target tujuan kami ialah pelaku usaha atau UMKM binaan Rumah BUMN Kabanjahe. Adapun Sustainable Development Goals atau Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan yang terkait dengan kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pelaku UMKM binaan Rumah BUMN di Kabupaten Karo untuk mengatur keuangan dan ketrampilan berwiarusaha. Selain itu, tujuan utama dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat, menyelesaikan permasalahan sosial, dan memacu pembanguna yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif pada aspek mengatur keuangan usaha.
Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa pemberian materi manajemen keuangan, edukasi dan implementasi manajemen keuangan pada beberapa pelaku UMKM, serta sesi tanya jawab terkait permasalahan tentang keuangan dalam menjalankan usaha. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam satu hari atau selama 3 jam. Beberapa materi pengabdian yang disampaikan yaitu tentang perencanaan keuangan, pengelolaan kas, kinerja keuangan, dan pengendalian kegiatan keuangan. Aspek praktis dan teknis yang disampaikan pemateri dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu memisahkan keuangan pribadi dan bisnis, pencatatan keuangan, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan.
Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini antara lain: terciptanya arah keputusan finansial usaha, pelaku usaha dapat mengawasi dan mengendalikan kegiatan usaha sehari-hari, serta pelaku UMKM dapat/ bisa mencapai tujuan financial freedom (bebas utang, ada pendapatan investasi, terproteksi dari risiko).
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM binaan Rumah BUMN Kabanjahe khususnya dalam implementasi manajemen keuangan yang baik. Disarankan untuk kedepannya agar dilkakukan pendampingan berkelanjutan dalam hal digital marketing, inovasi product dan strategi usaha terupdate atau kekinian demi tercapainya kesejahteraan ekonomi yang lebih baik.
