of agricultural systems while conserving biodiversity amidst the threats of climate change. This study aims to evaluate the potential of agroforestry to enhance biodiversity and the resilience of agricultural systems to climate change in Dulamayo, Gorontalo. The research methodology is based on vegetation analysis and the calculation of biodiversity indices, with data collection encompassing measurements of tree characteristics and species identification. The results indicate the presence of 17 tree species with a total of 154 individuals, where Candlenut (Aleurites molucana) and Sugar Palm (Arenga pinnata) dominate with proportions of 22.73% and 20.13%, respectively. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index yielded a moderate value (H' = 2.311) with a high evenness level (E = 0.816), indicating a high ecosystem stability. The findings suggest that the agroforestry system in Dulamayo plays a crucial role in supporting biodiversity and the resilience of ecosystems to climate change through its complex and diverse vegetation structure.

elated laws. It is hoped that the research results will provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of the legal protection provided by LPS to customers in the context of bank failures and the related compensation claims process. The Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) has a crucial role in protecting customer deposits when banks experience liquidation. In this context, LPS functions as a legal protection strategy for customer deposits held in banks. This action is important to maintain public confidence in banking amidst economic uncertainty. In response to the 1998 monetary crisis, the Indonesian government issued a policy of guaranteeing bank payments, including public deposits, through LPS. The importance of LPS is revealed when banks experience failures that have the potential to threaten the security of customer funds. In this situation, LPS guarantees the customer's refund up to a certain limit, providing the necessary financial protection. This creates a sense of security for customers and promotes banking system stability. With LPS, customers can be assured that their funds are safe even if unexpected events occur in the banking world. The role of LPS as a deposit insurance institution is inherent in the government's efforts to regulate and supervise the financial sector. LPS plays a role as the front guard in protecting customer interests, maintaining financial system stability, and preventing potential losses that could arise due to the possibility of bank failure.

vable homes for its people as mandated by the 1945 Constitution, especially Article 28 H paragraph (1) which states that everyone has the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity. The implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance Program (BSPS) has not been optimal due to the lack of socialization, which has an impact on the lack of understanding of procedures/requirements, both administrative and technical. The driving factors in the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) consist of Strengths ( There is a legal umbrella for BSPS , Availability of funds from the APBN , Establishment of Central-Regional Coordination and Opportunities (The existence of a Technical Team from the Ministry, Availability of Companion Personnel, Companion Funds for field operations). Meanwhile, the Inhibiting Factors are the Existence of Weaknesses (Limited Socialization of the BSPS Program; Distribution of materials and materials, Minimal knowledge of recipients regarding accountability) and Threats or Obstacles (High rainfall during construction, Changes in policies regarding BSPS, Continuity of the BSPS program). The implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance Program (BSPS) in the future will be carried out with an Aggressive Strategy , namely the Strategy of Using STRENGTHS by taking advantage of OPPORTUNITIES. Using Strengths, namely: There is a legal umbrella for BSPS , Availability of funds from the APBN , Establishment of Central-Regional Coordination by Utilizing Opportunities, namely: The existence of a Technical Team from the Ministry, Availability of Companion Personnel. Field operational Companion Funds. The government needs to improve public awareness of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance (BSPS) program to make it easier for potential recipients to understand. Likewise, local community conditions need to be adjusted to the technical requirements so that prospective BSPS recipients who do not yet have land titles in accordance with applicable regulations can simply obtain a Certificate of Land Title. The government can then facilitate the acquisition of land titles in accordance with statutory provisions.

research. The informants in this study consisted of MUI officials in North Sulawesi Province and non-Muslim MSME actors in Manado City. The results of this study indicate that: Non-Muslim SME actors have demonstrated a high level of adaptation to halal certification regulations through gradual and pragmatic strategies. They began by improving hygiene, recording raw materials, and participating in training and capacity-building programs. These strategies reflect that the actors do not reject the regulations but require an approach tailored to their capacities. In many cases, halal certification is even positioned as a branding tool and a means of market expansion, rather than merely legal compliance. This adaptation also reflects the success of a values-based approach rooted in the principles of maqasid, where regulations are accepted as meaningful and beneficial ethical business practices. Through a dialogic and contextual approach, non-Muslim SME operators have successfully transformed halal certification into an opportunity rather than a threat to their identity.
