What the study found the goal of making Android-based engaging learning materials for class VII Informatics topics at SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak City is to give students an interesting and useful way to learn. The Android operating system is based on a Graphical User Interface (GUI), which makes it easy for students to see how the system works on the outside. This makes using Android smartphones as teaching tools very helpful. Additionally, the portability and wide availability of Android tablets make it easy for students to access educational materials without being limited by time or space. The goal of making engaging learning materials about informatics for high school students in the seventh grade at SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak City is to make learning fun and useful. Teachers will find it easier to teach when they are able to use learning media as a means when teaching, because the function of learning media is not only as a means of teaching, but also as a way for teachers to make students active and happy to learn. This study aims to describe the use of PhET simulation as a learning medium in traveling and stationary wave theory. This article uses the literature study methodology. The stages in using the literature method include observing, analyzing, then identifying, then providing interpretation, and finally in the form of some evaluation of the research that has been done. There are 25 publication articles obtained from various domestic sources analyzed in this article. The articles used were reported from 2018 to 2024. By using PhET simulation, it feels easier to practice compared to real practicum, because visible media allows users to be more active in presenting subjects that are mastered, especially in traveling and stationary wave material. And by using this PhET virtual media makes students tend to be active and very enthusiastic in the learning process because the appearance of the PhET media is very different from other media. Based on this research, it can be concluded that learning stationary wave and traveling wave material can improve learning outcomes and improve critical thinking skills.

The end result is an Android game that serves as a learning tool for computer system topics. The assessment findings indicate that the storyboard design has achieved a validity score of 4.91 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from the evaluation of two design professionals. The initial design expert assigned a validity score of 4.88, while the second design expert assigned a validity score of 4.94 on a 5-point scale. These scores indicate that the research results fall into the “Very Good” category. According to the assessment conducted by linguists, the language employed in creating the tale has been given a validity score of 4.73 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from two linguists. The initial linguist assigned a validity score of 4.5, while the second linguist assigned a validity score of 4.7 on a 5-point scale. These scores placed the results of the study in the “Very Good” category. The study has reached its conclusion. The development step use the RPG Maker MV program. skills. The four skills are listening (istima'), speaking (kalam), reading (qiroah), and writing (kitabah) are very important in the learning process. The research method used was my research with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through written and oral Arabic tests conducted on students of class VIII. The test results were categorised into several score ranges, and the students' Arabic language skills were analysed based on the predicates obtained. The results showed that most of the students had deficient Arabic language skills, with 48% of the total students being at the predicate of "Deficient". A total of 21% of students got the predicate "Very Good," 19% of students got the predicate "Good," and 12% of students got the predicate "Fair." The study also noted factors that influence students' Arabic language proficiency, including learning methods, textbooks, materials, educational institutions and time. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta plays an important role in shaping students' Arabic language skills, but there are challenges in improving overall Arabic language skills. This study provides an understanding of the status of students' Arabic language skills at MTs Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta and shows the importance of developing Arabic language learning at the madrasah.

These activities included reading sessions, discussions, and workshops focused on maritime culture, as well as involving maritime experts and local leaders to provide in-depth insights. Program evaluation showed a significant increase in maritime cultural knowledge among participants, particularly among the younger generation. Pre- and post-program surveys indicated substantial improvement in understanding maritime traditions, such as boat-making and fishing techniques. The optimized Literacy Corner has become a more active hub, with increased visitation from the community. Support from the village government, local schools, non-governmental organizations, and the local community was crucial to the program's success. This program demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach in developing literacy centers can effectively enhance cultural knowledge and engage the community in preserving local heritage. The results of this program are expected to serve as a model for other coastal villages facing similar challenges in cultural preservation

Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan konseptual, dan pendekatan perbandingan hukum (comparative approach). Bahan hukum diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan atas Al-Qur’an, hadis, kitab-kitab fikih muamalah, peraturan perundang-undangan, serta jurnal hukum mutakhir, yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep ijarah bi al-’amal menempatkan upah sebagai hak yang harus dipenuhi secara adil, proporsional, dan tepat waktu, sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam Al-Qur’an Surah At-Talaq ayat 6, Surah Al-Qashash ayat 26-27, dan hadis riwayat Ibnu Majah. Prinsip tersebut memiliki keselarasan nilai dengan semangat Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan sebagaimana diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 36 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengupahan, meskipun keduanya berbeda pada aspek sumber otoritas, mekanisme penetapan upah minimum, dan bentuk sanksi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar nilai-nilai ijarah bi al-’amal, khususnya prinsip maqashid syariah, diintegrasikan sebagai basis etik dalam pembaruan kebijakan pengupahan nasional, terutama untuk melindungi pekerja pada sektor informal dan ekonomi gig yang belum sepenuhnya terjangkau oleh regulasi ketenagakerjaan formal.
Wages are a fundamental right of workers that must be protected, both from the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. This study aims to examine the concept of ijarah bi al-’amal in Islamic law as a philosophical foundation for wage protection, and to compare it with wage regulations under Indonesia’s Manpower Law. The results show that ijarah bi al-’amal positions wages as a right that must be fulfilled fairly, proportionally, and in a timely manner, as affirmed in the Quran Surah At-Talaq verse 6, Surah Al-Qashash verses 26-27, and the hadith narrated by Ibn Majah. This study employs a normative legal method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, examining legal materials from the Quran, hadith, classical fiqh literature, statutory regulations, and recent legal journals. The findings reveal that the principles of ijarah bi al-’amal align with the spirit of Law Number 13 of 2003 on Manpower as amended by Law Number 6 of 2023 on Job Creation and Government Regulation Number 36 of 2021 on Wages, although they differ in terms of the source of authority, minimum wage determination mechanisms, and forms of sanctions. This study recommends integrating the values of ijarah bi al-’amal, particularly maqashid syariah principles, as an ethical basis for reforming national wage policy, especially to protect informal and gig-economy workers not yet fully covered by formal labor regulations.

Maintaining raw material stock levels requires you to keep just enough inventory on hand for sales while cutting down on expenses and labor. An organization's attempt to minimize risk and maximize sales is known as inventory control. The challenge facing the Rini Bakery is figuring out how much raw material stock needs to be produced in the upcoming month to keep up with customer demand, avoid buildup over an extended period of time, and preserve raw material stock stability. Because an accumulation of stock may cause the product to expire before it is given to buyers. Customer demand is the reason for this, as it varies each month based on prevailing patterns. Upaya organisasi untuk meminimalkan risiko dan memaksimalkan penjualan dikenal sebagai pengendalian inventaris. The JIT method is integrated into a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to improve inventory management efficiency by minimizing the amount of raw materials that are not needed, reducing waste, and ensuring the availability of raw materials according to actual needs. The results show that the implementation of web-based JIT and SCM improves real-time stock monitoring, which improves inventory-related planning and decision-making. Additionally, the system strengthens communication between companies and suppliers, speeds up response to changes in demand, and ensures timely delivery of raw materials, reducing potential delays in the production process. Thus, the implementation of the JIT method in web-based raw material management at PT Sumber Nelayan Indonesia has succeeded in improving operational efficiency and reducing inventory costs.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas penerapan metode Just In Time (JIT) dan manajemen bahan baku berbasis web di PT. Sumber Nelayan Indonesia, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi terasi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah ketidakstabilan persediaan bahan baku, yang menyebabkan penumpukan stok, peningkatan biaya penyimpanan, dan inefisiensi dalam proses produksi. Metode JIT diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem Supply Chain Management (SCM) berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan dengan meminimalkan jumlah bahan baku yang tidak diperlukan, mengurangi pemborosan, dan memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku sesuai dengan kebutuhan aktual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan JIT dan SCM berbasis web meningkatkan pemantauan stok secara real-time, yang memperbaiki perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan terkait persediaan. Selain itu, sistem ini memperkuat komunikasi antara perusahaan dan pemasok, mempercepat respons terhadap perubahan permintaan, dan memastikan pengiriman bahan baku tepat waktu, sehingga mengurangi potensi keterlambatan dalam proses produksi. Dengan demikian, implementasi metode JIT dalam manajemen bahan baku berbasis web di PT. Sumber Nelayan Indonesia berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mengurangi biaya persediaan.

Customer Service Unit (ULP) currently uses various applications to support various information activities, one of which is the Online Warehouse Application (AGO). This AGO information system is used for material management such as requesting, using, receiving and returning materials. However, the effectiveness of using the material is still unknown. This research aims to see the effectiveness of AGO in supporting material supplies using qualitative methods, through literature review, observation and participatory interviews of AGO users. This aims to find out the extent of AGO users' understanding and perception of the application. From the questionnaire results, it can be seen that 85.7% answered that AGO was effective in meeting material requests.

Abstrak: PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) adalah sebuah badan usaha milik negara Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang ketenagalistrikan yang dituntut agar menyesuaikan zaman, dimana salah satunya adalah penggunaan teknologi informasi. PLN Unit Layanan Pelanggan (ULP) Kisaran saat ini banyak menggunakan berbagai aplikasi untuk menunjang berbagai aktivitas informasi, dimana salah satunya adalah Aplikasi Gudang Online (AGO). Sistem yang informasi AGO ini digunakan untuk pengelolaan material seperti permintaan, pemakaian, penerimaan, dan pengembalian material. Namun keefektifan penggunaan material masih belum dapat diketahui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektfvitas AGO dalam menunjang persediaan material dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, melalui kajian literature, observasi dan wawancara partipatif pengguna AGO. Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu sejauh mana pemahaman dan presepsi pengguna AGO tentang aplikasi. Hasil kuesioner dapat dilihat bahwa 85,7% menjawab bahwa AGO sudah efektif dalam memenuhi permintaan material.
