The Determinants Analysis of Exchange Rate Volatility of Rupiah Towards Indonesian Oil and Gas Import

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the determinants of rupiah exchange rate volatility and its impact on Indonesia's oil and gas imports. The variables observed in this study are economic growth, interest rates, inflation, rupiah… h exchange rate volatility and Indonesia's oil and gas imports. All data used in this study are secondary data obtained from 2005 to 2019 time series recordings obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Investing.com and Bank Indonesia. Data were analyzed using the two-stage least squares (2SLS) method in the IBM SPSS Statistics application 23. Based on the analysis results, economic growth was found to have a positive effect and interest rates had a positive effect. negative and significant impact on oil and gas imports due to fluctuations in the rupee exchange rate. Although inflation is negatively correlated, there is no significant impact on oil and gas imports through fluctuations in the rupee exchange rate.

The Influence of Implementating Performance Allowence Policies and Leadership On Employee Performance at RSUD Haji Makassar

Abstract: The primary objective of this study is to investigate the impact of the implementation of performance allowance policies and leadership on employee performance within the context of Haji Makassar General Hospital. The quantitative… antitative research methodology aims to elucidate the causal relationship between the variables under examination. The population under investigation consisted of 67 employees of Haji Makassar General Hospital, and the entire population was included as the sample for this study. The data collection techniques included questionnaires, documentation analysis, interviews, and an extensive literature review. The data analysis methodology contained multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing in partial and simultaneous manners. The research findings indicate that the variables of performance allowance policies and leadership engagement exhibit a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Haji Makassar General Hospital. The Effect of Sales Promotion and Brand Awareness on Iconnet Purchase Decisions at PT. Icon+ in Makassar City

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotions and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Iconnet at PT. Icon+ in Makassar City. The population in this study are Iconnet customers. Sampling&#8230; g in this study used the slovin formula so that 96 respondents were sampled. The type of research used is associative research. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to customers. The results of the study after being processed with SPSS 25 show that there is a partially significant effect between the independent variables on the dependent variable as evidenced by the t value of the sales promotion variable (X1) of 7.015 > t table of 1.661 with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, and the calculated t value of the brand awareness variable (X2) is 2.873 > t table 1.661 with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a significant effect between the independent variable on the dependent variable as evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 4.565 + 0.302 X1 + 0.155 X2 +e and the significant effect of F count 41.345 > F table 3.094 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05 The R Square value or the coefficient of determination of 0.471 indicates that 47.1% of the purchasing decision variable (Y) is influenced or can be explained by the independent variables of sales promotion and brand awareness, while the remaining 52.9% is explained by other variables not included in the this research. Analysis of The Influence of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as An Intervening Variable

Abstract: The primary objective of this research is to examine and assess the impact of work dicipline and organizational commitment on employee performance. In an endeavor to enhance individual and group employee performance, specific&#8230; cific standards of responsibility have been instituted for each individual in the execution of their duties. Typically, employees exhibiting a high level of competence in their roles suggest that their success in the work environment has been optimized. Consequently, this study was conducted to elucidate the interrelations between work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee performance within the context of the Regional Drinking Water Company of Makassar City (PDAM Makassar City).The research involved the collection of data from 107 employees of the Makassar City Regional Drinking Water Company to empirically test the proposed research model, utilizing WarpPLS 7.0 modeling software. The findings of the study reveal that there is a statistically significant influence of organizational commitment and work discipline, both individually and collectively, on job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, a discernible impact of job satisfaction on employee performance was identified, and an indirect influence of organizational commitment and work discipline variables on performance was observed through their impact on job satisfaction

Determination Analysis Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning (STP) On The Level Sales at Upnormal Coffee in Palu

Abstract: This study aims to assess and analyze whether the marketing strategy STP (Segmentation, targets, and position) to the level of sales has been implemented by Upnormal Coffee Beach in Palu which has reached more than one year&#8230; ear (2021- 2022). This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of Upnormal Coffee while the sample of this research is all employees of Upnormal Coffee as many as 36 employees as respondents using saturation sampling, the sampling technique when all members of the population were used as a sample. The data collection techniques were performed by means of a questionnaire conducted interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of this study with multiple linear regression analysis, regression equation Y = 8,944+ 0.164 X1 + 0.061 X2 + 0,032 X3 + e. The Effect of Compensation on Employee Organizational Commitment at PT. Vale Tbk in Sorowako

Abstract: The Effect of Compensation on Employee Organizational Commitment of PT. Vale Tbk in Sorowako. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Compensation on Employees' Organizational Commitment at PT. Vale Tbk&#8230; in Sorowako. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study were 60 employees who were employees in the Maintenance Department of PT. Vale The results of the study after the data were processed showed that there was a positive influence between the financial compensation (X1) and non-financial compensation (X2) variables on the Organizational Commitment variable (Y) which can be shown through the results of the T test, namely variable X1 has variable X1 has t count 4.653 > 2.002 (t table) and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Variable X2 has a t count of 3.392 > 2.002 (t table) and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on the job satisfaction of the Samsat Office UPT Regional Income Makassar 1 regionally partially and simultaneously. The samples used were 40&#8230; employees of the UPT Regional Revenue Samsat Office Makassar Region 1. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques consist of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis test, test of the coefficient of determination. Physical Work Environment Variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and Non-Physical Work Environment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The most dominant variable affecting job satisfaction is the non-physical work environment variable. The dependent variable job satisfaction can be explained by variables consisting of the physical work environment, and the remaining non-physical work environment is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at the SLV Room Boutique. The population in this study were consumers of SLV Room Boutique. the sampling&#8230; g in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling technique so that 80 respondents were sampled. The type of research used is quantitative. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers. The results of the study after the data was processed with SPSS.23 show that there is a partially significant effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable which can be proven by the calculated t value of the product quality variable (X1) of 2,938> t table 1.665 with a significant value of 0.004 <0.05 and the calculated t value of the service quality variable (X2) of 4.700> t table 1.665 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (X2). Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable as evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = -0.754 + 0.167 X1 + 0.338 X2 + e and a significant effect with a calculated F value of 56.016 > F table 3.965 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. The R Square value or the coefficient of determination of 0.593 indicates that 59.3% of the customer satisfaction variable (Y) is influenced or can be explained by the independent variables of product quality and service quality, while the remaining 40.7% is explained by other variables not included in this study. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (X2). The Influence of Work Motivation and Discipline on The Performance of Employees in Garanangkeke Sub-District, Bantaeng District

Abstract: This study aims to (1) determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (2) determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, (3) determine the influence of motivation and work discipline jointly&#8230; ointly on employee performance in the Gantarangkeke sub-district office, Gantarangkeke district, Bantaeng regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that are distributed and related to the problem under study with a sample size of 41 people. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 data processing to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that the work motivation variable obtained t-count 2.552 > t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.015 <0.05, then H1 is accepted, which means that the work motivation variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance variable. While the work discipline variable obtained t-count 7.189 > t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then H2 is accepted which means the work discipline variable has a positive and partially significant effect on performance variables. Based on the research results it is known that the performance variable, obtained f-count 35.267, where the value is greater than f-table 3.24. And a significant value of 0.000 indicates that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on performance variables together. t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then H2 is accepted, which means that the work discipline variable has a positive and partially significant effect on performance variables.
