ity of wastewater based on the presence and number of Coliform bacteria. The working principle of the Most Probable Number (MPN) method in detecting total Coliform bacteria in wastewater is carried out semi-quantitatively by detecting microbial growth through lactose fermentation which produces gas or turbidity in selective liquid media. The implementation procedure includes a presumptive test stage using Lactose Broth (LB) media, a confirmatory test with Brilliant Green Lactose Bile Broth (BGLB) media, and determining the final value by matching the combination of positive tubes with the standard MPN table. From the results of laboratory testing on three domestic wastewater samples (1224 AL, 1225 AL, and 1226 AL), it was found that all samples showed negative results with a combination of 0-0-0 tubes in the presumptive test. This indicates that the tested sample does not contain Total Coliform bacteria or has a value of less than 1000 MPN/100 mL, so that its microbiological quality is declared very good and has met the quality standard threshold set by the government through the Minister of Environment Regulation No. 5 of 2014 and PP RI No. 22 of 2021

academic year. The study was conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The participants were 22 students who were involved in learning activities using instructional pictures and number-pocket media to strengthen conceptual understanding. Data were collected through observation sheets, learning outcomes tests, and teacher reflections. The findings indicate a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes and participation. Initial observations showed low understanding of norms and rules, reflected in students’ low discipline, responsibility, and adherence to class regulations. After the implementation of picture media in Cycle I, students’ average score increased from the pre-cycle score of 46.2% to 71.1%. In Cycle II, after using more varied and engaging visual media, students’ average score further improved to 79,36%, surpassing the minimum completeness criteria. The use of picture media was effective because it facilitated concrete understanding, increased motivation, and encouraged active engagement. The study concludes that picture-based media enhances students’ cognitive, affective, and behavioral competencies in learning. It is recommended that teachers integrate more innovative visual media to create meaningful, interactive, and enjoyable learning experiences in civics education and other subjects

ah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa 10% siswa memiliki tingkat perencanaan karir rendah, 75% sedang, dan 15% tinggi. Hal ini mengindikasikan masih diperlukannya layanan untuk membantu meningkatkan perencanaan karir siswa. Hasil validasi ahli materi, media, dan praktisi menunjukkan bahwa media kantong karir sangat layak digunakan dengan persentase kelayakan masing-masing media sebesar 100%, materi 80%, dan praktisi 100%. Kemudian rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 93%. Pada uji coba terbatas, terjadi peningkatan skor perencanaan karir siswa antara sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (posttest) menggunakan media kantong karir. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest (Z=-2,805; p=0,005), yang berarti penggunaan media kantong karir efektif dalam meningkatkan perencanaan karir siswa. Peningkatan perencanaan karir terlihat dari meningkatnya pemahaman siswa mengenai potensi diri, arah pilihan karir yang sesuai, serta kemampuan dalam mengambil keputusan karir. Dengan demikian, media permainan kantong karir yang dikembangkan terbukti layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai sarana pemberian layanan informasi untuk membantu meningkatkan perencanaan karir siswa kelas XI MAN 1 Kota Serang. Media ini dapat menjadi alternatif bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan karir yang menarik dan efektif.

Media yang dikembangkan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman karir siswa sehingga tercapainya tugas perkembangan siswa sekolah dasar pada tahap pertumbuhan karir fase fantasi yaitu kesadaran karir. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dengan model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh mengenai gambaran pemahaman karir pada siswa kelas v (lima) SDN Cipocok Jaya 2 kategori tinggi sebesar 58%, kategori sedang sebesar 21% dan kategori rendah sebesar 21%. Kemudian hasil uji kelayakan media sebesar 98% dan dikategorikan sangat layak. Hal tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa media Pop-up Scrapbook Career layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman karir siswa. Setelah media dinyatakan layak, kemudian dilakukannya uji coba dengan skala terbatas pada peserta didik. Hasil uji coba terbatas memperoleh hasil N-Gain Score sebesar 57% dengan kategori cukup efektif.
