Devi Sulaeman, Kurniasih, Abdul Fatah, Saniyya Putri Hendrayana, Deden Deni Mahendra
Abstract: Social and digital transformations have impacted early childhood parenting patterns, necessitating the strengthening of the family's role as the foundation for Islamic-based character education. This community service activity… tivity aims to improve literacy and practice of Islamic parenting through the Quranic Parent School program at the Merpati Early Childhood Education Post in Kutawaluya District. The program is designed to build synergy between schools and families in supporting the social-emotional and spiritual development of early childhood. The method used is a community-based participatory approach with stages of needs identification, joint action planning, parenting class implementation, and periodic reflection and evaluation. Activities are implemented through workshops, reflective discussions, simulations of Islamic parenting practices, and the establishment of a parent forum as a forum for program sustainability. The results of the activity indicate an increase in parents' understanding of the concepts of fitrah (natural nature) and adab (good manners), changes in communication patterns to be more empathetic, and consistent habits of worship and restrictions on gadgets at home. Further impacts are seen in increased discipline and emotional regulation of children at school and the formation of a Quranic family learning community. The implications of this activity confirm that strengthening Islamic parenting through the Quranic Parent School model is effective in encouraging family-based social transformation and has the potential to be replicated in other PIAUD institutions with similar characteristics.

FROM CREDIBILITY TO CONSUMPTION: A CROSS CONTEXTUAL REVIEW OF PARASOCIAL INTERACTION AND PURCHASE INTENTION IN INFLUENCER MARKETING

Desinta, Nia Widya
Abstract: The rapid advancement of digital technology has fundamentally reshaped consumer behavior globally, with social media becoming the primary channel for product information seeking. Approximately 51% of Indonesians rely on… user reviews before purchasing, and 62% have bought products under the direct influence of Social Media Influencers (SMIs). Despite this, the psychological mechanisms linking influencer characteristics to purchase intention remain fragmented across sectors and platforms. This systematic literature review synthesizes nineteen empirical studies published between 2020 and 2025, spanning beauty, fashion, gadget, and sustainable product sectors across multiple countries, to examine how Source Credibility (attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise) and Parasocial Interaction (PSI) jointly shape consumer purchase intentions. Three core findings emerge: (1) trustworthiness is the sole credibility dimension that is universally and consistently significant across all contexts, fundamentally challenging assumptions about the equal contribution of the three credibility dimensions; (2) PSI operates not as a single mediator but as a multi-pathway psychological bridge through hedonic value, brand attitude, vicarious experience, and social-personal value whose specific active pathway is contingent on platform, product type, and cultural context; and (3) generational and cultural moderators systematically shape which credibility dimension most powerfully drives PSI. A Proposed Integrative Conceptual Framework and a synthetic cross-study comparison matrix (Table 2) consolidate these findings. Results offer strategic implications for influencer marketing practice and identify priority directions for future research.

THE INFLUENCE OF BRAND IMAGE, PRICE, PROMOTION, AND DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS ON PURCHASE DECISIONS OF DOMESTICALLY PRODUCED INDUSTRIAL LED LIGHTING

Laksmi, Devi, Ahidin, Udin, Kasmad
Abstract: This study explores the role of brand image, price, promotion, and distribution channels in shaping consumer purchasing decisions for domestically produced industrial LED lighting products. A quantitative research approach… ch was employed using a survey method, with data analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that the proposed model is statistically significant, demonstrating that all marketing mix elements jointly influence purchasing decisions. Each variable also shows a positive and significant individual effect, with distribution channels emerging as the most influential factor in driving consumer decisions. This suggests that ease of access, product availability, and effective distribution play a critical role in the adoption of industrial LED products. The novelty of this research lies in empirically integrating marketing mix factors within the context of domestically manufactured LED products, an area that has received limited scholarly attention. The study offers practical implications for manufacturers, emphasizing the importance of strengthening distribution strategies and aligning pricing and promotional efforts to enhance consumer purchasing decisions

The research employed a quantitative approach with a cluster sampling technique across three regions Jambi City, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, and Merangin Regencywith a total of 132 respondents, 97 of whom were included in the analytical sample. Data were processed using SmartPLS 3.0 through structural model testing (inner model) to examine causal relationships among variables. The results indicate that leadership style does not have a significant direct effect on work motivation, whereas organizational culture shows a strong and significant direct effect on the work motivation of library staff. Additionally, leadership style and organizational culture jointly have a significant impact on work motivation. Regarding organizational commitment, the findings reveal that leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation each have a positive and significant direct effect. Further results show that both leadership style and organizational culture exert significant indirect effects on organizational commitment through work motivation, suggesting that work motivation functions as a mediating variable in these relationships. Overall, this study concludes that organizational culture is the most dominant factor influencing both work motivation and organizational commitment, while work motivation strengthens the relationship between leadership and cultural factors and the commitment of library staff. Therefore, efforts to enhance organizational commitment among library personnel in public senior high schools in Jambi Province should focus on cultivating a positive organizational culture, improving effective leadership practices, and providing continuous motivational support.
