SUSTAINABLE AGILITY-DRIVEN CULTURE IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: A PRIDE FRAMEWORK FOR FUTURE-READY ORGANIZATIONS

Wulandari, Aghnia, Efendi, Suryono, Hasanudin, Han, Yonghwa
Abstract: This research develops the PRIDE Framework to integrate five interdependent dimensions, People (People-Centric Excellence), Resilience, Innovation, Development, and Empowerment, into a unified model explaining how HRM practices… actices drive both sustainability and agility. A systematic literature review guided by PRISMA principles was conducted, selecting peer-reviewed empirical and conceptual studies that examine HRM, organizational agility, and sustainability. Thematic synthesis and reflexive analysis produced a circular puzzle architecture representing these dimensions and their interconnections. Findings reveal that integrated people-centric policies, robust knowledge management, embedded innovation practices, continuous learning, and distributed decision-making create synergistic capabilities that enable rapid adaptation while maintaining long-term viability. Critical enablers include psychological safety, holistic wellness initiatives, adaptive learning programs, and outcome-based empowerment. The framework addresses gaps by showing sustainability and agility as complementary imperatives rather than competing priorities. Future research should validate the framework through multi-level and longitudinal studies, incorporate diverse language sources for broader context, and explore the impacts of AI-enabled HRM on each dimension. Limitations involve temporal and linguistic scope.

CORRELATION BETWEEN NEUTROPHIL LYMPHOCYTE RATIO AND LIPID PROFILE IN ADULT PATIENT WITH OBESITY IN PRODIA TANGERANG CLINICAL LABORATORY

Sari, Lia Dwi, Anak Agung Ayu Eka Cahyani, Ika Setya Purwanti
Abstract: Obesity is a condition of abnormal or excessive fat accumulation which can be a risk factor for dyslipidemia. Uncontrolled dyslipidemia can directly cause endothelial dysfunction by increasing the production of free radicals,… cals, causing Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation and stimulating the release of inflammatory factors that can cause inflammation. Neutrophils and macrophages are the first leucocytes to appear in the early response to inflammation, so the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio can be useful for evaluating the prognosis of inflammation as an early detector and as a marker of inflammation that can be detected simply and efficiently. This study aims to determine the correlation between Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) and Lipid Profile in adult patients with obesity in Prodia Tangerang Clinical laboratory. This study is an analytical study with a cross-sectional approach and used purposive sampling technique. The research sample data was taken from secondary data from patient medical records. The p-value obtained using Rank Spearman correlation from the comparation of neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio with each lipid profile value is total cholesterol (p=0.003), LDL cholesterol (p=0.013), High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (p=0.375) and tryglicerides (p=0.316). This study found a relationship between the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio with total cholesterol dan LDL cholesterol, but there was no relationship between the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio with HDL cholesterol and tryglicerides in obese adult patient in Prodia Tangerang Clinical Laboratory.

STRENGTHENING ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILL: ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNING PROGRAMME BASED ON CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING FOR THE YOUNG GENERATION OF TEGAL ISLAND

Andriyaningsih, Ayu, MS, Vike Aprilianin, Sutiyono, Sutiyono
Abstract: This community service program aimed to enhance the English language skills of elementary school students on Tegal Island, Lampung Province, through the implementation of a Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach.… . Limited English proficiency among local children has long hindered effective communication with foreign visitors and restricted opportunities for community-based tourism development. To address this challenge, the program incorporated basic English vocabulary related to the beach environment into interactive activities, such as songs, games, visual aids, and direct exploration of local surroundings. These methods were designed to provide authentic, engaging, and memorable language learning experiences tailored to the learners’ environment. A pre-test and post-test design was employed to evaluate the program’s effectiveness. The results demonstrated a substantial improvement in students’ vocabulary mastery, with mean scores rising from 61.36 on the pre-test to 89.73 on the post-test. Statistical analysis using a paired sample t-test revealed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), confirming that CTL significantly enhanced vocabulary acquisition. The normalized gain (N-Gain) indicated a high level of progress among participants, showing consistent improvement across all learners. Beyond cognitive gains, qualitative observations indicated that students exhibited greater confidence, motivation, and environmental awareness as they linked English lessons to familiar contexts. This program illustrates that CTL offers a practical, low-cost, and highly effective strategy for empowering youth in remote island communities. By contextualizing English instruction in real-life settings, CTL not only fosters academic achievement but also supports community engagement, cultural pride, and sustainable human resource development in rural tourism areas.

This research limited the use of Choral Reading strategy… egy in improving students' reading comprehension, which focuses on literal meaning and descriptive text. This research used quasi-experimental research design involving an experimental class and a control class. The sample of this research were students of VII B as the experimental class, which consisted of 31 students, and the students of VIII A as the control class, which consisted of 31 students. The data was collected through pre-test and post-test. The results confirmed that the mean score of the experimental class had increased from 44.87 to 73.83. On the other hand, in the control class, it has increased from 48.29 to 62.64. The results of the test were analyzed statistically by applying 0.05 level of significance. The researcher found that the value of the t-count was higher than the t-table (4.59 > 1.67). In other words, the implementation of choral reading strategy can develop students' reading comprehension of the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Palu. This strategy has a significant impact on the English learning process, especially helping students in reading comprehension to find information about the text and understand the entire meaning of the text, so that students can practice choral reading as their independent reading comprehension strategy in the future

Abstract: A chemical product in the form of soap, namely by mixing triglycerides with potassium hydroxide (KOH) using a method called the saponification method. In this study, the product added variations in the composition of olive… ve oil and butterfly pea extract. variations in the composition of olive oil with three variations, namely 15 ml, 30 ml, and 45 ml. The butterfly pea flower extract was then used in three different concentrations: 2 ml, 4 ml, and 6 ml. This composition variation is divided into nine samples with the addition of olive oil and butterfly pea flower extract, respectively. The resulting product has been tested in four categories: pH test, free fatty acid test, ethanol insoluble substance test, and active ingredient test. The experimental results that met SNI 2588-2017 were sample 1, with a variation of the composition of 15 ml of olive oil and 2 ml of butterfly pea flower extract. with a pH test result of 5, an insoluble test result in ethanol of 0.16%, a free fatty acid test result of 0.2256%, an active ingredient test result of 24%, and an organoleptic test result in three categories, namely color, odor, and shape, is level 4 (preferred).
