n technological infrastructure but also on the ability of civil servants to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries. This study aims to explore the role of A'Bulo Sibatang local wisdom in fostering Digital Collaboration Behavior among civil servants in Jeneponto Regency. A qualitative case study approach was employed using in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving government officials, civil servants, cultural leaders, and academics selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the values of solidarity, mutual support, collective responsibility, and integrity embedded in A'Bulo Sibatang serve as important social capital that encourages knowledge sharing, interdepartmental coordination, and collaborative problem-solving in digital work environments. These cultural values strengthen trust and cooperation among civil servants and contribute to more effective digital governance practices. The study concludes that integrating local wisdom into organizational culture can support sustainable digital transformation and enhance collaborative performance within local government institutions.

Employee Work Motivation in Financial Institutions and Regional Assets of Barru Regency. This research approach is quantitative. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Barru Regency. The sample used was 68 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and coefficient determination test (r2). The research results show thatwork stress has a negative and effect onwork motivation. The higher the work stress experienced by employees, the morework motivationemployees are decreasing. When an employee in carrying out his duties, gets a high work load, will take actions that can reduce the quality of his work there by reducing motivation at work. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu telah membuktikan efektivitas digital marketing dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM, membangun brand awareness, dan memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan melalui media sosial. Akan tetapi, sebagian besar penelitian tersebut berfokus pada Instagram atau platform digital lain, sehingga belum banyak yang mengkaji secara mendalam strategi digital marketing berbasis TikTok pada brand kopi premium. Inovasi penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi digital marketing Puntang Coffee melalui TikTok dengan pendekatan Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC), yang menekankan storytelling, keaslian konten, identitas merek, serta pemanfaatan fitur TikTok Shop dan hashtag khas #PantangPulangTanpaKopiPuntang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi strategi digital marketing Puntang Coffee dalam membangun brand awareness di TikTok. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dengan metode kualitatif studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan model analisis tematik Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Puntang Coffee terbukti mampu menjaga eksistensi merek dan meningkatkan interaksi audiens melalui konten kreatif berbasis tren TikTok. Namun, keberhasilan tersebut masih menghadapi tantangan berupa konsistensi dan keberlanjutan inovasi konten agar pertumbuhan brand awareness dapat dipertahankan di tengah persaingan digital yang semakin ketat. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature study techniques and descriptive analysis of various relevant literature sources. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education is able to form an entrepreneurial mindset, improve risk-taking skills, and foster creativity and courage to do business in the younger generation. Entrepreneurship education that is applied systematically and contextually also contributes to building a strong character and orientation to business opportunities. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that entrepreneurship education plays an important role as a strategic means in producing young entrepreneurs who are ready to face economic challenges in the modern era.

This study uses a qualitative library research method, drawing from both primary legal texts and supporting literature to explore this issue.The findings, based on the study “Analysis of Inheritance Distribution for Children of a Second Wife According to Indonesian Inheritance Law”, show that Islamic inheritance law in Indonesia generally aims to provide a fair and balanced distribution through the principles of faraidh. As long as the second marriage is legally recognized, children from that union have the same inheritance rights as those from the first marriage. In practice, however, problems often occur when the second marriage hasn't been officially registered. This highlights the importance of legally documenting all marriages to protect the rights of every child and avoid future disputes among heirs.

s context, children with mild intellectual disabilities present unique challenges, particularly related to limitations in cognitive aspects, social adaptation, and self-regulation. The main issue addressed in this study is how structured individual learning strategies can be effectively implemented to support the achievement of competencies for students with mild intellectual disabilities in inclusive elementary school settings. The aim of this research is to conduct a theoretical review of the effectiveness of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) as a pedagogical approach based on individual needs, responsive to the unique characteristics of learners. The method used is a systematic literature review with a qualitative-descriptive approach through the examination of scientific publications, academic books, and national policies related to inclusive education and differentiated learning services. The analysis results show that the IEP plays a strategic role in optimally accommodating the learning needs of students with mild intellectual disabilities, emphasizing flexible planning, realistic goals, and progress-oriented evaluation. The effectiveness of the IEP increases significantly when it is designed through cross-professional collaboration among general education teachers, special education teachers, and parents. The conclusion of this study affirms that the implementation of IEP not only strengthens the pedagogical dimension of inclusive education but also promotes a paradigm shift towards more adaptive and humanistic education. The novelty of this study lies in the conceptual integration and practical implementation of the IEP for students with mild intellectual disabilities in elementary schools, which remains limited within the scope of national research.

Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama satu hari dan difokuskan pada peningkatan kemampuan pengendalian diri melalui psikoedukasi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Pada aspek kontrol diri, pemahaman peserta meningkat dari 72% menjadi 88%, sedangkan pemahaman tentang stigma masyarakat meningkat dari 36% menjadi 92%. Kemampuan menenangkan diri yang awalnya dimiliki oleh 20% peserta meningkat menjadi 72%, dan kesadaran akan pentingnya dukungan sosial meningkat hingga 96%. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam mendukung WBP mengembangkan kemampuan emosional dan sosial mereka, sehingga dapat mempermudah reintegrasi ke masyarakat dan mengurangi dampak negatif dari stigma sosial. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya psikoedukasi sebagai solusi praktis dalam mendukung rehabilitasi psikologis dan sosial bagi warga binaan menjelang kebebasan mereka.

Innovative and creative design aims to reduce the mass of the material but still refers to user safety. Inappropriate design can increase the risk of accidents and wasted costs in the production process. The method used in this community service is a material selection workshop and an introduction to machine design using solidworks software. Therefore, this community service will greatly help the community in the Karang-tempel Village, East Semarang District, increase their insight into the selection of materials and innovative designs as an increase in the quality of production and ensure the safety of users.

Abstrak: Pemilihan material dan desain yang inovatif dan kreatif sangat diperlukan sebagai media pengurangan biaya produksi dengan merubah rancangan suatu produk akan tetapi tetap memperhatikan keselamatan dari penggunanya. Permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat sekitar akan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pemilihan material yang dapat berisiko akan terjadinya kecelakaan yang akan dialami pengguna yang dapat disebabkan oleh material tidak cukup kuat untuk menopang beban yang didapatkannya. Desain yang inovatif dan kreatif bertujuan sebagai pengurangan massa dari material akan tetapi tetap merujuk kepada keselamatan pengguna. Desain yang tidak sesuai dapat meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan dan pemborosan biaya pada proses produksi. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah workshop pemilihan material dan pengenalan rancang bangun mesin menggunakan software solidworks. Oleh karena itu pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akan sangat membantu mas-yarakat di lingkungan kelurahan Karang-tempel, kecamatan Semarang Timur untuk menambah wawasannya terhadap pemilihan material dan desain yang inovatif sebagai peningkatan kualitas hasil produksi dan menjamin keselamatan dari pengguna.

ectional institutions remains dependent on manual and subjective assessments, which may result in inconsistent decisions. This study develops a Random Forest–based prediction system to support objective and data-driven rehabilitation program determination. A quantitative approach was applied using historical inmate data from January 2023 to January 2025, comprising 2,023 records. The research process included data preprocessing, an 80:20 training–testing split, model training, and performance evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The results show that the model achieved an accuracy of 86.17% during training in Google Colab and 68.83% when deployed within the application system. This performance gap reflects real-world deployment and computational constraints rather than model failure. The proposed system provides consistent and objective rehabilitation program recommendations, thereby supporting more effective rehabilitation planning and decision-making in correctional institutions.

Abstrak: Program pembinaan narapidana memiliki peran penting dalam sistem pemasyarakatan untuk membekali warga binaan dengan keterampilan serta kesiapan perilaku dalam proses reintegrasi ke masyarakat. Namun, pada banyak lembaga pemasyarakatan, penentuan program pembinaan masih bergantung pada penilaian manual yang bersifat subjektif, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakkonsistenan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem prediksi program pembinaan narapidana berbasis algoritma Random Forest guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang objektif dan berbasis data. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan menggunakan data historis narapidana periode Januari 2023 hingga Januari 2025 sebanyak 2.023 data. Tahapan penelitian meliputi prapemrosesan data, pembagian data latih dan uji dengan rasio 80:20, pelatihan model, serta evaluasi performa menggunakan metrik akurasi, precision, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model mencapai akurasi sebesar 86,17% pada tahap pelatihan di Google Colab dan 68,83% saat diimplementasikan pada sistem aplikasi. Perbedaan performa tersebut mencerminkan keterbatasan lingkungan operasional, bukan kegagalan model. Secara keseluruhan, sistem yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan rekomendasi program pembinaan yang lebih objektif dan konsisten, sehingga mendukung perencanaan pembinaan yang lebih efektif.
