This study examines the influence of work-life balance and career development on the organizational commitment of operational employees at the Rimba Belian Palm Oil Mill Unit, Region 5, PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV. A quantitative associative design was employed, involving all 114 operational employees through a census approach. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression after completing instrument and classical assumption tests. The findings indicate that work-life balance and career development each have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Both variables also jointly contribute significantly to strengthening employees’ commitment to the organization. Work-life balance showed a relatively stronger contribution, suggesting that employees’ ability to manage work demands and personal responsibilities is particularly important in a shift-based operational environment. This study extends the discussion of organizational commitment to the palm oil agro-industry, which remains less frequently examined than service and public-sector organizations. The findings imply that management should improve shift arrangements, rest periods, access to training, and the transparency of promotion and career development processes to maintain employees’ long-term commitment

engabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman literasi keuangan siswa melalui penerapan Game-Based Learning (GBL) pada siswa kelas VI SDN 001 Rimba Sekampung. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan 76 siswa melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu pemaparan materi, pembelajaran berbasis permainan menggunakan estafet botol finansial, serta refleksi dan penulisan harapan. Materi yang diberikan meliputi pengenalan uang, sumber uang, pengelolaan uang saku, perbedaan kebutuhan dan keinginan, konsep pembagian uang 50/30/20, serta pentingnya menabung sejak dini. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep dasar literasi keuangan dan pengelolaan uang saku secara bijak. Siswa juga menunjukkan keberanian dalam menjawab pertanyaan, kemampuan mengambil keputusan secara bertanggung jawab, serta antusiasme yang tinggi selama proses pembelajaran. Meskipun terdapat kendala dalam pemahaman konsep pembagian 50/30/20, perbedaan kecepatan pemahaman siswa, dan keterbatasan durasi permainan, pemberian contoh langsung dan bantuan berupa clue dapat membantu siswa memahami materi. Penerapan Game-Based Learning melalui estafet botol finansial dapat menjadi pendekatan pembelajaran yang interaktif, menyenangkan, dan relevan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman literasi keuangan serta menumbuhkan kesadaran menabung sejak dini.

The population in this study were all employees of PT Bumi Karsa Makassar who received compensation in the form of salary, bonuses, and health benefits, totaling 60 people. The number of samples used was 60 people using saturated sampling theory. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 0.165 + 0.032X1 + 0.961X2. The results of this study found that compensation variables (financial and non-financial compensation) simultaneously affect work motivation and the F-Count value (4566,330) > F-Table (3.16). The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) of 0.994 which shows that the compensation variable is able to contribute 99.4%. 0.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. The most dominant variable affecting motivation is the non-financial compensation variable among the two compensation variables with a t-count value (48.056) > t-table (1.672). While the financial compensation variable is influential but not significant with a t-count value (1.205) < t-table (1.672).

The developed furniture industry WebGIS application takes advantage of the open source and dynamic advantages of Leflet and OpenStreetMap technologies which have provided very decent results on several GIS web-based application systems. In the testing phase with the Blackbox method, the WebGIS application for the furniture industry in Pasuruan City functionally has run well on desktop devices and also run well on simulated mobile devices. Testing was carried out on several types of browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. This WebGIS application has been able to map the furniture industry in Pasuruan City so that the distribution of economic activity actors, especially the furniture industry, can be seen throughout the city and each sub-district. It can provide detailed information on furniture industry players in Pasuruan.

Abstrak: Pasuruan merupakan salah satu daerah yang terkenal sebagai penghasil produk mebel di Jawa Timur. Industri komoditas mebel tersebar cukup banyak di kota ini. Industri ini juga merupakan salah satu produk unggulan. Guna mendongkrak minat pasar akan industri mebel kota Pasuruan yang terimbas pandemi COVID-19, dan belum dikembangkannya suatu sistem informasi geografis sebagai upaya pengembangan industri mebel maka dilaksanakan penelitian tentang sistem informasi geografis berbasis web (WebGIS) pemetaan industri mebel kota Pasuruan menggunakan Leaflet dan OpenStreetMap. Aplikasi WebGIS industri mebel yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan kelebihan teknologi Leflet dan OpenStreetMap yang bersifat open source dan dinamis yang telah memberikan hasil yang sangat layak pada beberapa sistem aplikasi berbasis WebGIS. Pada tahap pengujian dengan metode Blackbox, aplikasi WebGIS industri mebel kota Pasuruan secara fungsional telah dapat berjalan dengan baik pada perangkat dekstop dan juga berhasil berjalan dengan baik pada simulated mobile device. Pengujian dilakukan pada beberapa macam browser seperti Google Chrome dan Microsoft Edge. Aplikasi WebGIS ini telah dapat memetakan industri mebel kota Pasuruan, sehingga dapat diketahui sebaran pelaku kegiatan ekonomi khususnya industri mebel, baik seluruh kota maupun tiap-tiap kecamatan, serta dapat memberikan detail informasi pelaku industri mebel di kota Pasuruan.

Hasil penelitian dengan menerapkan Model pembelajaran STAD ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) rata-rata nilai tes hasil belajar adalah 77 24 Dengan rincian 7 siswa atau 63,63 % kategori bisa memenuhi target KKM yang di tetapkan sekolah standarnya adalah 75,sedangkan 4 orang siswa atau 36,36 % berada di bawah standar KKM ,jadi terdapat 4 orang siswa yang belum tuntas Daya serap siswa 77 24 %, ,sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata nilai tes hasil belajar adalah 78.19 dengan daya serap siswa adalah 85 71% Tedapat 3 siswa atau 27,27% katagori di bawah KKM yang ditetapkan KKM Pendidikan Agama Hindu untuk kelas IV adalah 75,dan 8 orang 85.71% katagori diatas KKM bidang study.
