Salary calculations are based on different details that hinder the performance process of the human resources department. Errors in calculating salaries can be fatal because it will affect the preparation of financial statements. Therefore, it is necessary to have an employee payroll information system so that the human resources department is not wrong in collecting employee payroll data. The purpose of this paper is to design employee attendance and payroll information systems at PT. Astro Niaga Jaya using Waterfall method in order to produce information that is fast, precise and accurate. The Waterfall method is often used in designing an information system. Payroll Information System can work effectively and efficiently.

Abstrak: Di era globalisasi sekarang semakin berkembang nya sistem informasi serta merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan utama dalam membantu proses kinerja perusahaan, dalam waktu dekat yang akan membuat persaingan dalam proses kinerja akan semakin update dan cepat . One technique that can help in predicting the Bank's credit risk determination is Decision Tree which is a technique that is a part of Data Mining techniques to take a decision in the form of a tree. With Decision Tree techniques, it is expected to help the bank to allow faster and easier in predicting the data and getting a conclusion from existing data. One of the ways to predict the data is using Dtreg software. This software only uses data that is in the format of "csv (comma delimited)â€, if it is not using the format" csv (comma delimited)", so that the data can not be processed by Dtreg software. When the excel format has been converted to the "csv (comma delimited)" format, the analysis process can be done. Dtreg can generate decision tree, one of them is the result of risk decision from the number of mortgages based on the number of customers.

Salah satu teknik yang dapat membantu pihak Bank dalam memprediksi Penentuan resiko kredit adalah teknik Decision Tree yang merupakan bagian dari teknik Data Mining untuk mengambil suatu keputusan dalam bentuk pohon. Dengan teknik Decision Tree diharapkan dapat membantu pihak bank agar lebih cepat dan mudah dalam memprediksi data dan menarik suatu kesimpulan dari data yang ada.Salah satu cara memprediksi data tersebut dengan menggunakan software Dtreg. Pada software ini data yang digunakan hanya bisa dalam bentuk format “csv (comma delimited), jika tidak menggunakan format “csv (comma delimited)“ maka data tersebut tidak bisa diproses oleh software Dtreg dan selanjutnya jika format excel yang telah dirubah ke format “csv (comma delimited)â€, maka akan dapat dilakukan proses analisa. ate that Indonesia actually has an adequate legal basis to protect digital consumers, which is primarily sourced from Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. These regulations have set out basic principles such as the obligation of business actors to provide honest information, consumer rights to security, and the recognition of electronic evidence. However, its implementation in the field encounters various significant obstacles. Case studies on e-commerce and fintech platforms reveal that consumer losses still often occur, such as products that do not match the description, difficulties with refunds, and the vulnerability of personal data. The key finding of this study is that the main challenge lies not in the legal vacuum, but in three aspects: (1) low digital literacy and consumer law so that they are not optimal in fighting for their rights; (2) alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as BPSK and ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) which are not yet effective, fast, and easily accessible; and (3) weak supervision and law enforcement against unscrupulous business actors in the digital space. Therefore, it is concluded that digital consumer protection efforts require a holistic approach that relies not only on regulations, but also through massive public education, strengthening dispute resolution institutions, and closer synergy between the government, business actors, and the community.
