Abstract:The Indonesian coffee industry continues to grow rapidly, increasing competition among businesses. Bahagia Kopi faces challenges in slowing sales growth and stagnant asset expansion, requiring a strategic approach to sustain…
tain long-term growth. This study evaluates Improvement and Scaling as the most suitable growth strategies, using a mixed-method approach that integrates semi-structured interviews and quantitative analysis through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and financial assessment. In the short term, operational efficiency and service quality improvements are the main priorities, requiring investment in training and performance-based incentives. In the long term, branch expansion in Bandung is identified as the key growth initiative, with funding as the primary challenge since Bahagia Kopi still depends on internal capital. Financial analysis of 2023 reports shows increased profitability, but a 32% funding shortfall remains for expansion. To address this, Mixed Financing is the most balanced approach, maintaining a healthy solvency ratio while minimizing financial risk. With a cautious yet strategic approach, Bahagia Kopi can achieve sustainable expansion without overleveraging debt, ensuring long-term stability and maintaining business growth
Abstract:Stock price fluctuations in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) reflect the financial condition of the company and are a major concern for both companies and investors. One of the factors that…
influences stock prices is the company's financial performance. This study aims to examine the effect of ROA and EPS on stock prices, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of the population of all banking companies listed on the IDX for the period 2020–2023. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 13 companies with a total of 52 data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression after going through the classical assumption test to ensure the feasibility of the model. The results of the study showed that partially, Return on Assets (ROA) did not have a significant effect on stock prices. This is thought to be due to the instability of external factors and market expectations that are not fully focused on the efficiency of asset use. Conversely, Earnings Per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, indicating that investors tend to prioritize earnings per share as the main indicator in assessing a company's prospects. This finding confirms that in the context of banking companies in Indonesia, EPS is more important than ROA in making investment decisions

e primary data source is the results of interviews with Mamasa Regional Government employees who were the research samples where the sample collection method was purposive sampling. Secondary data consists of PAD and regional expenditure data for the last three years as well as other supporting documents. The data collection method is carried out through the following stages: Questionnaire and Interview. The collected data can be analyzed quantitatively using descriptive or inferential statistics to test hypotheses. Analysis of this research data uses regression techniques, namely simple linear analysis. Hypothesis testing is carried out to see the level of significance of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence of digitalization of payment transactions on regional spending in Mamasa district.

This quantitative research uses a saturated sampling technique, namely all people are sampled, where the sample size is 65 people or all employees of the Indonesian Paulus Christian University. Data was collected through questionnaires and analysed quantitatively with the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, t-test, and f-test. The results of the hypothesis test show that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on individual financial management, while lifestyle has a non-significant and negative effect on personal management. Although Lifestyle has an insignificant and negative effect, together with Financial Literacy it is stated that it has a significant positive effect on Individual Financial Management for UKI Paulus employees

of sustainable business practices, policies that specifically promote the implementation of green accounting among UMKM are still limited. The purpose of this study is to identify and examine the determinants of behavioural aspects in encouraging awareness of UMKM green accounting practices in West Sulawesi from the perspective of spirituality and Kalindaqdaq Mandar culture. The research method used in this research is a mix method with a concurrent model to analyse quantitatively and qualitatively simultaneously. The quantitative method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach was conducted to test the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) in green accounting practices. The results of this study indicate that UMKM players in West Sulawesi have not yet carried out green accounting practices but in general they already have the intention to practice green accounting. Another finding is that government policies can encourage green accounting practices so that the government needs to pay attention to the importance of regulations governing the obligation of UMKM players to carry out green accounting practices, awareness of green accounting practices that are early owned by UMKM can encourage the practice of awareness of green accounting practices in the future

aims to evaluate the influence of Shopee "COD Cek Dulu" advertising and celebrity endorsers on repurchase interest, mediated by purchase decisions. Using purposive sampling, this study involved 300 millennial respondents who are Shopee “COD Cek Dulu” consumers and employed a quantitative approach based on data analysis through Smart PLS. The results revealed that Shopee "COD Cek Dulu" advertising and celebrity endorsers significantly positively affect purchase decisions. Moreover, purchase decisions have a significant positive effect on repurchase interest and were found to mediate the relationship between Shopee "COD Cek Dulu" advertising and celebrity endorsers with millennials' repurchase interest. However, while celebrity endorsers showed a significant positive effect on repurchase interest, advertising had an insignificant effect on repurchase interest.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the impact of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on tax aggressiveness in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A quantitative approach was used in this research, with secondary…
ondary data obtained from financial statements and annual reports of companies over a certain period. The results show that GCG, particularly independent board commissioners and the frequency of board meetings, has a negative and significant impact on tax aggressiveness. However, the influence of the audit committee and the nomination and remuneration committee on tax aggressiveness is not significant. These findings underscore the importance of stronger GCG implementation to reduce risks associated with corporate tax policies. This study provides important implications for companies and regulators in enhancing effective corporate governance to reduce tax aggressiveness in the mining sector.

ncertainty, affecting international investment and trade flows. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data from various official sources. Through regression analysis, it was found that investment and trade have a significant impact on Indonesia's economic growth. However, the instability caused by the Russian-Ukrainian war affects this relationship, particularly through changes in commodity prices and disruptions in global supply chains. The results of this study provide important insights for policymakers to develop strategies that can mitigate the negative impacts of international conflicts on the national economy.

form provided. The sample size was obtained using the Yamane formula for the two independent variables, namely SMK with 40 students and SMA with 20 students. The type of research in this research is quantitative comparative using the independent sample t-test analysis technique, with the test carried out being a difference test of one group of samples (pairs). The results of this research are that there is no statistically significant difference between the learning outcomes of students with vocational/MAK backgrounds and the learning outcomes of students with high school/MA backgrounds. ing questionnaire data on a sample of 35 respondents. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, there is a constant value of 4.170, a regression value for the employee performance variable of 0.260 and a regression value for the service quality variable of 0.288. This means that all independent variables have a direct influence on variable Y. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that there is an influence of 54.6%, meaning that Employee Performance and Service Quality have an influence of 54.6%. Meanwhile, the remaining 45.3% was influenced by other variables not included in this research. This proves that there is an influence of Employee Performance and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT Citra Buana Adi workshop in East Jakarta
