e in revenue and losses. The purpose of this study is to find out how the inventory management system at The coral in Fodo Village, Gunungsitoli City, To find out the application of the Just-In-Time method in the potato raw material inventory management system increases the efficiency of producing French fries, To find out how the effectiveness of the Just-In-Time method in reducing raw material waste and ensuring optimal raw material availability for producing French fries at The coral. This study uses a quantitative research approach, namely a research method that emphasizes objective measurements and statistical analysis of numerical data to test the established hypothesis. This study uses a company method approach and a just-in-time method that aims to test the independent and dependent variables between the company method and the just-in-time method. Thus, from the comparison of the two methods above, it can be concluded that purchasing raw potato raw material inventory using the just-in-time method at The coral can minimize raw material inventory according to production needs, to avoid damage to raw material stocks that affect the quality of raw materials such as potatoes that are easily damaged.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effects of competence, reward systems, and training on the performance of executive officers in Sharia Rural Banks (BPRS), with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The primary focus…
s is to assess the extent to which these factors influence executive performance within the context of Islamic microfinance institutions. Employing a quantitative, explanatory design, primary data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using structural equation modeling–partial least squares (SEM–PLS) with SmartPLS. The study population consists of executive officers of BPRS in Indonesia. Using purposive sampling, 121 responses were obtained from multiple BPRS across several regions. The results show that (1) competence has a positive effect on performance; (2) job satisfaction positively affects performance; (3) the reward system influences performance primarily through job satisfaction (partial/competitive mediation), while its direct effect on performance tends to be negative; and (4) training does not exhibit a significant effect on performance, and its indirect path via job satisfaction is not significant. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening competence and redesigning reward systems in alignment with executive expectations to enhance job satisfaction and performance.
Abstract:Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia's economy, yet many face challenges such as limited capital, inadequate financial literacy, and restricted access to financial services, which hinder…
inder their growth and competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial inclusion on MSME performance in Kediri City, focusing on entrepreneurs who received government capital assistance in 2024. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 MSME owners through purposive sampling, with questionnaires as the primary instrument. Statistical analyses, including multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and classical assumption tests, were conducted using SPSS 24. The results reveal that both financial literacy and financial inclusion have positive and significant effects on MSME performance, with the two variables jointly explaining 71% of performance variation. These findings indicate that improving financial knowledge and expanding access to financial services can substantially enhance MSME productivity, competitiveness, and sustainability. The study highlights the importance of targeted financial education and inclusive financial policies to strengthen the resilience and long-term growth of MSMEs in regional economies
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy on financial behavior and financial management in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pasar Village, Gunungsitoli District. The background of the…
study indicates that MSMEs have a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, but many MSMEs still face challenges in financial management due to a lack of financial literacy. This study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 158 MSMEs in the area. The results of the analysis indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on both financial behavior and financial management of MSMEs. MSMEs with higher levels of financial literacy tend to exhibit healthier financial behaviors, such as the ability to manage expenses, create budgets, and save. Similarly, good financial literacy significantly improves MSMEs' abilities in planning, recording, reporting, and evaluating business finances. Multivariate analysis confirmed that financial literacy simultaneously significantly influences both aspects. The high coefficient of determination (80.7% for financial behavior and 83.7% for financial management) indicates that financial literacy is a dominant factor in explaining variation in both dependent variables.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of Procedural Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) through Perceived Organizational Support (POS) among hotel employees in Makassar City. The research is motivated by…
y the declining extra-role behaviors of employees, which affect service quality, allegedly driven by perceived procedural injustice and low organizational support. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected through questionnaires from employees of three- to five-star hotels. The results reveal that Procedural Justice has a positive and significant effect on both POS and OCB, directly and indirectly. Moreover, POS functions as both a mediator and a moderator, strengthening the relationship between procedural justice and OCB. The R² and Q² values indicate a high explanatory and predictive relevance, while the Goodness of Fit Index confirms the empirical adequacy of the model. These findings support the Social Exchange Theory (Blau, 1964) and Organizational Support Theory (Eisenberger et al., 1986), asserting that fairness and organizational support foster reciprocal relationships that motivate employees to engage in voluntary, extra-role behaviors. This study contributes theoretically by extending the application of social exchange theory within the hospitality context and provides practical implications for hotel management to enhance procedural justice and organizational support as strategies to improve employees’ organizational citizenship behaviour.
Abstract:This research is motivated by the importance of building customer trust inencourage customer interest and decisions to save regularly at BPR Syariah, especially through strengthening personal selling marketing communication…
ion strategies and positive service experiences. The main theory underlying this research is the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). This research aims to analyze (1) the influence of personal selling on saving decisions, (2) the influence of customer experience on saving decisions, (3) to determine whether trust mediates the relationship between personal selling and saving decisions, (4) to determine whether trust mediates the relationship between customer experience and saving decisions at BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka-Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach through the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) method. The sample consisted of 120 active customer respondents of BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka-Bandung selected using a probability sampling technique through a simple random sampling approach, where each member of the population has an equal chance of being selected as a respondent. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of structured questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS software version 3.0. The results of the study show that (1) Personal Selling does not influence the decision to save (2) Customer Experience has a positive and significant influence on the Decision to Save (3) Trust is not proven to significantly mediate the relationship between personal selling and the decision to save (4) Trust is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between customer experience and the decision to save. These findings confirm that in the context of BPR Syariah, positive customer experience is the main factor in forming trust and driving savings behavior

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to analyze, partially and simultaneously, the influence of seasonal cycles and fish price fluctuations on the financial literacy of fishermen in Sifalaete Ulu Village. Partially, this study aims…
ims to determine the effect of seasonal cycles on fishermen's financial literacy, as well as the effect of fish price fluctuations on fishermen's financial literacy. Simultaneously, this study aims to determine the effect of both variables together on fishermen's financial literacy. This study used a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires from 57 active fishermen. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects. The results show that partially, seasonal cycles have a negative and significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy, while fish price fluctuations have a positive and significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy. Simultaneously, seasonal cycles and fish price fluctuations have a significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy. Income uncertainty due to these two factors causes fishermen to experience difficulties in financial planning, lack savings or emergency funds, and tend to rely on debt. In addition, low levels of education and minimal financial literacy training also hinder effective financial management
