The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Work Productivity at Tompobulu District Office, Gowa District

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and employee work motivation at the Tompobulu sub-district office, Gowa Regency. The sample in this study was the entire population at the Tompobulu&#8230; lu Subdistrict Office, Gowa Regency, 31 employees with a quantitative research type.f. The data used is primary and secondary data which was obtained using questionnaire distribution techniques.The results of the research after the data were processed with SPSS.13 show that there is a positive influence between the variables Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on work productivity (Y) which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y= 4.087 + 0.733 X1 + 0.133 X2 + eand has a significant effect withThe calculated t value for each variable is 14.786 > t table (x1) and 2.134 > t table (X2), with the tarefsignifiction 0.000 < 0.05 (x1) and 0.042 < 0.05 (x2). Then the R square value is 0.885, this figure shows that the work discipline and work motivation variables contribute 88.5% and 21.5% are influenced byfactorothers not discussed in this study.

The Effect of Cash Flow on Liquidity Levels at PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk on the Indonesian Stock Exchange

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of cash flow on the level of liquidity at PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The research population&#8230; pulation is the financial statements of PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for 5 (five) periods, namely 2015-2019. The samples for this research are the balance sheet, profit and loss report and cash flow report of PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for 5 (five) periods, namely 2015-2019. The data in this research is secondary data with data collection techniques using documentation methods for company financial reports. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.Partial research results (t test) state that partial operating cash flow does not have a significant effect on liquidity. Meanwhile, the investment cash flow variable partially has a significant effect on the level of liquidity. And the partial funding cash flow variable has no significant effect on liquidity. Simultaneous research results (F test) state that operating cash flow, investment cash flow and funding cash flow have a value of Fcount > Ftable (3.275 > 2.95) and a significance value of < 0.05 (0.003 < 0.05), So it can be concluded that the operating cash flow, investment cash flow and funding cash flow variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the level of liquidity.

Health Analysis of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI): Comparation Before and After The Merger

Abstract: This study aims to determine differences in the soundness level of government owned Islamic banks before and after the merger using the Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital methods. This study uses&#8230; ses quantitative anda comparative methods with secondary data types in the form of quarterly financial reports obtained from the bank’s official website and www.ojk.co.id. The samples in this research are balance sheets and reports profit and loss of Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Indonesia in the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of research with bro using the RGEC method which consists of Risk Profle with a Non ratio Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Good Corporate Governance with Net Open Position (PDN) ratio, Earnings with gan Return On Asset (ROA) and Capital ratio with the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The results of the NPF, PDN, ROA, and CAR ratio analysis provide result that there is a significant difference in this ratio before and after the merger. Meanwhile, the FDR ratio shows that there is no difference in the results significant before anda after the merger. Based on research has been carried out, it can be concluded tha Bank Syariah Indonesia is improving after the merger.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the influence exerted by digital marketing and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions Coffee Shop Lagi lagi chl Makassar City. The research method used is quantitative&#8230; ve with descriptive methodology. To collect research data for this study, questionnaires and documentation were both used. In this study, 50 people were used as samples, and the Likert scale method was used to calculate the number of samples. Partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), coefficient of determination (R2), and classical assumption test are the data analysis techniques used in this study. The research findings show that each factor used has a beneficial impact on consumer purchasing decisions Coffee Shop Lagi lagi chl as a result of Digital Marketing (X1) related to marketing knowledge. Quality of service (X2). Purchase decision (Y).

The Challenges of PT PLN (Persero) in Earning Operational Profit

Abstract: This research aims to explain the challenges PT PLN (Persero) faced in managing accounts receivable and improving profitability. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through library research.&#8230; search. The data used are secondary data obtained from books, journals, documents, official websites, or reports on the issues under investigation. The data analysis technique employed is a qualitative analysis using quantitative data as support. The research findings indicate that PLN encounters various challenges in managing accounts receivable and enhancing business profits, such as regulatory issues, competition, and technological changes. Therefore, PLN must develop appropriate strategies to address these challenges and attain a stable and continuously increasing business profit.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of business location feasibility, social media advertising and product innovation partially and simultaneously on increasing sales of culinary MSMEs at Center Point of Indonesia (CPI)&#8230; PI) Makassar City. This study employs quantitative research methodologies. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews using questionnaires and documentation of activities. The population as well as the sample in this study were 50 culinary MSME business actors located at the Center Point of Indonesia (CPI). The employed data analysis techniques encompass multiple linear regression analysis, the F-test, the t-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that business location feasibility, social media advertising and product innovation partially influenced the increase in sales of Culinary MSMEs at Center Point of Indonesia (CPI). The Effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Solvency and Activities on The Value of Manufacturing Companies in The Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Listed on The IDX 2018-2022

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of knowing, analyzing, and testing the effect of profitability, liquidity, solvency, and activity on the value of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed&#8230; d on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. Profitability is measured by Return on Equity, liquidity is measured by the Current Ratio, solvency is measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio, and activity is measured by Total Asset Turnover. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a comparative causal approach. The population used in this study were 30 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. so that a sample of 11 food and beverage sub-sector companies were obtained which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 21 program. The results of this study state that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Solvability has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. liquidity and activity have a negative and insignificant effect on firm value.

The Influence of Work-Life Balance and Motivation on Employee Performance Across All Districts in The Island of Sebatik

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee performance The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee performance with motivation as a moderator.&#8230; a moderator. The study aims to determine and analyze whether motivation plays a role in improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik, as well as to determine and analyze whether motivation moderates the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts in the island of Sebatik. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study consists of all Civil Servants in all districts on the island of Sebatik, totaling 110 employees. The sampling method used is census technique, which includes all 110 elements being investigated. Therefore, it analyzes all objects, all indicators, all events, and incidents. The data used in this study is primary data, collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data analysis using statistical methods. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research findings indicate that there is a significant positive influence of motivation on improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik. However, motivation does not moderate the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts on the island of Sebatik. Therefore, motivation is not a moderating variable in this study. This means that motivation cannot strengthen or weaken the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance.

Abstract: This study aims (1) to analyze the effect of population on poverty. (2) To analyze the effect of unemployment on poverty. (3) To analyze the effect of education on poverty This research is quantitative using multiple linear&#8230; ear regression analysis with time series data. Namely the factors that influence the level of poverty in South Sulawesi. The results of the study explain that the population has a negative and significant effect on the level of poverty, education simultaneously has a negative and significant effect on poverty in South Sulawesi, on the other hand the unemployment rate has a negative but not significant effect on poverty in South Sulawesi.

The Effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as Intervening Variable at PT BPRS Niaga Madani

Abstract: The development of a company heavily relies on qualified human resources. The level of employee performance can reveal the quality of human resources in achieving company goals. One of the factors that can enhance employee&#8230; ee performance is work discipline. A common strategy used by companies to improve employee performance is by providing rewards and punishments. This research aims to analyze the influence of rewards and punishments on employee performance through work discipline at PT BPRS Niaga Madani. The sample for this study consisted of 47 respondents. This research adopts a quantitative approach, collecting data through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis process in this study employs path analysis. The results of this research show that rewards do not have a significant effect on work discipline, and they also do not significantly influence employee performance. On the other hand, punishments significantly affect work discipline and employee performance. Work discipline, in turn, significantly affects employee performance. Rewards, directly and indirectly, affect employee performance through work discipline, while punishments have both direct and indirect effects
