This study focuses on the use of AI to personalize teaching materials, strengthen spiritual values, and develop students' empathy and social skills through an EQ-based approach. The method used is literature study by analyzing various sources such as journals, books and articles related to AI, PAI and EQ-based learning. The research results show that AI integration can facilitate interactive and enjoyable learning, while the EQ approach strengthens students' internalization of religious and emotional values. However, its success depends on collaboration between technology, teachers and a curriculum oriented towards the holistic development of children.

The research method used was qualitative with a literature study approach. The data obtained was analyzed thematically to identify patterns and impacts of the application of EQ and SQ in the context of digital education. The research results show that EQ and SQ-based education plays an important role in forming strong and adaptive student characters in the digital era. The integration of EQ helps students manage emotions, increase empathy, and build positive social relationships, while SQ strengthens spiritual values that encourage the formation of responsible and ethical attitudes. This combination not only helps students deal with digital distractions, but also improves collaboration and creativity skills. Thus, EQ and SQ-based education is considered an effective solution for creating a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has the emotional and spiritual maturity needed to compete in the digital era.

d is a systematic literature review, which includes data collection and analysis from various studies related to social support for pregnant women. the results of the study indicate that pregnant women involved in the family planning program receive stronger social support from family, friends, and health workers. this support includes better emotional, informational, and instrumental aspects, which have a positive impact on their mental and physical health. in contrast, non-family planning pregnant women tend to experience social isolation and have limited access to health resources and information. the discussion in this study emphasizes the importance of social support in improving the welfare of pregnant women and the role of the family planning program as a platform to strengthen social support networks. the conclusion of this study shows that better social support in pregnant women who participate in the family planning program contributes to better mental health, lower stress levels, and increase their self-confidence during pregnancy. therefore, it is important to improve the integration of social support in the family planning program to create a more supportive environment for pregnant women, so that they can go through their pregnancy more healthily and optimally.

ng a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates employee surveys, customer feedback, and performance metric analysis to assess the influence of training programs on service quality and customer experiences. The findings reveal that employee training and development variables account for only 1.4% of the variance in customer satisfaction, with the remaining 98.6% influenced by other factors. Nevertheless, well-structured training program designs were shown to significantly enhance employees' critical thinking, communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, technology-based training demonstrates substantial potential for improving service efficiency and facilitating adaptation to operational innovations. In conclusion, while the direct impact of training on customer satisfaction is relatively minor, thoughtfully designed training programs remain essential for delivering high-quality customer experiences and sustaining competitiveness in the industry. lementation of frontliner service procedures, varying employee discipline, and weak coordination among organizational units. A quantitative survey design was applied to test the causal relationship between leadership style and public service quality. Data were collected from 50 respondents consisting of 24 district employees and 26 community service users through structured questionnaires supported by observation, interviews, and documentation. Leadership style was measured through decision-making ability, motivational ability, subordinate control, and emotional control, whereas public service quality was measured using the SERVQUAL dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The data were processed using IBM SPSS with validity, reliability, normality, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination procedures. The findings show that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable. The regression model produced a positive coefficient, a standardized beta of 0.906, and an R Square value of 0.820, indicating that leadership style explained 82.0% of the variation in public service quality. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on district-level public service governance in an archipelagic urban context, where leadership is not only administrative but also coordinative and adaptive. The study implies that stronger leadership supervision, staff arrangement, and service discipline are necessary to improve the consistency of public service delivery.

To explore this phenomenon, the study applies a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on naturally occurring conversations among students in various campus settings. Data were collected through careful observation and documentation of students’ spoken interactions, allowing for an in-depth understanding of how meaning is constructed in real-life situations. The results indicate that students actively employ both denotative and connotative meanings in their speech. However, connotative meanings appear more dominant, particularly in informal contexts such as casual conversations with peers. This tendency highlights the role of language as a flexible and dynamic tool for expression. Furthermore, the frequent use of connotative language demonstrates students’ creativity in conveying ideas, emotions, and attitudes. It also reflects how language functions as a marker of social identity, helping students build relationships and express group belonging within the academic community.

Utilizing the SERVQUAL framework as a primary evaluative tool, the analysis explores how specific technical abilities, such as CNC machining, precision welding, and CAD design, intersect with soft skills like emotional intelligence, communication, and proactive problem-solving to drive customer satisfaction. udy analyzed the potential impact of using VIs on consumer perception and marketing ethics within the context of digital security campaigns. A qualitative-contextual approach was employed, examining Bank Central Asia’s (BCA) “Don’t Know? Kasih No!” (DKKN) campaign as a primary case study. The research explored the implications of replacing a highly credible human figure, Indro Warkop, with a VI. Drawing on Source Credibility, Parasocial Relationship, and Marketing 6.0 theories, the analysis identified an inherent trust deficit in VIs. Results indicated that while the actual DKKN campaign successfully garnered over 100 million views and reduced customer financial losses by 41%, a hypothetical AI-led version would likely trigger consumer skepticism due to a lack of experiential authenticity. Furthermore, an ethical paradox was discovered where mandated AI transparency disclosure triggered skepticism among Gen Z users. It was concluded that for high-stakes financial communication, human influencers remained superior due to their emotional relatability and the "sentience factor" required for cybersecurity advocacy. This paper recommends that banking institutions limit VIs to functional roles rather than high-stakes security literacy.
