In the midst of the hustle and bustle of emotional and psychological problems that do not escape the process of transferring knowledge in the realm of education which can affect the crisis of exemplary as a figure in terms of education, the Qur'an, will be felt to be a solution that is able to provide one-one solution in the world of education today. This type of research is a library study (library research) analysing the interpretation of the Qur'an related to verses about emotions and psychology in educating children. Furthermore, in obtaining data carried out by investigating various literature earlier using the content analysis method, this study concludes that the internalisation of al-Qur'anic values on emotioanal quotient and psychology can produce al-insan al-kamil conditions, that one way to deal with the test is to manage the emotions of patience (Patience), shukr (Gratitude), Taubah (Repentance), Khusnul Khuluq (Good Character), Muraqabah (Self Awareness), Tawakkul (Trust in Allah), Istighfar (Seeking Forgiveness).

lementation of frontliner service procedures, varying employee discipline, and weak coordination among organizational units. A quantitative survey design was applied to test the causal relationship between leadership style and public service quality. Data were collected from 50 respondents consisting of 24 district employees and 26 community service users through structured questionnaires supported by observation, interviews, and documentation. Leadership style was measured through decision-making ability, motivational ability, subordinate control, and emotional control, whereas public service quality was measured using the SERVQUAL dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The data were processed using IBM SPSS with validity, reliability, normality, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination procedures. The findings show that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable. The regression model produced a positive coefficient, a standardized beta of 0.906, and an R Square value of 0.820, indicating that leadership style explained 82.0% of the variation in public service quality. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on district-level public service governance in an archipelagic urban context, where leadership is not only administrative but also coordinative and adaptive. The study implies that stronger leadership supervision, staff arrangement, and service discipline are necessary to improve the consistency of public service delivery.

To explore this phenomenon, the study applies a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on naturally occurring conversations among students in various campus settings. Data were collected through careful observation and documentation of students’ spoken interactions, allowing for an in-depth understanding of how meaning is constructed in real-life situations. The results indicate that students actively employ both denotative and connotative meanings in their speech. However, connotative meanings appear more dominant, particularly in informal contexts such as casual conversations with peers. This tendency highlights the role of language as a flexible and dynamic tool for expression. Furthermore, the frequent use of connotative language demonstrates students’ creativity in conveying ideas, emotions, and attitudes. It also reflects how language functions as a marker of social identity, helping students build relationships and express group belonging within the academic community.

udy analyzed the potential impact of using VIs on consumer perception and marketing ethics within the context of digital security campaigns. A qualitative-contextual approach was employed, examining Bank Central Asia’s (BCA) “Don’t Know? Kasih No!” (DKKN) campaign as a primary case study. The research explored the implications of replacing a highly credible human figure, Indro Warkop, with a VI. Drawing on Source Credibility, Parasocial Relationship, and Marketing 6.0 theories, the analysis identified an inherent trust deficit in VIs. Results indicated that while the actual DKKN campaign successfully garnered over 100 million views and reduced customer financial losses by 41%, a hypothetical AI-led version would likely trigger consumer skepticism due to a lack of experiential authenticity. Furthermore, an ethical paradox was discovered where mandated AI transparency disclosure triggered skepticism among Gen Z users. It was concluded that for high-stakes financial communication, human influencers remained superior due to their emotional relatability and the "sentience factor" required for cybersecurity advocacy. This paper recommends that banking institutions limit VIs to functional roles rather than high-stakes security literacy.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subyek sebanyak 400 suporter sepak bola yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) untuk mengukur regulasi emosi dan Buss & Perry Aggression Questionnaire (BPAQ) untuk mengukur agresivitas. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukan bahwa regulasi emosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap agresivitas d pada suporter sepak bola (F = 24,455; p < 0,000), dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,058 mengindikasikan bahwa regulasi emosi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 5,8% sementara 94,2% lainya di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa semakin baik regulasi emosi, maka semakin rendah tingkat agresivitas yang ditunjukan oleh suporter. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya regulasi emosi sebagai faktor psikologis dalam upaya menekan perilaku agresif dan menciptakan atsmofer pertandingan yang lebih aman dan kondusif.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Agustus 2025. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 19 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata kecemasan sebelum diberikan terapi yaitu 27,42, rata-rata kecemasan sesudah diberikan terapi yaitu 18,42. Hasil uji statistik paired sample t-test diperoleh p-value 0,000. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ada Pengaruh Terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) Terhadap Kecemasan pada Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik di Ruang Hemodialisa Rumah Sakit Tk. The results show that the element of ethos or credibility is built through the adjustment of local sarong clothing, a humble attitude toward elders, respectful etiquette toward Madurese kiai, and authoritative hadith references. The element of pathos or emotional appeal is manifested through dramatic narratives of a mother's struggle in giving birth, the physical sacrifice of a father in the orchard, the story of his own mother's passing, and the analogy of an old Quranic mushaf for the elderly to arouse the congregation's pity and regret. The element of logos or logical argument is proven through the syllogism of moral priority over material wealth, the law of direct causal retribution for rebellious children, and textual historical proof regarding the inclusivity of the prophet's social relations with non-Muslims. The synchronization of these three rhetorical elements successfully packages weighty morality material into a logical yet deeply touching spiritual presentation for the congregation.
