Abstract: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder characterized by an increase in blood glucose levels above the normal limit. One thing that can influence the effectiveness of treatment therapy for Diabetes Mellitus patients… ts is the possibility of drug interactions. This research is a type of descriptive research which aims to determine the possibility of oral antidiabetic drug interactions in patients at the Outpatient Installation of Dr.M.Yasin Hospital, Bone Regency. Research data collection was carried out by taking secondary data from outpatient prescriptions at the Dr. The data used is that the patient's prescription is collected and then identified whether it meets the inclusion and exclusion criteria. If a prescription has been obtained that meets the criteria, the prescription is recorded. The next step is to assess the possibility of drug interactions based on the application and drug interaction guidebook. From the results of the study, it was concluded that there is a possibility of oral antidiabetic drug interactions occurring in patients at the Outpatient Installation at Dr.M.Yasin Hospital, Regency. Bone from December 2014 to August 2015 with a percentage of 55.3% of the 38 research sample prescription sheets.

Sarah Zielda Najib, Jumiati, Teguh Setiawan Wibowo
Abstract: The Caesarean section (C-section) rate increased steadily in the past two decades in Indonesia. People have a common belief that cesarean delivery is less painful, and safer than vaginal delivery. Risk factors for maternal… al infection are clearly recognised, therefore Antibiotic prophylaxis at caesarean section is widely recommended to prevent maternal infection. The study was designed to evaluate antibiotic prophylaxis use for prevention of surgical site infections (SSIs). Retrospective review of medical records of all post SC patients who received antibiotic were evaluated during October 2021 to march 2022. Among 4 different antibiotics used in post SC patients, the most frequently requested were first generation cephalosporins (50,13%), third generation cephalosporins-ceftriaxone & cefotaxime (16,89% and 3,95%) and the least frequently requested were metronidazole infusion (3,86%). Antibiotic use in post SC patients are effective strategies in reducing SSIs patients which was proven by no patients with SSIs were found during the research period.

Abstract: This research aims to determine how the effect of using the look and say method on learning acheivemnt reading comprehension for class VIII D students of SMPN 1 Konawe. The researcher problems were “Is there any significanct… icanct effect on students’ English reading comprehension before and after taught by using look and say strategy? And Is there any significant difference on students’ English reading comprehension taught by using look and say strategy and those are not?”. This research uses a type of pre-experimental design research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII D SMPN 1 Konawe totally was 22 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using tests those are pretest, treatment, and posttest. The data collected were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The researcher used theory of Edhitin (2000) to analyzed the data. The results of quantitative analysis show that the results of descriptive statistical data shows that there are differences in the learning acheivement of students' reading comprehension which are marked by the mean score of students who are in the implementation the pretest was 56,59 while in the posttest the students' average score was 70,91. The results of inferential statistical data show that t test > t table or 6,539 > t table = 2,086 if viewed from the results of the pretest and posttest hypothesis tests it is known that t test > t table or 7,936 > 2.086, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of look and say methode on the reading comprehension learning achievement of class VIII D students of SMPN 1 Konawe.

Tiara Rizkya Anwar, Yuyun Elizabeth, Abdul Gani, Resyi Abdul Gani
Abstract: Changes resulting from the learning process can be seen in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. The aim of this research is to determine differences in learning outcomes for the subthemes of plant growth and… d development through the Problem-Based Learning and Discovery Learning models. This research was carried out at Ciasmara 01 State Elementary School, Bogor Regency, Class IV A, and IV B in November, the odd semester. The research instrument uses pretest and posttest instruments which produce an N-Gain calculation for the Project Based Learning model of 80 with high criteria and an N-Gain value for the Problem Based Learning model of 73 with very high criteria. So the N-Gain in the experimental class with the Problem Based Learning model is greater than the control class with the Discovery Learning model. The researcher also carried out a normality test with the Lilliefors test for both samples having a normal distribution because the values for both samples were smaller than the L table. In the Problem-Based Learning class group, the value Lcount ≤ Ltable was obtained, namely 0.028 ≤ 0.189, and in the discovery learning class group, the value Lcount ≤ Ltable was obtained, namely 0.041 ≤ 0.189. Then, in the homogeneity test, the data is homogeneous because it is smaller than X2table, a value of 0.75 ≤ 5.991 is obtained. Furthermore, in the hypothesis test, the count of 7.29 was greater than the table of 2.01808, indicating that H0 (null hypothesis) was rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) was accepted. Based on the research results above, it can be stated that the problem-based learning and discovery learning models have differences in learning outcomes for the sub-theme of gratitude for diversity, in other words, the problem-based learning model is more effective than the discovery learning model for the sub-theme of gratitude for diversity.

Abstract: Regional Autonomy is a strategic step taken by the government to overcome uneven development in Indonesia where local governments are responsible for improving regional development. One of the important factors for the success… uccess of regional development is the effectiveness of local revenue reflected through local taxes. The effectiveness of local taxes is a study of the collection performance carried out by the Regional Revenue Service during one fiscal year to determine the effectiveness of local taxes realized with the set target. Sleman Regency is one of the regions that currently has high Regional Original Revenue and one of the sources of revenue is restaurant tax. Sleman as one of the strategic areas provides many opportunities to increase Regional Original Revenue through taxes, including restaurant tax. The results of calculations and observations of data on the effectiveness of restaurant tax revenue in Sleman Regency for the last 4 years starting from 2019 to 2022 have fluctuated. The average effectiveness rate that reaches 112% indicates a very effective achievement. In terms of restaurant tax contribution to Regional Original Revenue, 2022 is the year with the largest restaurant tax contribution over the past 4 years because in that year Indonesia has begun to recover from covid-19, but the contribution of restaurant tax to Sleman Regency's Original Revenue is still in the category of less with an average restaurant tax contribution of 10.66%.
