Assisted efforts based on the purchase of model information and 15 students of sophistication X MIA 2. as beauty manipulation were taught with a direct introduction model assisted with Canva. The research device used a multiple-desire view at along with 14 items with five choices (a, b, c, d, and e) which had been tested beforehand to determine the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and item differentiation. Before examining the hypothesis, the normality and homogeneity of the records were checked first. The results show that the general pretest score for the test is 43.20 with a complete deviation of 8.23 and for the ordinary one is forty-two.75 with a standard deviation of seven, sixty-four. For preliminary competency tcount = 0.329 and ttable = 2.05. shows that tcount < ttable, then the initial talent of both classes is identical. After getting knowledge about ending, the post-test changed to finished for both lessons and the average trial cost changed to 80.79 with an average difference of 8.68 while for the elegance of manipulation the publication test cost became 72.67 with a current deviation of 8.15. Based on the pre-test homogeneity test, it was obtained Fcount = 1.162 along with Ftable = 2.48. because Fcount (1.162) < Ftable (2.48), then the pretest research fact turned out to be homogeneous, then the publish-check homogeneity test obtained Fcount = 1.213 along with Ftable = 2.48. because Fcount (1.213) < Ftable (2.48) then the post-test research data is homogeneous, then the statistical test (one-tailed t-test) obtained tcount = 2.67 and ttable = 1.70 at a significance level of α = 0.05, with dk as much as 28. Because tcount > ttable, being unique (2.67 > 1.70), this indicates that there may be a very large effect of the Canva Assisted learning-based task version on Physics students gaining knowledge about the results in the problem of interweaving of sophistication X Semester I personal strengths of the Parulian 2 Medan faculty in the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract: Kebijakan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum (PTN-BH), memiliki kontrol penuh terhadap tingkatan tertinggi dalam hal otonomi mengelola keuangan dan sumber daya, termasuk tenaga pendidik (tendik). serupa dengan perusahaan… n Badan usaha milik negara (BUMN). mereka memiliki kontrol penuh atas aset dan keuangan mereka sendiri. penetapan status PTN-BH dilakukan dengan peraturan pemerintah. dasar hukum munculnya PTN-BH adalah setelah terbitnya UU No.12 Tahun 2012 tentang pendidikan tinggi. pasal 65 ayat (1) UU No.12 Tahun 2012 tentang pendidikan tinggi menyebutkan pengelolaan otonomi perguruan tinggi sebagaimana yang dimaksud dalam pasal 64 dapat diberikan secara selektif berdasarkan evaluasi kinerja oleh menteri kepada PTN dengan menerapkan pola pengelolaan keuangan dengan membentuk PTN badan hukum untuk menghasilkan pendidikan bermutu. sistem UKT untuk memberikan subsidi silang dari mahasiswa ke mahasiswa bertujuan memberikan keadilan secara ekonomi. menggantikan sistem Sumbangan pembinaan pendidikan (SPP), sesuai dengan Surat Edaran DIKTI Nomor 97/E/KU/2013 perihal Uang Kuliah Tunggal mulai angkatan 2013 mahasiswa menggunakan sistem pembayaran UKT bukan lagi menggunakan sistem pembayaran Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP). melihat kondisi realita saat ini permasalahan terkait Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) menjadi masalah persemester hampir di seluruh PTN-BH di Indonesia esensi dari subsidi silang sepertinya kurang tepat, kenyataannya PTN-BH secara gamblang melakukan komersialisasi pendidikan memiliki kendali penuh atas kontrol sumber daya ekonomi di masing-masing kampus PTN-BH, mengakibatkan penentuan tarif nominal UKT di kampus PTN-BH sangat tinggi, menjadikan pendidikan bersifat eksklusif hanya masyarakat yang mempunyai ekonomi tinggi dapat merasakan pendidikan bermutu.

English just as the other languages has been used as a medium of communication for… or diplomatic relationship, administrative affairs, employment, commerce, or trade and above all for education. However, policies regarding foreign language teaching teachers in Northern Cyprus must be reviewed to provide immense opportunities to enhance language competence of both language teachers and learners. In this sense, foreign language teaching and learning policy in ELT as well as other foreign languages must be well taught and successfully integrated into school systems and societies. Hence, the open-ended questions have been administered to six (6) foreign language teachers to elicit more detailed responses concerning teachers’ perception on changing time and options in teaching industry. The findings reveal how significant it is to introduce positive changes in foreign language teaching. The study suggests to be circumspect in the implementation of language policies and classroom activities regarding foreign language teaching and learning in order to prevent negative influences on both the teachers’ and the learners’ first language, ethnicity or culture.

Royda Sagala, Danyel Julfan Sinaga, Rofan Aceh, Dandy Tambunan
Abstract: The purpose of this article is to investigate the methods by which Batak Toba women in Habeahan Naburahan Village, Samosir Regency, resist the concealed practice of marpariban matchmaking. As part of the Batak Toba kinship… ip structure, Marpariban matching is a traditional practice that places women in a position where they are unable to select their life partners. A form of resistance that is not overtly articulated has emerged as a result of this. Information was gathered using descriptive qualitative methods such as in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. Relevant data and information are provided by informants who are Batak Toba women in the village of Habeahan Naburahan who have firsthand experience with the Marpariban matchmaking practice and family members who participate in the customary matchmaking procedure. The findings and analysis revealed that the Batak Toba women in this hamlet oppose this matchmaking practice through covert resistance. Some of these behaviors are putting off arranged marriages for school or work reasons, using religious legitimacy as a reason to say no without directly confronting the person, formally accepting arranged marriages with a passive attitude and little emotional involvement, and not talking openly about marriage plans. James C. Scott's theory of resistance says that these activities show that there is concealed resistance, or a sort of resistance that happens while people follow the rules. This suggests that Batak Toba women tend to use subtle opposition as a tactic to preserve their independence inside the patriarchal system rather than openly rejecting the Marpariban norm
