This condition has an impact on delays in meeting demand, increasing production costs, and declining competitiveness. Therefore, a production optimization strategy is needed to improve product capacity, efficiency, and quality. This study aims to analyze the production optimization strategy implemented by UD. Sona, formulate a capacity building strategy, as well as identify obstacles and solutions that can be done. The results of the research are expected to be practically useful for business actors in production management, as well as make a theoretical contribution to the development of production management science in MSMEs. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was obtained through interviews with owners, employees, and customers, supplemented by observation and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through reduction, presentation, and inductive conclusions, so as to be able to describe the real conditions of the business and develop the right optimization strategy. The results of the study show that UD. Sona has made efforts such as setting up production flows and scheduling planning. However, limited machinery, unstable supply of raw materials, and marketing that has not been maximized are still obstacles. Consumers rate the product as good quality, but its availability has not been consistent. The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review combined with observation and interviews with key stakeholders in the fisheries sector. The study includes a feasibility analysis and utilizes a SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) analysis to develop strategic recommendations for logistics and infrastructure improvements. The findings reveal that West Sulawesi has significant potential to support IKN through its fisheries sector, given its strategic location and existing infrastructure. However, challenges such as limited cold storage facilities, infrastructure readiness, and supply chain coordination need addressing. The government’s draft Presidential Regulation (RPerpres) outlines a plan for port development and cold storage expansion to improve logistics. The study also suggests that collaboration with the private sector and technological adoption could enhance distribution efficiency and product quality. The research contributes to logistics and supply chain literature by addressing the specific challenges and opportunities in the fisheries sector of a developing region like West Sulawesi. The results show that GCG, particularly independent board commissioners and the frequency of board meetings, has a negative and significant impact on tax aggressiveness. However, the influence of the audit committee and the nomination and remuneration committee on tax aggressiveness is not significant. These findings underscore the importance of stronger GCG implementation to reduce risks associated with corporate tax policies. This study provides important implications for companies and regulators in enhancing effective corporate governance to reduce tax aggressiveness in the mining sector.

The data collected was analyzed using statistical techniques to determine the influence of facilities and service quality on member satisfaction. The research results show that both facilities and service quality have a significant influence on member satisfaction. Complete and high-quality facilities, such as modern equipment, maintained cleanliness and comfortable spaces, contribute positively to member satisfaction. Apart from that, service quality, which includes staff professionalism, responsiveness to member needs, and the ability to provide personalized service, has also been proven to have a big impact. This research provides valuable insight for Golden Stik Gym management in their efforts to increase member satisfaction. In addition, the results of this research can be used as a reference for other fitness centers in developing strategies to increase their member satisfaction and loyalty. The type of research conducted in this research is a type of qualitative research with a sociological-normative approach. The source of the research data is the Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar bank. Data collection used interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative analysis and triangulation of data sources. The results of the study show that the procedures for submitting financing to Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar prioritize unity, balance, freedom and primarily responsibility. The financing schemes that are often used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar are mudharabah and musyarakah financing. Metode pelaksanaan internship dilakukan melalui keterlibatan langsung dalam pembuatan konten media sosial, desain grafis untuk kebutuhan branding, produksi video promosi dan office life, serta penulisan artikel SEO berdasarkan riset kata kunci menggunakan tools digital marketing. Selain itu, penulis juga berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan operasional pendukung seperti meeting evaluasi, kunjungan warehouse, serta event pameran industri. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman anak mengenai sehat di ruang digital dengan memberikan literasi digital, keamanan digital, dan penggunaan gadget sehat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara daring melalui Zoom Meeting dengan melibatkan 20 anak RPTRA Malinjo Jakarta Selatan sebagai peserta utama, dua dosen Unas sebagai fasilitator, dan satu mahasiswa sebagai pendamping teknis. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukatif interaktif melalui penyampaian materi visual, video edukatif, diskusi partisipatif, simulasi kasus sederhana (learning by doing). Evaluasi dilakukan dengan melalui observasi partisipasi peserta, serta refleksi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai batasan screen time sehat, etika berinternet, dan cara menjaga keamanan digital, yang terlihat dari perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test serta keaktifan peserta selama kegiatan. Selain itu, pengelola RPTRA memperoleh modul literasi digital sebagai panduan implementasi lanjutan. Program ini juga menghasilkan komitmen awal peserta untuk menerapkan perilaku penggunaan gadget yang lebih sehat. Kegiatan ini dapat disimpulkan efektif sebagai upaya edukasi preventif berbasis komunitas dalam meningkatkan literasi dan kesehatan digital anak. Program berpotensi direplikasi pada komunitas serupa dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan media pembelajaran interaktif.

is community service program aimed to improve residents’ literacy in data-based planning and strengthen meaningful participation in formulating settlement-environment program proposals. The activity was conducted in Kalijaga Village, Aikmel Subdistrict, East Lombok Regency, on 17 November 2025 as a special village deliberation meeting (Musyawarah Desa Khusus; Musdesus) involving 75 participants representing village stakeholders, including youth and community organizations (Karang Taruna and the Village Community Resilience Institution/Lembaga Ketahanan Masyarakat Desa; LKMD). A participatory education approach was applied through short lectures, focused discussions, and hands-on proposal drafting using simple minimum data and a standard structure (problem–location–target group–indicators–resource needs). Evaluation was descriptive using facilitator field notes and a proposal-completeness rubric. Of 49 written proposals collected (N=49), 40 (81.6%) met all minimum elements, while 9 (18.4%) were incomplete. The results indicate a shift from general complaints toward more structured proposals with clearer locations, target groups, and basic indicators. Data-based village planning education is a low-cost intervention to improve the quality of community participation outputs and enhance the readiness of proposals for subsequent village planning processes..

e coaches and players in understanding, implementing, and developing defensive system patterns, particularly mixed defense patterns in futsal. This community service was carried out through three meetings, beginning with a pre-test in the form of a questionnaire containing 15 questions regarding defensive pattern strategies. After the coaching clinic, a similar questionnaire was administered again as a post-test. The results of the activity showed an increase in understanding of up to 80% among players and coaches after participating in the training. This finding confirms that the coaching clinic method is able to deliver material systematically and easily understood, so it can be an effective alternative strategy in improving the understanding of defensive tactics in futsal.
