The test stages carried out were validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis tests, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The data used in this research used a questionnaire questionnaire via Google Form and consisted of 100 respondents. The sampling method in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The testing tool used in this research is IBM SPSS 26 software. The results of this research show that simultaneously the product quality variable and the price perception variable have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Pixy cosmetic products at Watson, East Jakarta. Partially, the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the price perception variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for consumers of Pixy cosmetic products at Watson, East Jakarta.

The population was conducted on basic consumer goods industrial companies listed on the IDX with a number of 54 companies, while the samples were selected with purposive sampling method obtained a total of 12 companies or 36 samples for the period 2017-2019. But the 36 samples processed the result is abnormal distribution, so the researcher increase the observation period on the IDX in 2015.2020. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicated that the public ownership, board of directors compensation and audit committee no have significant effect on the tax management.

The type of research conducted in this research is a type of qualitative research with a sociological-normative approach. The source of the research data is the Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar bank. Data collection used interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative analysis and triangulation of data sources. The results of the study show that the procedures for submitting financing to Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar prioritize unity, balance, freedom and primarily responsibility. The financing schemes that are often used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar are mudharabah and musyarakah financing. Benefit can be created by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar for UMKM actors with patterns or implementation of contracts on products that are very much in favor so that the implementation of the benefits of Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar has realized in its implementation the financing process for UMKM actors.

Employee Work Motivation in Financial Institutions and Regional Assets of Barru Regency. This research approach is quantitative. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Barru Regency. The sample used was 68 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and coefficient determination test (r2). The research results show thatwork stress has a negative and effect onwork motivation. The higher the work stress experienced by employees, the morework motivationemployees are decreasing. diduga berkaitan dengan kurang optimalnya kualitas interaksi sosial di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional. Sampel berjumlah 36 siswa kelas V SDN Palem 2 Ngawi yang diambil secara total sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket skala Likert 4 poin sebanyak 10 item untuk masing-masing variabel. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji korelasi Pearson, dengan syarat uji normalitas dan linearitas terlebih dahulu dipenuhi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara interaksi sosial dan motivasi belajar siswa dengan nilai r = 0,856, p = 0,000, dan r² = 0,733. Artinya, interaksi sosial memberikan kontribusi sebesar 73,3% terhadap variasi motivasi belajar siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa interaksi sosial berperan penting dalam membentuk semangat dan keterlibatan belajar siswa sekolah dasar.
