This generation lives technologically amidst advancements, a culture of globalization, and the rapid flow of information. US a result, there has been a shift in values, a decline in nationalism, and an increase in individualism and social polarization. This article aims to explain how Pancasila values can be re-actualized in the lives of Generation Z in the digital era. Through a qualitative descriptive approach and literature analysis, this article highlights the importance of Pancasila education, digital literacy, and the role of educational institutions in strengthening national character. The study's results indicate that collaboration between families, schools, and communities needs to be strengthened so that Pancasila is not only cognitively understood but also practiced in the social behavior of Generation Z.

ccounting practices in Indonesian companies, particularly in financial reporting, management accounting, auditing, internal control, and accountant competencies. The study applies an interpretive qualitative approach through document-based case synthesis and thematic analysis of thirty-five recent national and international studies published within the last five years. The analysis identifies five major themes: automation of routine accounting activities, cloud-based accounting information systems and enterprise resource planning integration, artificial intelligence and robotic process automation in accounting and auditing, the transformation of accountants into digital analysts and business advisors, and governance challenges related to data quality, ethics, cybersecurity, and internal control. The findings indicate that Indonesian companies benefit from digital accounting through faster reporting, improved information quality, more efficient operations, and better decision-making. Nevertheless, the transformation is constrained by uneven digital literacy, limited readiness of accounting human resources, resistance to system change, weak data governance, and the need for stronger ethical safeguards. This study contributes to accounting literature by providing a qualitative synthesis of digital transformation in Indonesian corporate accounting practices and by offering practical implications for companies, accountants, auditors, and accounting education institutions.

uantitative targets as the measure of success. This approach fails to build long-term relational capacity among entrepreneurs, government, and the broader supporting ecosystem. This article analyses HETERO SPACE (House of Entrepreneurs, Technology-driven Ecosystem, Resource Optimization, Supportive Programs, Accessible Network, Collaborative Environment), a public service innovation developed by the Cooperatives and SME Office of Central Java Province, which received outstanding recognition in the 2025 Public Service Innovation Competition. The analysis applies a New Public Governance framework with emphasis on two sub-theoretical dimensions, namely co-production and collaborative networking. The research approach is a qualitative case study drawing on secondary data from the official Public Service Innovation System, implementation reports of the Central Java Cooperatives and SME Office, and relevant academic literature. The central argument is that HETERO SPACE is not merely an expanded MSME assistance programmed but a transition in the role of government from a sole service provider to an ecosystem orchestrator that mobilizes resources across actors. Findings indicate that HETERO SPACE success rests on three interrelated conditions, namely a platform design that facilitates inter-actor encounters, trust built through repeated interaction, and institutional commitment from the provincial government to share authority with non-state partners. The article contributes to Indonesian public administration literature by shifting the analytical arena of co-production from the social and health sectors to economic governance, and by demonstrating that New Public Governance principles can be operationalized concretely at the subnational level.

The complexity of funding and financing relationships between financial service actors creates concentration risks that have the potential to disrupt financial system stability. Experiences from the 1998 Indonesian crisis and the 2008 global financial crisis demonstrate that concentration of exposures and interconnectedness between entities can exacerbate systemic risk. This study aims to identify current supervisory data analysis practices and propose the development of a concentration risk analysis that integrates the loan exposures of large debtor groups with their funding sources. The study used a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that OJK supervisors need an integrated concentration risk analysis across various LJKs and customer groups. Currently, the analysis process is still carried out manually, resulting in inconsistent results and difficult to replicate. The implementation of Supervisory Technology (SupTech) can improve supervisory effectiveness while transforming supervisors' tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge that is documented, standardized, and easily shared. This research contributes to the development of technology-based risk monitoring and knowledge management models in the financial services sector.

The findings are expected to provide empirical evidence that digital payment usage can affect students’ financial habits, particularly in terms of spending control, budgeting discipline, and transaction awareness. This study aims to explore the lived experiences, emotional responses, and adaptation strategies of employees in South Sulawesi companies undergoing AI-driven digital transformation. This research employed a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews with 20 participants from the banking, manufacturing, retail, technology, and service sectors in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Participants were selected using purposive sampling based on direct exposure to AI systems and a minimum of 1.5 years of work experience. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify recurring patterns and meanings related to employee adaptation. The findings revealed six major themes: AI as a tool for improving efficiency and productivity, fear of job displacement and career uncertainty, the importance of continuous learning and digital skill development, the role of organizational support and leadership communication, the emergence of human–AI collaboration, and varied psychological responses to technological change. Employees who received organizational support and training demonstrated greater adaptability and confidence in responding to AI implementation. The study emphasizes the importance of human-centered change management strategies that prioritize psychological safety, transparent communication, and continuous digital training. This research contributes to the limited phenomenological literature on AI adaptation in Indonesia and provides practical implications for human resource management and organizational behavior in the era of digital transformation.

The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by reviewing scientific articles published in the 2020–2026 range from reputable databases such as Scopus. The selection process was carried out using the PRISMA approach through the identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages, resulting in a number of articles relevant to the topics of industrial automation, labor productivity, technical competence, and workload. The results of the study show that the implementation of packing machine automation in general has a positive impact on increasing operator productivity through time efficiency, quality consistency, and reduction of manual errors. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of automation is highly dependent on the level of technical competence of the operator, especially in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the machine. In addition, workload perception has also been shown to moderate the relationship, where automation can lower physical workloads but potentially increase mental workloads due to the demands of automated system supervision. Other findings suggest that an imbalance between automation levels and human resource readiness can hinder productivity optimization. Conceptually, this study confirms that the relationship between packing machine automation and operator productivity is not linear, but is influenced by individual and psychological factors. The practical implications of this study are the importance of technical competency-based training as well as adaptive workload management in supporting the successful implementation of automation in the manufacturing industry. This research contributes to the development of an integrative model that connects technology, people, and operational performance in the context of the tissue processing industry.

The study involved permanent employees from both organizations using saturated sampling, with a total of 10 respondents. In addition, a five-day productivity training program was conducted in China and Karawang through lectures, case studies, and project-based learning, evaluated using pre-test and post-test assessments. The findings indicate that QCC significantly improves employee understanding of productivity management, strengthens communication, enhances product quality, reduces quality-related costs, and increases employee engagement, motivation, and organizational commitment in both operational environments

The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results of the study prove that Digital Innovation plays a significant mediating role. The quality of PJU, Environmental Safety, and Infrastructure Accessibility have a positive and significant effect on Digital Innovation, which in turn directly increases MSME Income. These findings underscore that improvements in physical infrastructure and environmental safety create an ecosystem conducive to the adoption of digital technology by MSMEs, which is a major catalyst for improving their economic performance. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with bibliometric analysis to identify research trends, relationships between variables, and the development of related studies in the scientific literature. The article selection process is carried out through several stages, namely identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion based on the PRISMA protocol. The data source is obtained from a database of reputable international journals published in recent years and is relevant to the topics of digital marketing, service quality, brand image, and decisions to use digital banking services. The results of the study show that effective marketing communication and good service quality have an important role in forming a positive brand image, which can ultimately improve the decision to use mobile banking products by customers. Bibliometric analysis also shows an increase in research trends related to digital banking, customer experience, and brand perception in recent years. These findings provide strategic implications for banks in designing marketing communications and improving service quality to strengthen brand image and drive the adoption of mobile banking services.
